The location is great and right by the airport. The staff are very nice. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. For a stay in Tanna, this is probably the best you can get for this price.
There weren’t a lot of food options available. It says free pickup from the airport online but then they wanted me to pay 10,000 VATU for it, but ultimately didn’t make me pay when I brought up that it’s free online. Maybe verify the cost of airport pickup and the tours before booking.

L'emplacement et les bungalows pour deux personnes sont vraiment magnifiques, un très beau cadre.
La nourriture était bonne et pas très chère pour un repas du soir.
Notre seconde nuit a été remboursée ( nous avons changé d'endroits dû au Beds Bugs)
Nous avons eu des BedBugs, dans un premier chalet..
Nous avons par la suite été accusé par le staff de les avoir ramené. Après avoir vérifié minutieusement chaque recoin de nos affaires, nous n'en avons trouvé aucune.
Nous avons été "upgradé" dans une meilleure chambre, en théorie. Celle-ci était beaucoup moins bien et l'eau chaude n'etait pas disponible dans la douche, seulement au robinet.
Nous n'avons pas croisé beaucoup de personnel, retard pour le déjeuner de plus d'une heure,...
Bref, nous passons énormément de détails mais nous avons été énormément déçus au vu des notes sur booking.

We really liked the idea of sponsoring the locals by going to this resort as it was owned by Tom's family. Breakfast and lunch were good. You eat with an amazing view. Unfortunately Margareth did not cook dinner and Tom is a great guide, an even better driver, but cooking is not his stronger side. There are two resorts close by with very decent food. The Blue hole 1 or 2 is right in front of the resort and it was amazing to swim and snorkel in there. Great spot for whale watching.
I think they do not fully utilise the potential of the resort. They could use the garden with just some simple furniture and maybe 1 or 2 hammocks. A few games would be nice as well. We thought we booked a two room apartment, but it turned out it was a 2 bedroom apartment with in the second room 4 bunk beds. That did not give us much space.

Excellent location, great snorkelling on the reef in front. Hosts helped organising blue cave tour and airport transfer etc. Basic accomodation but everything you need.

Tom and Margaret were lovely hosts. Rocky Ridge bungalows are in an excellent location. Beautiful view over the ocean, right in front of a blue hole with excellent snorkelling. Close to the airport and white grass resort is also close by for another food option. Come prepared with cash as card is not really used in Tanna. Blue cave and volcano tours are excellent. We saw whales close up while on the way to the blue cave and saw whales from the bungalows most mornings.
Rooms are very simple but sufficient. No hot water although we could get some hot water to bucket wash the kids.

Food is ok but not much variety. Didn’t like the cats trying to jump on our table while we were eating. Often hard to find staff which made communication difficult. No Wifi.

It is a basic bungalow very close to the airport and has got nice sea views. It is also very close to blue hole. They also arrange for the tours to volcano, blue hole and others.
We booked it for 3 days but stayed just for one night. It is a very basic bungalow for the price you are paying in Tanna Island. The room was smelly and the beds are not even comfortable, feels like it's pulling you to the center. The bathroom is not fully closed till the top and is adjacent to bedroom which created more smell.

Bedrooms are in small cabins with sea views. Facilities are fairly simple, but comfortable. There are en-suite bathrooms with running water, electricity and electric fans. The place is run by a lovely family, who are very helpful in arranging local tours. The food is good, provided by prior agreement, so any specific wishes need to be discussed in advance.
It was all good - just remember that this is a fairly simple place on a fairly remote island.

Beautiful location with some incredible snorkelling right out the back at the blue hole! It was lovely to eat breakfast overlooking the sparkling ocean. The included breakfast of bread and tea was very tasty. There was only 1 option available for dinner each of the nights we stayed, but these meals were delicious!! We accidentally left a bag in our room on checkout, and Margaret was kind enough to help to arrange some departing guests to fly it back so we could meet them at the airport, which was very kind.
It was sometimes hard to find someone to ask questions or try to make plans, but everything we did plan (volcano tour and airport transfers) happened without a hitch. Unfortunately we had to walk to the nearby resort for a few drinks as there was no beer or coffee available when we tried to order (this was no issue, but would have been great to keep the money at Rocky Ridge). Rooms were basic and bed wasn't the most comfortable, but they were exactly as described at had everything you needed. There were cats there when we stayed (unsure if wild or pets) so be prepared to keep swatting them away from your food!

Rocky Ridge is a great place to stay for your visit to Tanna. Tom was a great host and offered really affordable tours to the Volcano and traditional villages. We loved the easy access to Blue Hole 2 and spent lots of mornings and afternoons exploring the beautiful reefs.
There were some stains on our bed sheets but at the end of the day it was clean just seemed like stubborn stains.

The location is amazing with the best snorkeling in blue hole #2 right out the front of the property. Tom's family are keen to host well and share the responsibility despite being busy with their own lives. The views are amazing. The food portions are generous and more than adequate. Best to think of it as being invited over to someone's house for dinner with one option, rather than ordering off a menu.
The least desirable aspect of our stay was the mattress. Best described as an outer spring mattress - no foam. It is also cool on Tanna and we found the one blanket inadequate. One has to consider that the accommodation here is budget, and we chose to stay here for the location and simplicity of it. It certainly slowed us down in a good way, but a comfortable night sleep would have made all the difference. I would stay there again, but pack a comfy hike mattress again. Not sure if I could convince my wife, who is the lighter sleeper out of us.

Location was great 5 min drive from airport, next to white grass resort. Owned and run by ni vsnuatu native people unlike other resorts. You are able to arrange all tours easily from there, in fact owner drives you to each and around. Room had air con, good flush toilet and bed was comfy. Seemed clean too.
Food was really good but mostly got told what was for dinner for all, rather than choosing off menu. This was similar at wgitegrass though.
You need to pay in cash! Card not accepted for accomodation and tours, and was only 1 ATM a long drive away in town.
Food options were limited, it's difficult to get produce particularly after cyclones so not all on menu was available.
Room was good but central room light didn't work. Told owner Tom so hopefully will be fixed.

Very nice location with great wiev over the reef and ocean. The owners are very nice and very helpfull, they will assist you in all ways. Highly recoment this place for its small and cosy family run getaway.
