Penthouse with private pool in the heart of Nerja!
This lovely penthouse is located on Calle Huertos, in the centre of Nerja with the beach 5 minutes away on foot. Restaurants, supermarkets, tapas bars… all just a few steps away! On the roof terrace you will find your private chill-out area with a barbecue and a champagne bar—what else could you possibly wish for a perfect holiday?
Location and outside area
If you wish to give your car a holiday then keep reading. This penthouse occupies the full first floor of a townhouse on Calle Huertos, a quiet street with some traffic, but no loud bars or discotheques. The beaches (250 m) and the Balcón de Europa (400 m) are just 5 minutes away walking. From the first floor, stairs lead up to the roof terrace where your own private pool (5.8x2.8 m) awaits with an exterior shower room. A pergola provides comfortable and shaded seating. Imagine that you are swimming under the stars at night, enjoying an alfresco dinner of fresh fish on the barbecue, or inviting friends over for a champagne party. It’s all possible! Nevertheless, should you wish to discover the beautiful sights of Andalusia, then we recommend visiting the Alhambra Palace in Granada—guided tours are available in case you don’t want to drive. The city of Malaga is famous for its Picasso Museum and there is an overwhelming choice of tapas bars for those who’d like to sample local gastronomy. Not yet convinced? Let’s take a look inside…
Note: In the second week of October, lasting from 4 to 5 days, you will be able to attend the Feria de Nerja (Nerja fair). For the duration of the fair, the fairgrounds in the centre of Nerja are covered in rows of casetas (individual decorated marquee tents which are temporarily built on the fairground). During the fair, you will find people (many ladies and some men in traditional flamenco outfit arriving on horse) partying and dancing "Sevillanas", drinking Jerez sherry, or manzanilla wine, and eating tapas. So, this is an attractive event, but it also has to consequences that may not be so attractive: The fairgrounds are also used as a large parking lot (Parking Carabeo, price in 2021 was from 40 EUR to 55 EUR per week), and will not be available from a few days before and during the fair. If you bring a car, you can park at the underground "Plaza de España" parking. Also, you may suffer nuisance from the noise of fair (music etc). We estimate this will not affect you very much as there are buildings in between the area, but we are not able to guarantee anything.
Inside and lay-out
From the entrance on Calle Huertos, stairs lead up to the first floor where all rooms are accessed from a central corridor. The living/dining room has a relaxing ambiance with a leather sofa for 4 persons, a fireplace, coffee table, DVD, satellite-TV (flat screen 32”) and dining amenities for 6 persons. In the centre of the house, next to the kitchen, you have a small, charming courtyard with 2 armchairs, a small table, and a fountain trickling the hours away—a perfect place for a coffee or breakfast for 2. The kitchen itself is well equipped with a 4 ringed induction hob, a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and a washing machine. There are three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a jacuzzi, washbasin, and WC and also a shower room equipped with a hydro massage shower, a washbasin, and WC.

Lovely family sized apartment in Nerja town centre location. Photos don’t do it justice, the place exceeded our expectations. Within a few minutes walk of 4 beaches, the town centre, Burriana and countless bars, restaurants and shops. Ralph organised airport transfers for us too. Great roof terrace space with pool and BBQ area was a real bonus.

This was our 2nd year in a row staying here, both Easter time. The apartment is so well located, close to the town centre and the beaches. There are bars, supermarkets and takeaways on the street (Calle Los Huertos) without even having to venture too far. Great Host (Ralph @ Casitas Select) and owner (Susie). 3 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms (also toilet + shower on roof terrace), living room, kitchen, roof terrace and rooftop pool, inner courtyard,it really has everything! Just be aware, if you're a light sleeper and in the front bedroom, that there is a bit of street noise to around 1am, but not an issue in the rears. Highly recommended, you'll not be disappointed.

This is a lovely clean spacious apartment in central Nerja, we decided not to have a car so the location is ideal. Fabulous roof terrace which we used every day and everything within easy walking distance. Good support from owner and Ralph.

The penthouse apartment was great, excellent location, pretty much half way between Burriana beach and the Balcon Europa. Loads of convenience shops, restaurants, and anything else you would need. The street is reasonably busy at night and you do hear some street noise, but it doesn't go on to late, and there's no really loud bars. The only small criticism is that the pool was so cold we couldn't really use it but it was October/November so it wasn't a major issue. All round lovely holiday and would recommend.

Fantastic property, centrally located in Nerja. Spotlessly clean, every utensil you could possibly need to self cater. Comfortable bed, lots of storage space and coat hangers (something other apartments can lack). Space age shower took a while to work that out, could hear my friend squeal the first time she used it. 3 couples shared never felt over crowded. The inner courtyard was so pretty with its water feature. The roof top terrace was used every day. the pool was a bonus. I've already passed the link onto friends, and we will definitely book again.

Had a fabulous week at this lovely apartment. Lots of space inside all bedrooms clean and tidy and all with air con now.
The roof terrace is Fantastic with BBQ area and swimming pool. Plenty of space to relax and eat and drink and also a toilet and shower.
Plenty of bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. WiFi very slow.
Can't wait to return.

Fabulous town centre location
We stayed in the property the 2nd week of Easter 2022. The apartment is located on Calle Los Huertos just off the main streets that lead down to the balcon. There are a couple of bars on Los Huertos as well as 2 supermarkets, 2 pizza places and a fruit and veg shop. You could not be better located. The apartment is top class with 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, courtyard and a roof top terrace with pool. The owner was fabulous, the check in process a breeze and he let us stay on to 1600 (as opposed to 1000) on our last day as there was not a changeover. This is definitely worth the 5 stars. Just be advised that if you're a light sleeper like me there can be a bit of street noise at night but pick either of the back bedrooms and you'll be fine. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment and Rooftop with pool in the city of Nerja. We loved the apartment. The only negative to day was at it was a little bit noicy from the street ( one of the bedroom) But you are in the city so you accept it. Good contact with Ralph. When we missed something, like a Big pan in the kitchen, they within a few hours fixed it to us. Thats good service! We had a lovely time and spent a lot of time on the big Roof top,

A lovely apartment
Wow! What a great place to stay with my family when in Nerja.. has excellent facilities and a wonderful place for a week. If i was overly critical, some street noise at the end of the evening but the rear two rooms are not affected and all you ever hear is happy people heading home. The pool and roof terrace are great. We loved the place!!

Jättefin, modern, fräsch lägenhet.
Vi uppskattade mycket att det fanns 3 badrum, men vi använde mest det på takterrassen. Underbart att duscha under bar himmel och med himmelsblått kakel runtomkring.
Vi tillbringade mycket tid på takterrassen där vi intog frukost och solade och badade i poolen.
På kvällarna satt vi ibland i uterummet i lägenheten. Jättemysigt!
Läget på lägenheten är också superbt, nära till allt.
Bland det bästa boendet vi nånsin haft. Finns ingenting att klaga på.

Wonderful penthouse apartment with everything and in the right location!
This was the best apartment we have ever stayed in for all the facilities provided, cleanliness and central location. Every room is decorated to a high standard with all mod cons for your convenience. The inside courtyard was perfect for early evening drinks (it was November so cooler outside) and the rooftop terrace and pool was just the best place to enjoy the sunshine. Anything you require can be found at this apartment. Thank you for being so accommodating when we arrived early and thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Location, clean and modern
Nerja is a nice ocean front town. Lots of shopping, great restaurants, and nice beaches. The apartment is located in a relatively quiet area close to the Balcony of Europe. The apartment was clean and everything was modern and in good working order. It has WIFI which was important to us. The only bad thing was that the mattress in the back bedroom could have been more comfortable. The manager was responsive and easy to work with.
