I wouldn’t be returning

Good spacious rooms and a comfortable bed

It’s just to big - The staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing The carpets dated and badly marked there’s no character in the place . The breakfast restaurant was an over sized characterless room with 8 people watching you eat with nothing better to do . The breakfast food choices ok. At night we ate at the Grand hotel - only wished we had stayed here

The location was in the heart of city and the rooms were big and spacious. We stayed in suite which was great.

Nice hotel, great location.

Very nice and friendly staff. The location is superb. You have a food court next to the hotel which makes life very easy if you are in a hurry or want a small snack in between.

Room was ok but not as clean as you would expect.

Excellent welcoming with hot tea and wet towel to wipe our face and hands.

Passages were smelling. Plus staff were using the room next to us as a service room. We could hear loud voices and dishes being washed…

Great location but outdated hotel.

The location of the property is nice. The staff are nice and friendly.

The hotel is outdated and needs remodeling. The carpet in the corridors are outdated and the furniture in the room is old. The room has a lot of flies which questions hygiene.

A nice and comfortable stay but overpriced and not a good location.

The rooms were very big and comfortable.

The location was very dry. There was no place to roam around at night. Also, we booked a junior suite with a spa bath, but they didn't provide any bath foam for the spa bath.

Break first was good. Room is large and the bed is comfy. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Lunch and dinner were not buffet and the money spent on stay was not worth. Room service was fine. However, I wanted a flower vase for my flower bouquet and staff couldn't find one for me.

really bad experience really poor service

the service was really poor front desk does not pick up the phone i had to go all the way to the front desk three times to get laundry bags coz it was not in the room and there was no where to get some food at 10am in the morning inside the hotel

there is food court takes ages to prepare foods. buffet in main restaurant does not have many choices. water came in bath tubs rusted yellow colour.

Excellent Hotel supported by a great very helpful team of staff

Nice Hotel in a Great location. The staff were exceptional. Even the Deputy General Manager Ramesh was always available to help the residents at the reception and restaurants. The food was extremely good. Even our driver indicated that he was well looked after.

fair stay with very bad experience about the checkout

the rooms were nice

it was extra difficult to get the proper ordered from the restaurant , on the checkout the their was a problem in the wi fi we couldn’t pay by our cards No help what so ever from the management and they force us to pay all our money to settle the payment however we confirmed with the during the check in that we will pay by card !!!
