Apartamento acogedor

Todo. Apartamento moderno, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de las vacaciones. Se encuentra en pleno centro de Ayamonte, con unas vistas muy bonitas al puente internacional. Fácil aparcamiento justo en frente del edificio. La atención por parte de los anfitriones fue de 10! Sin duda repetiremos!

Nice apartment - in center of town.

Nice view of the border river. If you are fine with Ikea furniture this is a very good place.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit leichten Schwächen!

Wir waren 14 Tage zu Gast in der hellen und geräumigen Wohnung. Von der Wohnung hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Guadiana, schnell ist man zu Fuß an allen wichtigen Plätzen in Ayamonte. Das Bett ist mit 150 cm schmal, dennoch äußerst bequem. In der Wohnung ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage tut auch im Winter einen guten Dienst. Das Badezimmer hat keine Heizung, Pilar hat uns jedoch umgehend einen Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr sicher gefühlt.

Es ist alles Notwendige in der Wohnung vorhanden, jedoch alles in einfacher Qualität. Vom Fußboden her ist die Wohnung im Winter recht kalt, ein Teppich im Winter im Wohnzimmer wäre schön, eine Wolldecke auf dem Kunstledersofa ebenfalls. Die Warmwasserversorgung schwankt und bis warmes Wasser kommt, dauert es eine ganze Weile. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus vorhanden, je nach Tageszeit kann die Parkplatzsuche eine Weile in Anspruch nehmen. Die Fischkutter sind zwar äußerst pittoresk, erzeugen aber auch Dieselgestank.

Beautiful modern Apartment in Central Location

it was close to the Centre - very clean with facilities

one little niggle was the towel situation - we were staying 3 days and we were provided with only 2 small bath towels and only one hand towel for two people. we should have had at least two. Communication was not good we got to the property with no instructions how to get in - eventually we got through to someone with key codes for entry and for the lift - we were sent the wrong code for the lift but we were shown by a local the proper code. Another thing that would have been helpful would have been something written down about the area etc for guests - all in all these little irritations did not spoil our stay and we would certainly stay here again!

An excellent apartment in Ayamonte.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is a short walk from a supermarket, cafes, bars and the beautiful central square. Our communications with the host wewe excellent.

Great place to stay for a short visit. The central location is great for visiting Ayamonte.

Location was very good as the property is very central to the town. Overlooks the river which has nice views. The apartment was modern, spacious and clean.

Only small suggestion which was to have a mirror in the bedroom but hosts have acknowledged.

Very enjoyable.

Very Good. Short Distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Good parking facilities. View across the Guadiana River to Portugal from Apt only spoilt by awful weather during our stay. Will definitely use again. Pilar very helpful.

No signage on building and a lot of development in local area,made it very hard to find on arrival. Actually parked car outside apartments but not aware of it. Drove away about 500 m . "Pilar" came and "rescued"us in a few minutes of 'phone call. Very easy after that.

Very comfortable in a great location.

This is a spacious, comfortable apartment a few minutes walk from Ayamonte main square with it's bars and restaurants. It has great views over the Guadiana into Portugal. There is ample free parking in front of the property, it's quite busy but we always managed to find a parking spot.

All was good. We would use this apartment again.

Enjoyed our stay in Ayamonte, apartment is well located, very clean and generally well equipped. wi-Fi strong.

Difficult to locate (street name does not match description), entry instructions in Spanish only and not provided sufficiently in advance, initial communication problems and no information about town or area. Insufficient towels, storage space lacking in bathroom.

The perfect place to stay to explore Ayamonte.

Bright, fresh, clean, warm, easily accessible property with the addition of amazing views. So amazing we slept without the curtains drawn so I could still see it when I got up during the night. Very close to a stunning square with great choice of cafés. Close to board walk by the river, which leads to interesting places. Try it. Good, well stocked supermarket just down the street. All round perfect location for exploring Ayamonte and the region.

Fit the purpose.

Once we found the front door, all the rest was easy. Great appartment even though we stayed for one night only. Parking is no issue at the location.

Wifi was not working, but will be taken care of by the host. No problem for one night. The couch was not all too comfortable sleeping.
