Good for families

We took a 2+1 family room and it is equipped with everything you need, there is a kitchen with dishes. A good breakfast

The breakfast is good, but we didn't have enough for 3 adults and 3 small children, Taking into account the rental price, everything is fine

It was more of a pit stop for us.

Few minutes walk from room were fancy restaurants at the river side. Except this there is nothing else to explore.

Host did not accept payment via credit card.

Very kind, responsive and at the same time unobtrusive hosts. They got up early to prepare breakfast for our early departure. Hearty breakfasts. I liked the family house with thick walls, not hot in summer. Amazing view of Avanos and hot air balloons from the restaurant and common area. Beautifully landscaped garden and BBQ area. It was possible through the host to book a hot air balloon flight at a good price.

Be careful, low entrance to the family suite, despite the owner's warnings, we hit our heads

We had a very pleasant stay overall.

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the center (10-15min walking). There is a supermarkt down the street (it does not sell alcohol, fyi). The rooms are really spacious and beds are very comfortable. Shower heads look small but they have great water pressure. Breakfast is served upstairs against a beautiful view of the hills. We were told it is also possible to watch the baloons but we were never awake that early. There is a communal garden with seats and tables where all guests can hang out in. Our hosts were super attentive and helpful.

The only thing I can come up with is the WiFi not being accessible in the apartment's bedroom. But we were able to connect in the living room.

Good stay in Avanos.

We stayed in family suite with comfy beds. Good parking place is just next to entrance door. The basic breakfast is provided and lasts up to 11 o`clock. If you want to see major attractions of Cappadocia, including balloons, you still have to go to Goreme or Urgup. The host is friendly and provides many information you might need.

The entrance to the apartament is bit ackward - tall people can easily hit the door frame.

Great hosts, Great rooms, Great location

Let me start with the hosts Derya and Emin, who are absolutely wonderful. Helpful with planning activities and so pleasant to be around. The rooms are comfortable and spotless clean. The garden is a wonderful place to relax and the location is an easy walk to town. Heads up, motorcyclists, Emin has a garage that he offers to those of us riding motorcycles. As we know that’s a huge plus. I highly recommend this place and hope to return.

The property is average and peaceful. There is a supermarket closeby. The city center is about 400m walking from the property and at times you feel isolated around. There are some good restaurants and pottery shops around the centre with a very beautiful riverwalk. Better to stay in Gerome in same budget.

Excellent stay with nice flexible and helpful owner

This place is an ideal base when you want to discover Capaddoce. The owner and his wife are very nice people who can help you in planning a local trip. Rooms are comfortable and extremely clean, breakfasts are really good and served in a nice room with view. There is a nice garden and the parking behind the house is very safe. I strongly recommend Ipekyolu graden

The owner Mr Emin and his staff were great at accommodating me and my family. He surely took great care of us. He helped us on the places to visit and served wonderful and fulfilling breakfasts. The room was always clean and the customer service was outstanding. The hotel rooms were big and not cramped at all. Ideal for families with children. The hotel aslo had a beautiful garden with an awesome view to the city. Literally 10 minutes from the city centre by walk. Value for money great and pleasant family run hotel.

I travelled with my family. It was a wonderful stay. The location, the environment and above all hosts (both male and female) were very friendly. Breakfast was traditional and excellently cooked. A central location from where all tourism companies were happy to pick and drop. A must stay place if anyone is visiting cappadocia.
