Idéal pour avoir un camp de base dans Phuket et vadrouiller tous les jours.

Le prix, la localisation et la flexibilité du personnel (nous sommes arrivés très tard).

Une seule petite fenêtre dans la salle de bain, literie peu confortable et wifi à revoir.

Une attente interminable mais une chambre confortable

Les lits étaient confortables. Les rideaux permettent l’intimité. La salle de bain est neuve. Les douches sont grandes avec des toilettes séparées.

Nous sommes arrivées à 12h environ, et pensions avoir accès à notre chambre à 14h comme prévu dans le Check in. Nous sommes revenues à 14h et avons patiente 30 min dans la zone d’accueil. La dame était occupé avec d’autres clients donc nous avons patienté. A 15h, je suis retournée la voir pour avoir plus de nouvelles car le temps commençait à se faire long. Nous apprenons que nos lits ne sont pas prêt et que nous devons patienter encore une demi heure. Nous avons alors demandé à monter nos sacs et à accéder aux équipements et surtout à la piscine. Nos lits n’ont été prêt qu’à 16h. C’est inadmissible. Nous payons une prestation et 2h de retard c’est trop long. Dans la salle de bain, les pommeaux de douches envoyaient de l’eau partout. Les grilles étaient pleine de cheveux. La piscine n’est pas très propre et n’est pas très grande. La terrasse est dangereuse car des lames de parquet sont cassées. Les autres guests de la chambre n’étaient pas respectueux (cela n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel mais tout de même), allumer la grande lumière à 7h du matin et discuter à voix haute alors que toutes les autres personnes de la chambre dormaient encore.

Gutes zentrales Hostel, aber kein Poshtel.

Bad direkt im Schlafsaal angegliedert. Nur vier Kapseln im Schlafsaal. Kleiner Pool zum abkühlen. Sauber und täglicher Bettenservice und Handtuchwechsel.

WLAN sehr schlecht. Eine Kakerlake im Zimmer gesichtet. Mehr Möglichkeiten zum Handtücher und Kleider aufhängen wären gut. Die Steckdosen waren zu nah beieinander, sodass man nicht beide mit größeren Steckern gleichzeitig nutzen konnte. Als Poshtel würde ich die Unterkunft nicht bezeichnen (lieblose Deko, fehlende Extras).

It is located in Phuket town and very close to a lot of cafes and restaurants, the place was so serene and calm. Loved the interior and the entire concept.

The washrooms could be maintained well and have toiletries, the pool water was not great.

Great staff

The staff were accomodating and kind when I asked to move room (I was put with two older men). And they changed the linen daily. It was clean.

It’s definitely not posh, I’ve stayed in cheaper hostels that are nicer. The pool was small and not that nice and there’s no where to sit in the pool area. If you’re a solo female traveller id recommend booking a female only dorm as there are older men in the mixed dorms.

Cheapest stay if you want to do just Phuket town

Beds in each capsule cleaned and made up daily.

The area doesn’t have much to offer other than the old town. Do not get a taxi walk right outside the hostel and 15 mins up the road to the bus that’s 40baht to Patong and busy Phuket. Do not expect much from Phuket town, not a lot of street food mainly restaurants and little bars. Nearest 7/11 is 15 minute walk outside the bus terminal. But the hostel itself is ok for the money. The pool is green and doesn’t look like the pictures really. Not a very social hostel if you’re looking to make friends. The lady on reception in the morning isn’t helpful either, we asked how much a taxi would be to Patong and she said she had never heard of it and wouldn’t help us in any way to find out or give advice. Met some English lads at the same time who thought the same We never knew who was in the room with us so setting alarms or turning lights on was on issue as it wasn’t very sociable. Air con isn’t great on top bunk either you have to sleep with the curtain open to get any air.

The photos were very outdated. Room had no windows. AC didn’t work well. Had no toilet paper for a night as front desk doesn’t have access to supplies.

The beds were great, with personal chargers, shelves, lockers and lights by the bed, as well as curtains for each bed for privacy.

Loved the location, free breakfast and lovely staff

Loved the stay in this hostel, the facilities were great and staff were friendly. The location was great, preferred the old town to central Phuket. Free toast with jam and butter and tea in the morning. Pool was great and property layout was nice. Laundry facility next door was very convenient.

Found the dorm room to be quite dark, lights did not impact the overall light in the room.

The location is excellent, 5 mins walk from the night market, 10 mins walk from the bus stop from Patong and Bus Terminal 1, and many cafes around. They also have a swim pool. I didn’t stay over night by accident but was impressed by the facilities. Will definitely come back stay there next time.

Very good

Jennifer the girl on front desk was very nice and helpful. Pod was large, bed comfy. Lockers were large but downstairs is.away from bed! Nice space for socialising.

This is a party hostel, much drinking around the pool, lager bottles all over the place. People having sex in the toilet when I went for a slash at 4am. WiFi v bad though I had my 4g so no worries. Bad smell in the pod room.

Great location, comfortable room and friendly staff

Fast check in, the girl at the reception was really friendly and helpful. Nice and comfortable room - each bed has a curtain that gives good privacy. Comfortable mattress, with electric plug and a small safe inside the capsule. The mixed dorm had private bathroom, both for female/male. The pool is a bit small if you want to swim but it was great to take a bath on the rooftop after a long day strolling around the city, and in the morning during sunrise. Great location in the old town.

I arrived while the staff was cleaning the room, I was a bit surprised that when making the bed, they lay the duvet and clean bed sheet on the floor.. (I get that it's tricky, there's not much space to do it but, still). The wall of my capsule was a bit disgusting, it looked like boogers stuck on it, hopefully it wasn't!

Pleasant. Clean. Nice linens. Nice staff. Convenient.

Staff was nice, room was cute and cozy. Pool is small but serviceable and it’s neat that it’s on the top floor. Bathrooms were nice. Bedding and towels very good quality. A/C worked well. The location is amazing for this area. Highly recommend the vegan restaurant (expensive but super yummy; cheesecake not great but everything else was amazing) across the street and the coffee shop across the street.

Not happy that I booked a private room online but when we arrived it was a “capsule” in a mixed dorm room. It wasn’t their fault though; the system later corrected itself and I received an email regarding the mix up but it was to book elsewhere. The capsule bed was cozy, though. The A/C works great in the room but is HOT in the capsule. Fans in there would be a complete GAME CHANGER. We pumped the A/C and kept the curtain open a bit to let some air in. Also shutting the bathroom helped to keep the cool air in the room. That was really my only issue, otherwise place is nixe, area convenient and price is good.

Exceptional

Really good location. Surrounded by bars, cafes etc. Moped hire directly next door. Stayed in double capsule dorm, quite warm because of the chipboard clad but that was expected, there is still aircon in the room. Very clean. Small free breakfast every day which was a nice, convenient surprise.
