Schönes Apartment

Gute Lage. Sehr nette und liebe hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Alles sauber. Kostenloser Transfer vom Parkplatz bis Appartement und wieder zurück mit Elektrocar. Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine. Netflix.

Dadurch, dass Apartment sich in der Stadtmitte befindet und von Cafés und Restaurants umgeben ist, war immer noch bis 1:30 in der Nacht ganz laut redende/schreiende und singende Frau und Lärm vom Glasflaschen zu hören. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass im Sommer es noch viel ausgeprägter ist. Denkmalgerechte Fenster mit Schallschutz wäre nicht schlecht, ich weiß nicht wie es in Italien rechtlich geregelt ist. Die Bettdecken waren viel zu dünn für die Jahreszeit und Wasserkocher habe ich zumindest in einem der beiden Apartments vermisst. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und sind am Abend gekommen, deshalb war es bei uns eher kein besonderes Thema.

Best location visiting Garda Lake!

Excellent comfortable apartment with anything you need to have a wonderful vacation. The staff very helpful and kind! Will be our first choice next time in Sirmione!

A very clean apartment in a beautiful and convenient location

Amazing location, right in the middle of everything. The apartment was super clean and tidy, it was so wonderful to have some drinks in the fridge upon arrival, and our host was very accomodating and helpful and easy to contact. The shuttle to the door also (you can't drive your own vehicle into the area) was very easy. The a/c works really well too - it was very hot when we stayed and the apartment was always nice and cool. Also you must try the Piadineria nearby around the other side of building - it is well-priced and absolutely delicious for more casual/take-away style food (my daughter wanted to go there every day!) as well as the restaurant downstairs from the building which we also really liked. The whole place (accomodation and the area) were just amazing, we couldn't have had a better stay!

There was actually really nothing we didn't like. The shower was a little bit weird and space age (just different to the way our showers are) but we ended up liking it!

Great location within the old town

Great location and it's pretty cosy for our group. We booked 2 apartments for 7 pax. Paid parking can be reserved by the owner prior to arrival.

Parking is not available within the location of the apartment. Instructions to the parking area is not easy to follow and the complimentary electric shuttle service is only for check in and check out purpose. We only used it once as our check out was at 6am.

Great location right in the heart of Sirmione (literally dozens of restaurants and shops within a few blocks). Parked at Grifo Parking, who then took us on an electric car across the bridge into the old town and directly to our property. Upon check out, Grifo picked us up and took us back to our car. This was all organized for us by the apartment and included in the price of the booking. The apartment was very nice - two bedrooms, only one bath, a full kitchen, dining table and sitting area. Host was very responsive via booking.com messaging app. Perfect for us (two adults, two teenagers) - wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location, I would highly recommend it

it was lovely, comfortable and very clean. it has everything that you need and the owners were exceptionally friendly, helpful and flexible. location is fantastic right in the heart of the old town

it was a little noisy early on one of the mornings I think due to restaurants/shops taking deliveries but this can’t really be helped

Amazing stay! We loved it!!!!

The loft is amazing!!! the location is super, couldn’t be more central, you just go down to all the restaurants and shops. We arrived with a car and the host told us to park outside the city and a club car picked us up and took us into the city - what an experience! we loved it! The apartment is clean and beautiful. Thank you so much!!!

Lovely getaway

Great central location. Access to Netflix on the TV. Comfortable bed. Generously gifted beverages upon arrival. Fridge to keep bottles of water cold. Generous wardrobe space.

A lot of street noise late at night and early of a morning as shops receive deliveries. But to be expected due to the central location and being located above a restaurant. Toilet flush was slightly faulty.

Perfect!

Everything was perfect. The location is great, in the middle of the town and a short walk to the beach by the lake. Easy to get from the allocated parking to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful….. very modern with everything you could need and so comfortable. Cristian was so kind and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone and I hope to come back!

A lovely stay in a modern apartment in the heart of Sirmione.

The location was perfect and in the heart of Sirmione. The room was modern, clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. The owner was extremely helpful with great communication and really went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay by even recommending restaurants/ bars to visit. Would definitely recommend and we’d love to stay again!

Cristian is an exceptional host. I wish I could give him 20 out of 10. Communication with him was excellent. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, peaceful and spotlessly clean and in a fabulous location. Cristian welcomed us royally and gave us lots of local information. Don't hesitate, book with him while his property is available, or someone else will get it before you!

Perfect to explore Sirmione and Lago de Garda

The location is perfect, it's is really central and the trip from the parking spot to the apartment was organized without any problems. Cristian is the best host, always avaible, happy to help and answer questions! Some previous guests complained about the noises - of course you hear people on the street, but that's fine and not unexpected when you choose an apartment right in the middle of the city.
