I don’t recommend this hotel if you are going with family.

Room service and staff behaviour was good . Food quality was also good

Property was quite far from main road . Road conditions are very bad and at night it is really dark . There was no toto or auto available to go to station . Cleanliness was also problem. Bed cover and blanket covers were dirty. I don’t recommend this hotel if you are going with your family.

Should we get room in another hotel, we will not choose Mount Amara. Restaurant staff GREAT

Location good Staff, including GM, who personally considered our requests Parking facility

1. Block B, where we first stayed, was extremely filthy along stairways and room 2. Bathrooms are poorly maintained in both blacks 3. Our completed plates and remaining food were not cleared on time from corridors. 4. Insufficient staff.. or we can notice staff are over worked 5. Breakfast not good, though grateful to staff for serving us customized fruits, tea and eggs

it looks beautiful from picture but in reality, everything is worse then one can ever think for 30 USD per night. Room is dirty, TV doesn’t work. this is my worst ever hotel in my life through booking.com. I think booking.come also check and exclude such hotel from their list.

The linen wasn't clean had to kept on asking for tata sky recharge everyday moreover the location is not safe it is beside Planet mall lane which is dark and lonely it gets very scary to walk till the hotel. The food is also very expensive the breakfast buffet was horrible with flies all around and they didn't had infrastructure to keep the food warm...this is my first and last with Mount Amara Hotel.....i am not happy
