River views from Front and Rear yards with short stroll (50m+)to Waters Edge. Dock your boat for the day or o/night and enjoy the facilites the house has to offer including; Large outdoor entertaining & BBQ areas, seperate Lounge & sitting room, Large Family dining table and meals area, Fully Equiped Kitchen, Laundry Facilities and plenty of off street parking for cars and boat.

Walking distance to Bundy Tavern and General store, approx 15kms drive to Yarrawonga/Mulwala shopping precent, Pubs, Clubs, Resturants & Golf Clubs and 15-20mins drive to Rutherglens popular wine regions.

Bundalong Palms was a perfect fit for our family's trip. The zoned living / sleeping areas were just right for us. Encouraging interaction or providing quiet spaces whatever we needed. And so close to the beautiful river. What a treat! We had travelled from Melbourne for 3 days of wedding festivities, including a lot of food prep. The kitchen is so well-equipped I didn't need to take half the things I did. Communication with the Owner, if we needed, was super easy, thank you. You can feel the hospitality of Bundalong Palms, and I look forward to returning soon & hopefully sharing many more getaways here with my family & friends.

Very happy with our stay. The house was everything that you would expect. Only meters from the water. Paul the host is fantastic! Nothing was a problem for him!!

House size was great, location is great but the backyard is a bit overgrown, windows could have a clean. House could do with some updates but overall we were very happy with our stay.

Overall we had a good stay at this property, my only disappointment was the outdoor area / furniture was very dirty, we had to clean the table and chairs, before we could use them, also, at the front door there seemed to be a bird nesting problem and there was a huge pile of bird poo, which seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. It was rather an expensive no refund, property for what it was.

House was great & host was fantastic to deal with. However we did find the photos a bit misleading. We had the impression this house was on the water edge but it's actually about a block away. Still only about a 1 min walk. Overall a great place to stay

Large older house with everything you need. Heaps of beds, nice towels and well stocked kitchen with 2 large fridges. A few things weren't clean, but overall it was neat & tidy indoors. The yard needs a good tidy up but had a nice outdoor area. Great location close to river and walking distance to Cafe & Tavern.

We enjoyed our stay. Great for families with little ones as it is fully fenced in. Nice and clean too. However it would've Been better with a bigger hot water service and better dishwasher and oven given the house is supposed to cater for large groups.
