Cheap and cheerful accommodation - close to the airport.

Only stayed 1 night on the way to the airport. It was fine for that purpose.

Didn't stay long enough to comment.

Fantastic plaxe

Very comfortable, very clean. Easy to get to. Owners were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the selection of various teas, coffees and breads left for breakfast . The bathroom was also very well stocked with anything you might need and spotlessly clean.

Exceptional

It was very good for a one night stay. Big bathroom, excellent location and Wifi was working as it should be. In this case,later check in time did not bother me.

Would not go back.

They actually don’t have a reception. You have to call two hours before, no messages possible. We called but it was quite impossible to get someone on the phone. They said they would be there (but maybe not, we couldn’t understand), but it was just a closed door on the street when we arrived. So we called again, didn’t understand again what the guy was saying. He came 15min later explaining there are 5 locations so he couldn’t know where we were… anyway, they’re really not organised. The room is really basic, the mattress is hard, we could hear the TV of the neighbour next door, it’s not worth the price at all. I’m not used to write bad comments but if you can, I would really advise you to stay somewhere else…

very agressive host,unhelpful and rude. obviously he is trying to keep the place secret. Did not expect much,no daylight or air,. Photos deception.Would not recommend,even at this price.

Regular place to stop only for one night.

The check in is a bit complicated and after 17:30 . You have to call the owner first.

You get what you pay for.

The Room is really good located in the city of Porto del Rosario. Short walk to all the spots!

It wasn`t a Hotel like it claimed on booking.com. Check-In wasn`t possible before 16:00. Don`t know why! It needs to be more flexible than this.

A basic, budget accommodation, good for a short stay

Very friendly, helpful person running the place. Clean. No noise from traffic as it was an interior room. Wi-Fi was fine.

Good location

The host was late for 30 mins (even though you can choose time of arrival on booking). As we said so, the owner was rude about it, accused that we didn't call one hour before our arrival. I'm not a picky person, but you must speak to the clients politely. Compared to the price - the room had view to the other building's wall ant was very small. But it was clean.

Comfy and good location for a reasonable price

Fast check-in, comfortable and big room. Private toilet is a big plus. Towels. Location is veeery good. Bakery is just next door, all cafeterias on the same street. 15min by foot to the main bus station. 10min to the shopping center.

It's true what they said in the previous opinions that you hear everything what's happening next door. And also if you open the window then you hear every water floor from other rooms.

Very nice host, for the price point the room is very nice as well.

The host was very nice and welcoming and had a nice recommendation for dinner the first night! The room is not luxurious but has all you need at a very very sharp price point, even a tv. There where plenty of towels and toilet paper as well. For this price I would definitely book again! :)

The walls were extremely thin and therefore I could hear a lot of noice from the neighbor(s) who was awake until late every night and was playing music all night until far past midnight Friday night. Also I would personally prefer a duvet instead of a separate sheet and blanket, I think that’s a bit more hygienic.

Disappointing

The person welcoming us, was rough on the phone, but rather nice face to face.

Weird smell from bathroom, everything was dirty in the bathroom or old. It's really sad place with window towards the building wall (patio). Everything is so basic, and from the 1970's. It was really deceiving. Doesn't rime with holidays at all. At the end of the day the whole city is sad. I recommend not staying there.

Exceptional

For the price my room was excellent, really clean and plenty of towels, toilet paper, spare blankets and pillow. Good hot shower. WiFi brilliant. The only thing missing was a comfy chair, but what the hell.

Good price for what you get, the room was as in the photos, shower was clean and good flow of hot water, location was just a ten minutes walk from the main beach and shops,. Once again price is good for area.. Stayed for only 4 night's which is more than a, I thinking a week or two would be a little tough much.

OK let's just say you pay for what you get these days. Had to wait outside for over an hour but that might be my doing. The noise really shook the hole building every time you run the water or toilet with the window open. Could do with with a little TLC and would make a really nice place. Remember it's not a fiver star hotel It's only just a two in my mind
