Un havre de Paix, de confort et de détente.

Inna est très arrangeante et sympathique. L'appartement est très bien situé et calme, une belle terrasse donne sur la marina. Il est bien aménagé et décoré avec goût, le lit est moelleux et ferme en même temps.

Gemütliches Apartment mit idealem Frühstücksbalkon

Gemütliches, modernes, sauberes Apartment mit kleinem Balkon, von dem man beim Frühstück wunderbar den Sonnenaufgang genießen und auf die Marina blicken kann. Ausstattung okay, gesicherter Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Bilder entsprechen den Gegebenheiten vor Ort.

- Die Treppen in den dritten Stock sind vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache. - Das Schlafzimmer ist ziemlich eng und das Doppelbett steht direkt an der Wand, sodass die Person auf der Wandseite ins Bett klettern muss und es dort auch kaum Platz für das Gepäck gibt. - Die Verabredung zur persönlichen Schlüsselübergabe nimmt ein wenig die Flexibilität.

The location is central to everything and the apartment was spotless. The owner left everything you could need to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It has a lovely view from the balcony and is a suntrap early in the day.

The apartment is 3 floors up with no lift for people with limited mobility this could be an issue. The building is very basic and the extra bolts on the door although great for security made me concerned why they were needed.

A fabulous apartment looking across a beautiful marina that has everything you would need or want.

The property, location and quality was excellent - the host was exceptional and the experience was both very positive and the host had clearly thought of everything, down to providing chilled water in the fridge for having at the side of the bed. We also asked for a restaurant recommendation and had a fantastic gastronomic experience in a local fish restaurant. We definitely return for a longer period. The building could do with a lift when carrying all your luggage to the third floor. We managed ok but some people might have struggled.

Amazing!

A beautiful studio, spotlessly clean and warm. Well equipped. We were welcomed by a cheerful lady who showed us to our studio and she waved us goodbye after an amazing comfortable stay.

A lovely modern apartment which was tastefully furnished.with a well equipped kitchen. The location is quiet but everything is in easy reach and there is a shop and excellent restaurant opposite. The balcony has a great view and was sunny.We appreciated the free secure parking space.

Apartment was vert well equipped, very clean and in a great location overlooking the harbour with plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Secure parking was a bonus.

Only downside was being on the 3rd floor with no lift.

We loved staying in this very comfortable flat overlooking a glorious marina with small sunny balcony.

Perfectly designed and equipped little flat. comfortable bed and bedding. Great bathroom. Everything provided that we could possibly need. Excellent washing machine. Marvellous to have secure parking.

Bedroom could have had just a little more space round the bed. But no problem as good storage in the living area.

Wonderful

The views from the terrace are beautiful, especially the sunrise directly in front and the swinging of boats. The place has a sleek, nice decoration set very comfortably. Everything we might have needed was there (for cooking, washing, etc.), there is a lot of attention to details. We worked remotely some days and the set up & internet were good for that. Short walk to the old town with cute little streets, yummy bakeries etc. Great location for long walks to the hills and the beaches, also without a car. We arrived by train to Narbonne and it was easy to reach the place by bus, catching Ligne 8.

Relaxing and enjoyable - out of season Gruissan is a holiday gem.

Very easy everything went smoothly and the studio was well situated, quiet and lovely view, we were met and keys delivered within minutes of arrival and same when we left - can't speak too highly about this studio only one slight drawback for us oldies it's three floors up and no lift but worth it if you're fit.

Excellent location close to the old part of town (thus close to restaurants, bakery etc.) and a nice view on the port. Everything that was necessary was present in the apartment, e.g. enough towels and a Nespresso machine including coffee cups.

The interior of the apartment was a bit of a mishmash of styles and crowded.

Lovely bijou appartment

The appartment was immaculately clean and Inna had thought of, and provided everything we needed. The location of the appartment is perfect if you want tranquility, yet a stone’s throw from the busy centre of Gruissan. We will certainly go back again.
