We were comfortable. It is “bare bones” but clean. MUCH older home that is remodeled. Neighborhood has a lot of elderly. Close to everything. The only caution I have is the flooring is uneven. NOT for anyone with balance problems. Ceiling fan in bedroom only has one setting that works. Said 2 queen size beds but I’m not certain that they weren’t full size. Overall it was fine for 2 nights. Bring your own coffee or maybe do a better job finding it than I could. Luckily Bojangles just a couple of blocks away. PS if you go there try their BoBerry Biscuits!

We enjoyed the this older neighborhood and quaint house. The front porch has a cool breeze and is perfect for relaxing after a fun day.

We booked two nights only stayed one!

As described in the listing, the floors are not level, but we have no mobility issues, so it wasn’t a problem for us. Parking isn’t optimum for a larger vehicle, but it’s not unusual for the location. The property was clean and comfortable. We were not able to connect to the Wi-Fi, but I believe that’s a temporary issue due to the property having recently changed ISPs. We would stay here again.

Close to Berry College and Downtown. Very clean and comfortable.

I was pleased with this home. It was in a convenient location to what we needed. Publix is only a few blocks away as well as many restaurants. Britt was a great host and everything was as described. Only thing we had a problem with was the low ceiling at backdoor. So if you are tall watch your head.

My son and I had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the house. All the amenities we needed were included.

The noise around the property is definitely next level. While it is mentioned in the description (I've lived in urban neighborhoods so figured a little city noise would be manageable), the house is so close to the house next door that at midnight the neighbor's crying baby sounded like it was in the next room. Late night cars hitting a manhole cover outside our window made for a long night. Add to that a huge unsupported dip in the center of our mattress (this bed seriously needs to be retired) and it made for such bad sleep we shortened our trip and went home early to avoid sleeping there the second night. Brit actually tried to give us a partial refund which was a great gesture, but VRBO wouldn't allow it. I also think he is trying to do something about the bed. Brit really does want to help so if you talk to him ahead of time about any concerns you have, I'm sure he will try to help. You will definitely want to bring a white noise machine for each sleeper.

Beds were too hard for me

There is a Publix and restaurants a few blocks away. The river walk area is great for running or casual strolls.

We really enjoy our stay, stay home satisfied our expectations, everything was easy to locate.. very peaceful, and any time we had any question, we would had a answer back right away from the owner... once you walked in the house u feel like home and don't want to leave... very recommended for a gateway trip...

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house is very roomy and we had everything we needed for our six week stay! The owner was great and took care of all our needs!
