this beautiful house with its large garden and large swimming pool is ideally located to enjoy your NATURE / CULTURE STAY:
- activities of the Avignon Festival (Theater and Dance in July, world famous) and all the cultural heritage of our region: Avignon, Baux de Provence and St Rémy de Provence, Nîmes, Arles, Orange Pont du Gard, markets and flea markets, museums and picturesque villages.
- exceptional natural setting: all of Provence is particularly easily accessible, whether towards Mont Ventoux and its breathtaking views; the Dentelles de Montmirail, their walls and their vines; the Luberon and the Alpilles; the Cévennes and their forest foothills ... Slopes and rivers to discover by mountain bike and canoe.
Large house (200m2), 5 bedrooms, with swimming pool (9m x 4m) and beautiful garden with trees (1900 m2) offering CHARM AND PEACE.
Recently renovated house, spacious, functional and aesthetic, beautiful materials have been chosen (travertine, teak, etc.).

* 4 bedrooms (= max 8 people, double beds + single beds). Plenty of storage. View of the Alpilles.
* 1 bathroom with bath and separate shower, sink.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
* 1 brand new "SUITE" bedroom with wooden floors and double bed / travertine bathroom with Italian shower and double sink.
* 1 independent WC.
* nice new fitted kitchen (with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, fridge, ceramic hob, double sink). Elegant worktop, credenza in cement tiles.
* very large living room / dining room while travertine with Abbey table 8/10 seats. Direct access to the terrace and the Mediterranean garden (beautiful olive trees, laurels, oaks, pines...)
* pleasant TV / video corner with 2 leather sofas and armchairs, plasma flat screen TV with sfr box (free broadband internet, landline phone to landlines) and Canal + access (package of very many channels), DVD player.
* independent laundry room with washing machine, dryer and clotheslines outside.
GARDEN:
* large shell swimming pool (9x4) buried and filtered, DOUBLE PROTECTION: wrought iron barrier and audible alarm (but don't forget that nothing beats adult supervision !!!).
* very pleasant outdoor shower area.
* many large trees and beautiful plantations.
* 2 terraces! 1 for lunches just outside the lounge + 1 by the pool ... particularly pleasant also in the evening ...!
* easy protected parking in the heart of the property, up to three cars.
IMPORTANT:
July and August: rentals for 2 or 3 weeks minimum.
OPTIONS:
cleaning fee = 100 euros (or you can do it before you leave home).
