Tolle Wohnung in superschöner Lage - mit (zu behebenden) Mängeln

Die Lage, die Lage, die Lage, die Größe der Wohnung, der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, die supernette und aufmerksame Hausmeisterin, alles vorhanden was man braucht, die zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe, die Ruhe, die wenigen Touristen. Das im Endeffekt gute Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Unpersönliche - den Vermieter bekommt man nicht zu sehen. Der Fussboden der Wohnung war nicht gewischt, also nicht sauber - nach einem ersten Barfuss-Spaziergang durch die Wohnung waren meine Füße voll Sand und anderem Dreck. Der Gestank unter dem Küchenwaschbecken wurde von Tag zu Tag unerträglicher. Der Zustand und die Sauberkeit der Sitzmöbel - die Bezüge der Stühle in der Küche und des großen Hockers im zweiten Schlafzimmer waren stark fleckig. Auch manche andere Dinge in der Wohnung sind teilweise stark abgenutzt bzw. in die Jahre gekommen - zum Beispiel das stark verrottete Balkongeländer, die Badmöbel, die Waschmaschine. Alle 3 Wohnungen unseres Kanarenaufenthaltes (auch diese) hatten das gleiche Problem: sie benutzen nicht-kochfeste Bettwäsche und Handtücher - heißt die Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden nur mit max. 60 Grad gewaschen, was bedeutet die Bakterien der Vornutzer werden nicht abgetötet, was wiederum zu ekligem Geruch führt, der mit "Tonnen" von "duftendem" Weichspüler versucht wird zu kaschieren. Nur Weichspüler ist nicht nur eine absolut unnötige Umweltverschmutzung, sondern kann auch Allergien, Kopfweh und Übelkeit auslösen. Also für eine Ferienwohnung die vermietet wird absolut nicht zu gebrauchen. Machen Sie es wie die Hotels - benutzen sie weiße kochfeste Betwäsche und Handtücher - ohne Weichspüler!

Sfeervol en compleet. Vooral goede keuken om zelf te koken en bakken.

Zitbank zat niet goed. Een schemerlamp in zitkamer zou fijn zijn.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour a playa San Juan. Logement très bien situé tres bien équipé avec un joli petit balcon avec vue sur la mer. Proche des arrêts de bus et facile pour se garer dans la rue si voiture de location. Proche d une jolie plage et des commerces. Animé le soir mais tout est très calme vers 22/23 h. Sejour parfait.

The sea view from the balcony was superb, The apartment was clean and tidy everything you needed was there.

It was like home from home very quiet and peaceful would stay here again.

Unforgettable feeling of having your coffee on the balcony and watching how the city’s waking up and sun comes up.

Our family was really pleased with the view that we had from our balcony. The property was very clean, not just inside but also the whole building, including the elevator. The neighbours were very friendly and everyone was following the rule of keeping low voice and a good behaviour.

In the room with the two beds, the Wi-Fi was not catching up and was automatically switching off.

Casa Massimo is a pleasant and cozy apartment in an excellent location in Playa San Juan. Blessed with a magnificent view of the ocean. We were there for 10 days and saw both whales and dolphins swimming by. The hostess on site Silvia is always there for you with a friendly smile. She can arrange transport to and from the airport in a smooth way. Top madam! Top apartment!
