About this apartment rental
If you are looking for breathtaking, panoramic views, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious floorplan, and a place where even fido can tag look no further! This light and bright condo located in Phase 5 of the Snowcreek community is the perfect location for your Mammoth Mountain getaway. The upstairs features vaulted ceilings with large windows framing the gorgeous mountain views, cozy gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and access to the large back deck with gas BBQ. Sit, relax and enjoy your morning coffee while taking it all in! The master bedroom downstairs has a California King bed, large flatscreen TV, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, and access to a large lower back deck. The walk-in closet has even been converted to a kids bunk room with 2 full sized Twin beds! The second bedroom upstairs has a King bed, (with Tempur-pedic mattress topper available), large flatscreen TV and access to the shared hallway bathroom. Additional features include a queen sofa bed in the living room for additional guests, private washer and dryer in the laundry room downstairs, and baby/dog gate installed at the top of the stairs. There is a private 1 car garage, with space in the driveway for 1 additional vehicle. The living room has high speed internet, cable TV, DVD player and family games. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 5 stairs to the unit, 2 levels inside, and no smoking is permitted. Great location, very clean, plenty of kitchenware, large balcony and deck —felt like to 2 condos in one because of the layout. We have two girls and they loved the bunk beds in the closet. You won’t believe until you see it-genius! Highly recommend

It was a very smooth trip. Keys were ready when we arrived at 3:45pm. The property was spacious and nice. We were able to check out two hours late to minimize the disruption to our four month old granddaughter. thank you very much!

Our group loved this neighborhood! The house was really comfortable and we enjoyed cooking some nice dinners and views of the mountains. It's a quick drive to town but feels so quiet and private. Nice trails for the dog nearby too!

Newish Snowcreek Phase5 two bedroom very well kept. Happy to stay there and would again. Only thing is the need to get physical key from Mammoth reservations a mile away rather than digital checkin on site . Not a major item considering nice condo that awaits . Thx

Our stay was just perfect. We had our two pups and two teens. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Kitchen was full stocked with everything we needed to make multiple meals. Beautiful views too!

We have stayed in many Snowcreek V units over the years. This one has a beautiful view of Mammoth from the upper balcony. Upon arrival, the front steps & chair on the porch were covered with dust & debris. Garage had dirt on floor & needed sweeping. It didnt feel like a "warm welcome." Inside, the carpet was dirty & in need of cleaning. The refrigerator was not working properly - we moved our food into freezer to stay cold. The vent above the gas stove did not work. Despite these maintenance issues, the unit has a great floorplan with 2 bedrooms separate on different floors. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities. The bed downstairs was very comfortable & the unit had special touches for families - including bunk nooks for kids. It was decorated nicely and felt homey. With issues - property management should pay more attention to deep cleaning & condition. We still enjoyed our time in Mammoth- been skiing there about 55 years!

We have had the pleasure to stay in Snowcreek #997 3 times and it feels like home to us. My son, dog Kobe, and I look forward to each visit. We have stayed twice during the big snow storms this year and the driveway and entrance to the condo were plowed for us and ready to go. It is always very clean and homey with cute decorations depending the time of year. And the view is gorgous especially when it is snowing! We love it in the summer as well.

Snowcreek #997 was great. It was immaclate and decorated so cute for the holidays. We felt like we were at home. It is located in a perfect place to walk around and close to Eagle lodge. We are looking forward to staying there again for another Ski trip and in the summer to enjoy the golfing too! Our favorite place so far in SnowCreek!

Our family spent Thanksgiving in this lively condo in Snowcreek. The kitchen is modern and had everything we needed to cook our meals. The property managers are very accommodating and easy to work with. We brought mountain bikes, hiking, and fishing gear so it was great to a garage to store everything in. The property grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed walking our dog around every day. She met many new friends and so did we as the neighbors are very welcoming. We would stay in this condo in this community again anytime!

Well appointed with everything you might need: all kitchen supplies and utensils, Keurig coffee maker stocked with an assortment of gourmet coffees, portable fans and humidifiers to keep things cool and comfortable, extra bedding and super comfy beds.
