About this cottage rental
In the heart of the popular seaside resort of Teignmouth, is The Coach House, a super stylish, luxury holiday home with lovely large enclosed garden and plenty of parking. A striking glazed dining area is the focal point and has been recently added to this lovely period property. The cosy living room has a wall mounted Smart TV for watching a movie and there is a separate games room outside to keep all amused whatever the weather. A sleek white kitchen provides opportunity to cook and prepare meals. There are six gorgeous bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. On the ground floor there is a bunk room and double room with a family shower room. On the first floor two bedrooms are en-suite, one with roll top bath and they all have sea views. There is plenty of space outside for children to play and adults to relax in the sunshine on the patio or the deck.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine. Smart TV with Netflix & Freeview, iPod dock and WiFi. Fuel, power in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Games Room. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed garden with furniture and charcoal barbecue. Two well-behaved pets welcome, £25 per week for second pet. Sorry no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles and pub 0.2 miles, beach 5 mins walk.
Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: Teignmouth is in South Devon on the Teign estuary, boasting a harbour, beach, Victorian pier, sailing club, diving centre and sea activities. The seaward side of the town, the Den, has Georgian buildings, an area with lawns, play areas, tennis courts, a bowling green, and a lighthouse. The opposite side holds fishing boats and beach huts, plus views of Shaldon and Dartmoor. Teignmouth hosts folk and jazz festivals each year, the town and Shaldon hold carnivals and regattas. Close to Teignmouth is the Dartmoor National Park, the city of Exeter, plus the nearby harbour towns are worth exploring.
