Comodo alloggio a Rovaniemi

Comoda posizione non lontano dal centro. Appartamento spazioso. Sauna finlandese all’interno del bagno, una vera chicca per chi vuole rilassarsi al caldo. Dotata di tutti i comfort e di un ottimo riscaldamento!

Pulizia un po’ approssimativa in alcuni punti. Non era un letto matrimoniale ma due letti singoli uniti.

Worst host. Nice flat.

The apartament is comfortable and cozy.

Even if the apartement is really nice, the communication with the staff was not good at all. It was terrible, we felt like they do not want us there Right after the booking I received a message in finish with the information about the check-in. It was said that the key should be picked-up at a certain address where their office is between 15-17 (after 17 the office is closed and we would receive the code for the keybox on the day of our arrival). One day before the arrival, I asked when can we do the check-in and no answer was received. However, on the day of our arrival we went to their office to get the key after 15 - there were minus 8 degrees and we were carrying heavy luggage. We arrived at the address just to see an empty office space in the building! They had moved some time ago - even so, the gave us the wrong info!!! I called multiple times and no one answered and at some point my calls were declined! Luckly, I went to the salon which is in the same building and asked if they know something about them. The lady there was very kind and provided the new address where they moved. It was approx. 1 km on the other side of the town!! We went there with all the luggage in the freezing day, with no assurance that we will find them there and with no information about the code for the keybox or anything else! While we were on our way there they eventually wrote me the new address (which was the same as we had already from the lady from the salon) and the code for the keybox. At the end we got the key and we got to the apartment, but they did not even apologize for the situation! Besides that, they *demanded* to take the garbage out w/o telling us where the trash bin is... It is a pity that such a nice place is managed by these kind of people.

Apartamento genial, tema de las llaves fatal

Esta super bien equipado, limpio, y bien ubicado

Me mandaron un mensaje indicando que fuese a otra direccion (a 1km estando a -20 grados) a por las llaves, ahi no habia nadie y no me cogian el telefono, me dejo de responder a los mensajes y yo pense que me habian timado! Despues de 30 min esperando llamamos des de otro mobil y lo cogio y comento que estaba en el apartamento poniendolo a punto! Tubimos que volver a andar el km y ahi nos dio las llaves sin pregunar ni quien eramos. Era muy facil responder la primera llamada e indicar donde estaba y la h, no mandar mensajes contradictorios. Nose porque me dijo que fuese a otra direccion, y luego ahi no habia nadie en el horario que me mando ...

Nice, but I would not book again from them

It was supposed to be a double sized bed, it was 2 single beds studio. The pans were ruined To check-in is a nightmare. At first you have to walk to this rental agency place, just to find out that you can check-in after 1600. Luckily there was a library nearby and I did manage to kill 4.5 hours... Then you have to walk all the way to the apartment, 1km away from the agency. What about putting a keybox nearby the apartment instead of having this snakes and ladders? I'm still waiting for the check-in instructions vie email. After getting to the apartment, I started trying all the doors with my key in the building as I was not told the apartment number. Luckily at some point they answered my message, it's the A1 I would have liked a carpet for the bathroom floor. I used a towel instead Lots of drawers, instead we had cleaning products hanging around everywhere Unpractical soup dispenser with no soap nearby the sink

Great apartment close to the center and great value for money

the apartment is great! very comfortable and well heated! it has its own sauna (quite useful after a day out)! it is 2 minutes walking distance from korundi (great collection of Finnish art and also great coffee place) and around 10 minutes from the center (easily walkable) You get the key around 700 m away from the apartment but that wasn’t an issue (you leave it in the apartment for check out) we really enjoyed our stay!!

One does not want to begin their holiday cleaning the mess other people have made. Not the place to stay in for people w

the location, the apartment is cosy and quiet, sauna

cleaning was done poorly, if done at all. Layers of dust everywhere, apartment had an unpleasant smell when we first got in. The kitchen was overall very dirty and dusty and things used to cook food were really worn out. Bad smell in Sauna, sauna floor very dirty and dusty. Mirror had been wiped with a dirty cloth, as it had dirt markings on it. Wet cloth in the cleaning supply closet on top of dry “clean” ones. Batteries for TV remote had to be bought as the ones in were empty.

The place is cosy, has everything you may need. It is conveniently located close to the city centre. Fully equipped kitchen and fridge available.

I do not think the cleaning was done well, or done at all. There were still tickets from previous guests on the TV table and bottles in the rubbish area, watermarks in the bathroom. So cleanliness very bad, to get the key you have to go to the opposite side of town ( luckily we didn't have suitcases to carry around) and I would prefer a host to be there on arrival to ask questions and info.

Superb

Apartment comfortable, clean, well furnished of everything, quiet and cheap.

My train was about 6 hour late for engine problem, and arrived about 3am in the night. I phone several times to the staff to have some help in finding keys and room, but I got only a message on the phone, not very clear. Fortunately in the station there was a taxi driver very clever that helped me to find the keys (in a box attached outside a tour operator office, and later the apartment. In the Following days, I got ANY communication from staff, in order to know if everything was ok..... I never seen nobody and talk with nobody. I think they must be more helpful with clients!

Confortable apartment, although the communication should be improved.

Pick-up the keys: The keys should be taken 1km far from the place. There is no information about that in the advertisement. If you arrive until 4pm the place is open, after that you have to find a key box near by. Communication: When you make the reservation, you receive a message (in Finnish) saying that the information about how to pick-up the keys will be sent for you in the day of your arrival, informing the key code and the box where you have to take the keys. I didn't receive it, so I sent an e-mail 14hs before and didn't get an answer, moreover, I sent a whatsapp msg 5hs before and didn't get the answer. When I arrived around 8pm, was raining and I didn't have a car; so I requested help to a Finish guy on street, and this guy had to call to the company, after that they sent a msg with the information for me. The communication should be improved. Clean of the place: The balcony had a lot of smoked cigarettes and ashes. The dishwasher was fully of dirty dishes and I just realized that in the day after, in reason of the bad smell came from. More attention in cleaning should be taken.

The facilities are quite new and confortables. Sauna works well and was clean. Kitchen well equipped. Bed and sofa are comfortable. Shower is also good. Wi-fi works properly and is fast.

Best room in rovaniemi for cheap price

I liked the room, Nice sauna and clean.

The bed was a bit worn out, so my back hurts little. And we struggled for some minutes to fins the right appartment

The apartment was cosy and clean and within walking distance to town.

I was initially not aware when booking, that the apartment was in 1 location, but the location of the keys was in a totally different location. This was inconvenient, and not good when walking with luggage at night in winter. This information should have been shown (by Booking.com) on the website.
