Best Place to book in Ayia Napa!!

Everything was quite perfect, Antonios the host was super helpful and very responsive. Perfect Location in the heart of the city, . Yet at night it is quite and very close to Aya Napa's night life's attraction. The place is rennovated and very clean. Has everything you need. Antonios gifted us a souvenir which was a nice gesture 😊😊. Great value for money

the best place in Ayia Napa

The host is the best person we have meet during our vacations and a great person!so nice and so so helpful! The location of the property is just perfect, in city center, near by are a lot of restaurants and places for shopping, 5 min tu the beach! the room was nice and clean, everything you need for cooking at home in case you travel with kids! we will definitely come back

Comfortable place with super nice host. Recommended!

Kind and very helpful host and overall very cosy place to stay with a comfortable bed. There was free parking opposite the street.

Lacked a few kitchen utensils and the shower drainage was a little smelly but if you need something just ask the host, he was super helpful and even came over to give us socket adapters we forgot to bring ourselves.

Good location to town snd comfortable stay.

The location to the main area of Ayia Napa is really good. only a very short walk of less than 10 mins to all sites and restaurants. Good double glazed/sound proofed glass to stop noise of road interfering with sleep. comfy bed and good bathroom facilities.

A few minor issues where the A/C won’t work unless the balcony door is locked. As there is no exterior handle to the balcony you must be locked out there by another person and let back in if you want the A/C on in the room and still enjoy the outside space. The listing includes free parking, however the parking does not belong to the apartments. It appears to owned by the museum opposite/council and is free due to the paying machine being broken. Should it be working the cost is €5 for 24 hours which is reasonable, however can be busy to park and people resulted in parking on the slope into the car park instead. We visited out of season and parking was difficult, I’d hate to see what it would be like in peak season. No check in instructions are provided and you are greeted at the property by the host. The host isn’t there waiting and you have to message before arrival with an ETA and the again with 15-20 mins notice of your arrival to be greeted. We followed these instructions however nobody was there to greet and we were left outside for over half an hour without contact or response which was frustrating in the heat with our bags. No apology from the host for late arrival upon attendance. I also wasn’t a fan that the payment is processed during your stay and not ahead of arrival. There was a processing error with my card saved on file and I received an alarming message that my booking maybe cancelled whilst out of not rectified. Not having my full purse with me i resulted in using another card which was not my preferred method of payment. should payment have been processed sooner, this would have been avoided.

Great apartment well located in the heart of Ayia Napa, close to many restaurants and bars. The host was very friendly and helfpul. Definitely a good place to stay in Ayia Napa and to explore the region.

Very nice place with even better host. We were welcomed in front of the property. The room was very clean and they have changed our towels and sheets on the 3rd day even though we were leaving on the 4th one. The host is very nice person, who told us about the nice restaurants and beaches near by. Also available parking near the room.

I believe everything was perfect. I cannot think of something bad.

Great location and awesome host! He was very attentive, helpful and provided us with all the information we needed and recommended some nice places we could visit during our stay. The hotel is great too. Our room was clean, comfortable and all the necessary appliances were included. We would gladly spend our next holiday there for the second time. Thank you for the great experience!

Great location. Every shops and restaurants needed are just around the corner. Also it’s pretty quiet for a płace this close to the city center. There were converting plugs (g type from UE to Uk) so you don’t need to bring them with u. The staff was also amazing :)

We got a room different from the room on pictures on booking, but it was good anyway. The only annoying thing was no light above the mirrors so you can’t really see yoursef clearly enough to do your make up.

Great vacation at Shalos Studios

We had a great vacation at Shalos Studios. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures, it is very well located, 2 minutes from the city center, 5 minutes from supermarket and 7-10 minutes away from the closest beach (Paradisos- which we loved). Mirela and her mother made were very nice, making us feel like home also because they speek Roumanian. :-) The host, Antonis is a great person, allowing us to have a late check out due to our flight which was scheduled in the midnight and offered us a nice souvenir before we left the accommodation. :-) Just as an info: if you are sensitive to the main street noise which is quite busy almost every day and night, it is better to choose a room in the back area of the building. We stayed in a room oriented to the main street, but for us it was ok, we were able to sleep very well! :-)

Relaxing / clean / comfortable stay

The room was very clean and modern. Room was at the back of the building and it was quiet which was excellent. Host was waiting for our arrival and was very helpful with parking and information we requested.

Great stay in Paphos, good location, clean and comfy room

Room was clean and spacious. We stayed in second floor room with balcony facing the sea. Pictures are accurate. Owner was very kind and responsive. We arrived earlier than expected and he quickly came over to check us in. The balcony is good sized and fun to watch the street activity. Location is excellent with many restaurants and shops nearby. Short walk to sculpture gardens. Short walk from Monastery bus stop, no need for taxi if you are coming in on intercity bus.

This is just a clarification that the balcony faces the sea but there are no sea views because it is too far inland with buildings blocking the view to the sea.
