Located in the heart of Hobe Sound, Florida and one mile from the beach, this spacious retreat is perfect for your tropical getaway! Nearby are restaurants, a shopping center, and grocery stores. We are a fifteen minute drive from Jupiter or Stuart, and minutes from the beautiful Jupiter Island. We feature state of the art accommodations and a backyard with a beautiful and relaxing setting for your family to enjoy.
This spacious rental is perfect for your tropical getaway. Within convenient reach are restaurants, a shopping center, and grocery stores. We are 1 mile from Hobe Sound Beach! Also a fifteen minute drive from Jupiter or Stuart, and minutes from the beautiful Jupiter Island.

This unit is recently renovated with all new bedroom furniture, updated bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, and special touches throughout. The backyard has been redesigned with new paver brick surfaces, patio furnishings, and tranquil landscape lighting.
The property is a 2 sided duplex, both sides are identical and used for rentals, the East facing side will be your home. It features an air conditioned 1,000 square foot inside living space, private tranquil backyard and spacious parking. Bikes and beach supplies are also included for your stay!
There are 2 private bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom (accessible from the master bedroom), an open kitchen facing the family/dining room, and a separate entry room which also serves as a semi private sleeping area for 2 (using a Queen sleeper sofa). All furniture is high quality with comfortable sleeping surfaces. Plenty of sitting, sleeping, and stretching room for up to 4 people.
Among other amenities, a smart lock for coming and going, a smart TV included in both the living room and master bedroom, to keep everyone entertained, and Wifi to keep everyone connected.
Security and safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior surveillance cameras.
Guests will have full access to their respective side of the duplex. Your home away from home includes the following amenities:

It was much larger than I expected which made it very comfortable. Lots of little extras in the kitchen and bath which were thoughtful. I was able to work both TVs from the directions provided considering I am technology challenged lol.

This was a delightful experience in every way! The host was super helpful, communicative and made the whole process so easy. The location was absolutely perfect for what we needed and the space was very clean. I highly recommend this site and host and would absolutely stay here again. I know of friends who will need a place in this area and I will let them know about this gem!

THE PROPERTY WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. LITTLE THINGS THAT MADE IT EVEN BETTER. THE HALL NIGHT LIGHT CAME ON AUTOMATICALLY AT NIGHT. THERE WERE BEDSIDE CHARGES THAT HELD MULTIPLE CORDS. THERE WAS EXTRA TOLIET PAPER AND BUG SPRAY IF YOU NEEDED IT. IT WAS A GREAT PLACE FOR MY HUSBAND AND MOTHER TO HANG OUT SINCE I ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL FOR 3 DAYS AND THEY ENDED UP STAYING AT THE UNIT. VERY NICE

We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints at all. House was clean, beds comfortable, shower head had great water pressure, sofa bed was even comfortable, loved the beach theme decor of the house super cute, and we loved the back patio. Great communication with the owner, we would stay again.

My adult son and I met in sunny Florida for a few rare days together. Peggy's Citrus Cottage was perfect. Clean, comfortable and ideally located. The area offers beaches, fishing, snorkeling and open air restaurants without being too commercial. Peggy's attention to detail is apparent in how the cottage is equipped and maintained. We will be booking with Peggy again.

Lovely place in a great location. Short ride to the beach and quick trip to lots of shopping. Peaceful trip to get away and check out the wonderful nature Florida has to offer. Back yard has beautiful plant life.

This unit is divided as a duplex. Recent upgrades to interior. Quiet neighborhood, short drive to shopping, beach. Nice fenced private back yard. Only negative is it is very close to a rail line with frequent trains.

Living like locals
This place had a beautiful backyard. The house was very clean and spacious for 4 people. The host supplied bikes and beach chairs which was fun and nice to have. The host lived nearby so if we needed anything she was easy to reach. She had great recommendations for food and things to do in the area! Overall great stay!

Lovely, tranquil getaway!
The house was clean, calm and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and there lots of small touches I appreciated (like Mrs. Meyers liquid hand soap. The back patio was such a delight. It was mild enough to sit outside most mornings and evenings! Access to beach chairs, beach towels and Beach toys for little ones all enhance the value of this location!

Super Clean
This place was immaculate. The backyard and patio were beautiful. so many pretty flowers and plants and nice patio furniture. Peggy was available 24/7. In fact, she popped in several times. We had batteries go out in the light remote and she replaced them immediately. The kids enjoyed the backyard as well as the adults. We had a great vacation. The pictures do not do this place justice. it was gorgeous. Thank you Peggy.

Peggy’s place was better than expected! Very clean and had all the extras we needed for the beach like chairs and beach umbrella! Location was close to beach, stores and restaurants! Definitely great place to stay!

Perfect peaceful retreat.
We loved our stay. Very clean property. Beautiful backyard garden. Well thought out amenities. (As we had a seven year old and loved having the bikes, boogie boards, chairs for the beach but also inside the home, games and outdoor grill!)

Extremely clean - Exactly as described - Would stay there over and over again!
This place was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at and we've stayed at many vacation rentals. Very well stocked kitchen dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The bikes were awesome to have available!! Loved the garden/patio area and the beds were THE BOMB! Like my title aboves says, I would stay here over and over again! Thanks for the hospitality!

Garden Oasis Near the Beach
My mother and I loved our stay at the Citrus Cottage in Hobe Sound! It's conveniently located, well appointed and the hosts are very helpful! The back yard garden oasis was wonderful; a great place to start the day with a cup of coffee and end it with a glass of wine to relax and reflect on the days' activities! We only wish we had stayed longer!
