3 km from the lake and the ski slopes, in the integral biological zone of Kertoff with primary forest (50m fir trees) and hiking trails in the forest towards the stubble and along the Vologne, charming refuge at the edge of the water in 19th century house of very comfortable character.
Chalet atmosphere with wood, beams and attic rooms.
Renovated and decorated in a spirit of mountain, industrial and Scandinavian, it offers a warm and luxurious cocoon for 12 / 14p.
Sauna, Spa, LV, babyfoot, darts come to decorate the house for your leisures.
Located in a quiet area of Gerardmer, this cottage allows you to enjoy both the city and its leisure and calm of nature.

160m2 plus 40 m2 of outbuildings (spa and games): it's a lot of space for the success of your holidays with family or friends.
Guaranteed atmosphere thanks to the comfy and arty decoration that makes you travel around different themes close to the mountain, nature, the region.

Outside, the Vologne flows under the windows with picnic leisure area and bathing access.

The 4 bedrooms are spacious and all have a sitting area.
The bed of the large living room is very comfortable (140 x 200 beds)
Sheets and towels are provided can be provided for a fee of 60 € to be paid on arrival.

The large bathroom offers a Finnish sauna with heated stones and steam for 3 people.

Logement atypique et spacieux
Logement atypique de par sa configuration, le rendant ludique pour les enfants. Il est spacieux. Nous avons par contre regretté un manque d'entretien des espaces extérieurs. Balançoire impraticable, espace pique-nique avec une table cassée, barbecue en piteux état, accès à la rivière compliqué avec les orties. L espace jacuzzi est agréable, sans plus. Les prestations globalement sont correctes mais pas au niveau attendu quand on se base sur le descriptif de l'annonce.

- Télévision inutilisable, probablement en raison de le carte TV du décodeur.
- Balançoires inutilisables car à 1m50 du sol...

Excellent séjour découverte dans les vosges!
Très beau gîte atypique proche de la Vologne. Nous avons séjourné une semaine à 8 personnes, 3 générations et tout le monde avait ses aises. Très bonne literie et endroit calme propice au repos. Quel bonheur de profiter du spa et du sauna privatif après le ski ou la rando! Quelques balades en forêt au départ de la propriété. Possibilité de rejoindre en quelques minutes en voiture le centre de Gérardmer (tous commerces), le bord du lac, la station de ski alpin ou l'espace nordique. Accueil très sympathique par Stéphanie ! Une belle première expérience vosgienne😉

Parfait pour une ou deux familles
Beaucoup d'espace dans ce gîte. Il est parfait pour 2 couples et jusqu'à 6 enfants qui ont envie d'avoir de l'espace et ne pas être les uns sur les autres. C'était un des rares gîtes qui offrait le nombre et configuration des chambres que nous recherchions. L'emplacement de la maison n'est pas génial et un peu sombre à l'époque de l'année que nous avons choisie mais il suffit de sortir profiter des très beaux environs - 2 ou 3 ballades à même pas 10 mins de la maison et maintes autres.

Accueil indépendant, mais Olivier nous a donné plein de conseils et est très réactif par messages, et Anne Marie est venue vérifier que nous avions tout ce qu’il faut. Très sympathique !

Très bonne base, confortable et chaleureuse pour profiter de Gerardmer et de la montagne
Maison accueillante et amusante avec tous ses escaliers et espaces différents, dans un endroit atypique en bordure de la forêt et de la rivière. Pourtant, on est à Gerardmer à 3 km du centre ville.
Tout le confort possible et très bien équipée. A 3 km du supermarché.
Accueil sympathique avec de bonnes adresses.

Maison atypique très confortable et pleine de caractère
Expérience réussie pour notre escapade vosgienne en famille : cette maison au bord de l’eau a contribué au bonheur du séjour en famille, proche du centre ville en voiture mais au calme et à 2 pas de la forêt majestueuse, avec beaucoup d’espace pour tous et un petit jardin avec annexes jeux et spa très agréable au bord de la rivière.
La maison est très bien équipée et très propre, rien ne manque pour cuisiner ou se détendre dedans ou dehors, elle est très confortable et sa décoration à thème lui donne un charme indéniable.
A refaire ... en hiver cette fois au coin du feu.
