We love welcoming people to Aloha Avalon, our spacious three bedroom beach home in the heart of Avalon.
The first thing we will tell you is to get out! What, hey!? Yes, get out and get a feel for where you are left and in a few minutes walking you will be at Avalon Beach, Bilgola Beach or Avalon village. Then come back and relax, maybe enjoy a long bath with a glass of champagne..
We have aimed to provide a relaxed, private, beachside space where you can get "that aloha feeling".
The front half of a grand old manor, the three bedroom apartment has been recently renovated to give it a modern edge, while still maintaining that wonderful sense of space.
Your private entrance leads into a large living space with modern dining area. The full kitchen is kitted out to create any gourmet meal your heart desires..
The bathroom, with freestanding bath, is to die for.
We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay.
Hair Dryer, Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash are provided as standard and a washing machine is available. If you fancy a picnic at Clareville Beach, or the headland, please make use of the picnic set located in the pantry. We are always happy to help with a picnic hamper on request.
The apartment is 100% your space and is not accessible through the back part of the house. The apartment enjoys a sunfilled garden where you can set up for an undisturbed breakfast, lunch or dinner...

We haf a wonderful stay here. It was clean, peaceful, and close to shops and cafes.

We wanted something near our daughter and family in Avalon. Tyler & Jo’s place was perfect! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Enough room to have the grandkids over to stay. Air con in the living area was a bonus and fans in the bedrooms.
We have it 5 stars but just a couple of niggles. No can opener, vacuum didn’t work but no broom or dustpan and brush. Some Drawers in main bedroom stuck with paint!

Spacious property with all basic facilities for all seasons. Very well located to walk to village shops, cafes, restaurants and beach. Quiet and roomy with outdoor balcony to enjoy. Couldn't find BBQ, but were a short stay so wasn't a problem! Helpful host, we arrived a little early but nothing was a problem and super friendly.

Thank you Jo and Tyler, had a memorable family Christmas. The property.was beautifully presented and the extra little touches were much appreciated. Location is epic, walking distance to the beach and shops. Only things we could fault was fridge is a little small and no tongs, but we had our own of both anyway, and it was only really a small issue as we were cooking a lot. Once again thank you hosts it was a great and memorable holiday.!

This property is not as it appears. It is an older building, a bit run down, equipment not working with only some modern touches. The property was not properly cleaned. Bed configuration is ambiguous and not as advertised. It was definately poor value. When contacted the male hosts was argumentative and threatening. It left us feeling concerned and disappointed. As a very experienced traveller I would certainly not recomment this property

Perfect northern beaches location
Great spot between two beaches, walking distance to both and also short walk to supermarket, boutiques and restaurants. Very spacious place.

Great short stay !
It was really great to have 2 nights at this great home. Super clean-and comfortable beds. Just a 5min walk to shops and 10min walk to Avalon beach. We took board games and cards - and just spent a relaxing couple of nights in doors.....with the days at lunch and beach. This was a reunion for older son living interstate- and with limited time - we opted for a Sydney beach vs driving too far. The place was well laid out and bigger than I was thinking- just perfect for a family of 6. We did not see the owners- although they live at the back / downstairs of the property in a separate wing. It was private and the street was quiet with great off street parking. Recommend for sure

Beautiful, relaxing Aloha Avalon
We had such a beautiful stay at this stunning Beach House. So relaxing, so spacious, so luxurious. The beds were so comfortable and we had the best sleeps. The hosts graciously accomodated us with an early check in and a late check out, as well as lovely breakfast items and chocolates on arrival. A short stroll to Bilgola Beach and Avalon village. A perfect get-away. We will certainly be back !

Beautifully styled! Perfect location!
We loved staying at Aloha Avalon. It was extremely private and was much more spacious than expected.
Every room is beautifully styled. We used it as place to get ready for our wedding and the master bedroom looked spectacular with my bridal gown hanging!
Self checkin was a breeze and the hosts were easy to contact and went the extra mile sewing as it was our wedding.
Cannot recommend this place enough!

We had an amazing Christmas at this property. The house was spotless, very bright, airy and easy to access. The hosts were very kind, great at communicating and really went above and beyond (even leaving presents under the tree for ours kids). Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home !
Four firm friends enjoyed a fabulous stay at Jo + Tyler’s home. The house is as it appears in the photographs... stylish and modern, meticulously clean and the perfect location to explore the lovely Avalon area. Everything you need is there, exceptionally comfortable beds, fluffy towels, great shower and the kitchen basics have all been thought of. It is just a short 5 minute walk to Avalon central.. with a thriving cafe / restaurant scene... Jo was a lovely accomodating host .. very kind, helpful and communicative .. We look forward to returning ! Highly recommended
