Awful.

The hotel didn't let us stay, as we had British passports and non-Indian guests weren't allowed to stay at this hotel. Why Booking.com allowed this hotel to be listed for me in my search, as well as being able to book it is baffling.

Having to hastily arrange another booking, in the reception area, then pay for the transport to get to the new hotel. Then waiting days to get a refund for this cancellation.

Nothing to be liked

Previously the property was handled by some another company. I've stayed here many more times this time the receptionist was very arrogant. He offered me very small rooms. Previously the hospitality I received from this property was awesome but as soon as treebo is handling this property they won't worry about customer satisfaction. I hope this is sorted very soon. Else I don't wish to stay hereafter in this property.

Very bad experience. We complaining many times for the ac and tv but they didn't send anyone to fixed it. Also staff behaviour also not good. We called reception many times but no one even picking calls. Restaurants staff is saying like call on their mobail number. But food is good 👍.

Only one thing we like on that property is only food. That's it

Only breakfast is good.

As per tariff rooms are not worth it. Online and offline rates are a huge difference. Ac not working. The room's not cleaned. The rooms are very small. The surrounding area is not pleasant. Dirty smell in rooms. Complimentary times are not provided. Water also does not supply sufficient quantity. Waste of money. Worst experience. Not commended to any one.

Value For Money Deal.

NICE HOTEL TO STAY WITH FAMILY. LIFT AVAILABLE. MAPLE ROOMS ON 2ND FLOOR WERE SPACIOUS. CLEAN BATHROOM. RESTAURANT ON 3RD FLOOR. BREAKFAST LIMITED ITEMS BUT GOOD.

Location bit interior from city with car parking problem. Hotel in commercial Street complex.
