Upon arrival you will enter private gates with an expansive driveway and parking for multiple vehicles. Off the front entry are 2 bedrooms. Further down the hallway is a fully stocked family style kitchen with separate dining area. 2 additional bedrooms are each equipped with queen sized beds and share a jack-n-jill bathroom, while the master retreat includes an ensuite bathroom, king sized bed, and water views. The living room features a 75” Samsung TV & multiple seating areas and doors that will seamlessly lead to the spacious rear yard. *Please note the gas fireplace is turned off for safety & liability reasons.

This is a very cute spot in a very quiet neighborhood in Mission Beach. It's an older home with a personality all it's own! Great space for a large family with an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and have meals and we took full advantage of the beach cruisers in the garage for a leisurely ride to Pacific Beach. Check-in was great, but check-out was even easier! The backyard that faces the bay is large and relaxing to people watch as they stroll through the bay path. Location-wise, it's perfect and easily accessible whether you're interested in walking to the nearby shops and beach area or drive to the many great SD areas. Not only was the home spotless when we arrived, but so were the outdoor furniture and cooking area (grill). We'd definitely stay here again if we have another familiy gatherining in SD!

Property is very poorly maintained. Should have read the negative reviews before booking. Property smells old and of mildew when you enter. Kitchen poorly stocked. Dishwasher and dryer not working correctly. Dirty sofa which is falling apart. Three of five bikes had flat tires. Baby items piled in garage covered in dust & dirt. Storage area with old beach toys thrown in covered in dirt & spider webs. We knew we were booking an older style cottage home but did not expect it to be in such a bad state of repair. There were so many deficient areas, that we did not bother to call the management company during our stay as we were only there for three days and didn’t want our stay disrupted. Also these items should be dealt with before a guest checks in. Would definitely not book again.

Family reunion in September, 2023. This house is perfect. 10 adults & 2 toddlers. It is so open and spacious. It is not ultra modern and fancy which makes it perfect for us! It is warm, charming, relaxed, and exactly how you want a beach house to be. It feels so comfortable that you don't feel like you're a visitor, you feel like you're home. The kids can play on the grass, in the sand, in the bay, or in the waves. This was our 2nd stay at Treasure Villa and we are so emotionally attached to this property, I can't imagine gathering my family anywhere else. Surf Style is a fantastic host with top notch communication and information. Perfect vacation for my family! Thank you Surf Style

Great property for large family and little grandkids. One level, completely gated in, hot tub is elevated and house is easy to maneuver. There is nothing better than sitting on the patio, surrounded by loved ones, overlooking pristine Mission Bay and a nice Chardonnay. All our adult kids want a repeat next year. There is plenty to keep every age group entertained. Beach cruisers, paddle boards, kayaks, inflatables, lawn games or just basking in the sun. We will be back for more memory making in 2024.

This is a lovely, unique, and spacious home that comes equipped with beach toys, bikes, and everything you could need for a fun family vacation. We had a family reunion here and it worked out perfectly. The patio bordering the boardwalk is expansive and includes many sitting areas and chaise lounges- great for relaxing, looking at the view, and eating outside. We really appreciated the ample parking which is unusual for beach homes. The one star taken off is because there is a lot in the home that needs to be repaired/replaced (throw pillows with holes in them, cracks in the entry and kitchen floor tiles, doors that won't shut all the way, peeling paint, etc...). We were told ahead of time that this was an older home and that was fine with us. However, some of the maintenance is just neglected vs. aged. Overall - we would stay again (and probably will!) and do recommend.

This home was the perfect size for our family gathering( 10 adults and 5 children). We all had plenty of space and easy access to the beach. The beach toys, kites, kayaks and other beach equipment provided was perfect! We will be booking this home again.

Large House in Exclusive Location right next to the Catamaran Hotel and Resort. We knew the house wasn't new, but we love the location and size so much that we had to reserve it. Our stay did not disappoint, we all had a fantastic time swimming and paddling on the bay & gathering in the private backyard grilling, soaking in the hot tub, and enjoying the sun. Nice job.

Thank you to Surf Style for all of your help, we had a great vacation...except for 1 noisy night the neighboring family had a graduation celebration. Otherwise it was quiet and relaxing for our large family of 13 adults and children, we already miss being on the bay.

The house more than suited the needs of our family size and was very comfortable. We were informed about an issue with the gate and ice maker, neither of which effected our stay but glad to know the management is on top of it. We will certainly reserve again!

It smells like a very very old house that’s never been touched. Other than that it worked fine for our needs. One huge thing missing from the description is the fact that there is no community bathroom! there are five rooms and each has its own bathroom . Two bedrooms share a jack and Jill bathroom . One bedroom does not have a bathroom connected so that guest had to keep walking into the master bedroom if they had to use the bathroom . Also there’s a sign on the fridge that indicates the icemaker is not working. For the small fortune that we paid to rent the house I would have hoped that the owner could get the ice machine fixed or replaced. The Jacuzzi takes forever to get hot so keep that in mind if you plan to be. We couldn’t find enough ping-pong balls that weren’t already smashed to play. But we made the best of it with the corn hole game which was so nice to have. Also the fact that we had to be quiet and have our music not heard within a certain distance on the mission Bayside even during the day made it a little uncomfortable to keep having to turning music down
If the owner could add a community bathroom that opens to the common areas repair all the broken tiles and do something about the terrible odor- the house would be great!

great location and amenities
This location had me super excited. The location is great and right on the bay which made feeling the sand in my toes really nice. Went kayaking for the first time ever. The main beach was a 5 - 7 min walk. Super easy. Lots of space on the property. There were 9 of us and everyone was comfortable. 20 min or less drive to anywhere we wanted to go.
The not so great is the home needs a bit of work done but it's mostly cosmetic. There is no community bathroom or 1/2 bath but that's pure convenience depending on your group. Some of the homes tech did not work or was missing entirely.
Overall we had a great time and would likely stay at the same property again

The house is huge with plenty of beds. The location was AMAZING! We sipped our coffee in the hotub and watched the sunrise over the bay. A short and easy walk to Pacific Beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores. The entire property is gated so it was very nice for families with young kids, plus we felt very safe. The house is huge with plenty of beds. The location was AMAZING! We sipped our coffee in the hotub and watched the sunrise over the bay. A short and easy walk to Pacific Beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores. The entire property is gated so it was very nice for families with young kids, plus we felt very safe. The outdoor area on the bayside was the best part of the house and more than met our expectations. Sleeping accommodations were good (there is no twin bed in BR#4). Well provided with basic necessities and plenty of towels. However, this property suffers from a lack of property management oversight. Per the Welcome Guide, the "property is inspected before arrival". Based on the numerous issues discovered, that was simply not our experience. Too many items management should have known about were encountered. Deficient appliances, non-carpeted floors vacuumed but not mopped (as evidenced by black feet), bicycles in poor shape, sheds crammed full of sandy beach toys, chairs - of which many items were broken or junk. The most egregious issue, however, was the hot tub. It was operating improperly, had not not been cleaned/disinfected. It was contaminated with body fluids, and had a darkly stained oily "bathtub ring" around the perimeter. Enough said

Great location. Grandkids loved their own room. Outdoor activities ! Great place for entire family. Could use upgrade with few more pans , upgraded towels. Fans for ALL bedrooms . Would not hesitate to rent again. Thanks

Mixed Bag Experience
The outdoor area on the bayside was the best part of the house and more than met our expectations. Sleeping accommodations were good (there is no twin bed in BR#4). Well provided with basic necessities and plenty of towels. However, this property suffers from a lack of property management oversight. Per the Welcome Guide, the "property is inspected before arrival". Based on the numerous issues discovered, that was simply not our experience. Too many items management should have known about were encountered. Deficient appliances, non-carpeted floors vacuumed but not mopped (as evidenced by black feet), bicycles in poor shape, sheds crammed full of sandy beach toys, chairs - of which many items were broken or junk. The most egregious issue, however, was the hot tub. It was operating improperly, had not not been cleaned/disinfected. It was contaminated with body fluids, and had a darkly stained oily "bathtub ring" around the perimeter. Enough said
