About this apartment rental

Penthouse located in the pedestrian zone of the heart of Logroño, between Gran Vía and El Espolón, central and emblematic point, on the border that divides the historical part of the city and the most modern and commercial. Completely renovated, it has two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen equipped with everything you need and a cozy terrace of 15 square meters that can be enjoyed all year. The stay includes top quality sheets and towels. High speed internet and cable television. The apartment, conceived entirely for the exclusive use of our guests, is an attic with an elevator located in a pedestrian zone (Paseo de las Cien Tiendas).
I have a covered and guarded parking space in a public parking lot 100 meters from the house. I have it reserved to make the rent cheaper to my clients, to whom I have an impact if they want 8 euros per day of stay, with freedom 24 hours to take out or put the vehicle. Logroño is a comfortable and affordable city to move on foot.
In the house there is everything you need to make your stay great: a delicious living room with library and cable TV, double bed 150x200 in the master bedroom, two beds 105x190 and 90x190 in the second bedroom, desk and television in each of the bedrooms, sheets and towels of high quality; Iron, dryer, coffee maker, microwave and basic products such as coffee, sugar, oil and vegetables in the kitchen. And, of course, it came from Rioja.

Great location in the city. Just steps from everything. As others have written, bigger than expected. Great terrace for relaxing in the afternoons. Apartment very clean and wonderfully decorated. Everything we could want in a place to stay. Ainhoa and Antonio set up parking for our car only 150m away.

The flat was spacious , comfortable and in a great location for exploring all the interesting places in Logrono. The large balcony was great for relaxing and the parking space was much appreciated. Ainhoa & Antonio were welcoming and accommodating .

Beautifully Decorated Apartment in a Great Location

My wife and I spent the last three nights of our two week trip to Spain in this centrally located apartment. It served as the perfect base for exploring the Rioja wine region, as well as being convenient to the fine restaurants and tapas bars of the city. The apartment was large, very clean, and was decorated in in an engaging style with books and a variety of stylish art. It also has a nice outdoor patio/balcony on which we enjoyed drinking wine with a view of the city. We are especially grateful to the owners for their patience and help when we initially got lost on arrival due to GPS failure and my own errors. This place felt like home and we highly recommend it.

Estamos encantados con el trato recibido por Ainhoa y Toño. La casa es preciosa y acogedora. Las camas muy cómodas. Todo está muy limpio y con muy buen gusto. Fuimos con nuestros perros y todo fue genial. Es una de las mejores casas en las que hemos estado y eso que viajamos mucho utilizando este tipo de alojamientos. La cocina está equipada con aceite, sal, café, cacao, magdalenas, etc (Eso no lo hace nadie). El baño con champú y gel (impensable en este tipo de alojamientos). Tiene abono en un parking que está a 100mt de la casa (8€ diarios, baratísimo) Está en pleno centro de Logroño, con lo que tienes la zona de pintxos y vinos a 5 minutos andando (C/Laurel, C/ San Juan). En definitiva, que repetiremos.

Nos ha gustado mucho, hemos estado super a gusto. El apartamento tiene todo el encanto, y todos los detalles necesarios, para dusfrutar de una estancia espectacular en Logroño. El trato, amabilidad y atenciones de Ainoa y de Antonio de 10. Muy recomendable en todos los sentidos, si volvemos a la Rioja no dudaríamos en repetir. Muchas gracias por todo!!!!
