Featuring a terrace with Caldera Sea views, this white washed cave house features a Cycladic architecture and comes with a wrought iron double bed, 2 traditional style built in twin beds, a long traditional sofa bed, rocking armchair, sun beds, a satellite, flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. Free WiFi is available in all areas.
There is one master bedroom with a double bed with a canopy.
Our top-mattresses are made of combinations of natural rubber, seaweed, goose down, virgin wool, pure cotton and eucalyptus. Seaweed emits iodine to soothe respiration and eucalyptus lends its seductive fragrance. All the materials together, unified, interact and create ideal sleeping conditions. They “embrace” the body, ensuring that even the smallest curve is fully supported. Linen are silk/cotton and towels are of the best Egyptian cotton.
In the living area there are two traditional style built in twin beds for lounging or for extra guests. For privacy the master bedroom is separated from the living area by a doorway and three windows. It also provides a dining table and an extra long sofa for relaxing. There is additionally a small adjacent room to the master bedroom. There is an indoor tiled bathroom with a shower and a second outdoor bathroom with a shower as well. The fully equipped kitchen faces the beautiful Aegean sea. Outside, the spacious private terrace provides the stage for unencumbered relaxation staring the amazing landscape of the Caldera.
Located on the cliff side of the Caldera, the panoramic views from its patio are breathtaking, providing a perfect place to dine or simply relax and take in the beauty. Arrange for a romantic meal and renew your love vows with your other half enjoying the magnificent view to the Caldera! If you make -literally- 4 steps from the house you can see a beautiful little church, St Nicolas, built on a tiny island at Amoudi. You can swim and sunbathe there.
The house setting is unique and idyllic. Every minute of the day or night the house provides a magnificent view. It offers a panoramic view to one of the most spectacular sunrises in Greece. In the evening relax with the fabulous view of the Caldera together with a glass of Vinsanto. At night you will enjoy lying on the cushions on the terrace under the sparkling stars and also view the lights of the other cities on the top edge of the Caldera. This is the best way to end your day.
Indoors, the master bedroom and the living/dining room with the beautifully decorated walls, the fully equipped kitchen and the mosaic tiles in the bathroom will make your stay an unforgettable experience. Guests enjoy the unobstructed views of the Caldera and the famous Oia’s sunset or sunsrise from the cave house’s patio. You will enjoy breakfast/dinner at the romantic private veranda with panoramic view to the Caldera, the blue sea, the cities of Imerovigli, Firostefani, Fira, Pyrgos and “Athinios” port on the edge of the Caldera, as well as the volcano, Palia and Nea Kammeni and the island of Thirassia.
It is only 2 minutes walking distance from shops, restaurants, market, galleries, bus & taxi terminal and the Castle which is the famous “Sunset Point” of Greece. Various cafés, restaurants, the Naval Museum, and Lounge Cafe Pool Bars with sunset view are located one minute walking distance, as is the Castle, a famous sunset viewing spot. The three most known beaches in Oia are 5-10 minutes’ ride.
Restaurant reservations, transfers, island tours and car hire service are available. Free private parking area is available, only 50 meters from the properties.

Maria couldn’t have been a more accommodating and friendly host. This cave house had everything we needed and spectacular views. Great location close to the main shopping area. The room had everything you could possibly need and there was a generous bowl of fruit, water, bread, juice, coffee and yogurt already in the fridge. I highly recommend this property!

The location was beautiful, I'd like future guests to know that you cannot see the sunrise or sunset from this location. I was disappointed by that. Although it was breathtaking anyway so not a reason not to stay. The home was comfortable with plenty of well thought out amenities, water and food upon arrival for weary travelers. I wish the table on the patio were big enough for all 4 guests to dine but if there are only 2 it was fine. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. It was a great location and nice to be able to escape the throngs of people just above on the walkway.

Great location to tour Santorini. The blue dome churches are just around the corner as are all the iconic photo locations. Its also in the heart of the shopping area. The staff and management were fantastic and provided good means if communication. Highly recommended.

Rarely does a place meet expectations, but this house not only met but exceeded all of them! Maria was an excellent host who was always available. We came in on the ferry and our ride was waiting for us. We were met in Oia by Daniel who was awesome and welcoming. The house itself was even better than the pictures. We had a very early departure and Daniel was there to take our luggage up to the cab with a smile on his face. One of us had a very heavy bag, and added to the other two it couldn’t have been easy for him, but he did it with a smile. The house is in a great location, with beautiful views. One complaint I will make is with the description of the house. It talks about the sunset view which is amazing, but what it fails to mention is the Sunrise view. Watching the sun come up over the Caldera was one of the highlights of my trip. We were there the first week in March, and it was amazing! Centrally located to great restaurants, and shops. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing view and Maria was great and responded quickly to any questions. Our place was stocked with food and wine which was way above and beyond. It is close to everything yet private and you are able to relax. Transportation was arranged for us as well as our luggage taken down and brought back up. We can't wait to go back!

First of all the location is absolutely THE BEST. Close to everything but comfortably seperated from the crowds to give you your own patio privacy. Place has everything you could need. Maria is the best representative that Greece has for hospitality and warm welcomes. She took care of our transfers and the transport of luggage as well as recommendations. Our place was stocked with food and wine which was way above and beyond the call. I can't say enough good things about Paradise Blue and White Cave house and Maria. I can't wait to plan a trip back.

Incredibly strong men (Mustafa and Estehar) carried our luggage down, and got us settled in this beautiful home. The first two and a half days were magical. Day 3, COVID hit two of us, and some other malady a third in our party of four. Maria and her team were EXEMPLARY. This was human kindness at its best. Maria helped us find a doctor who could see us immediately, she offered to get us food, and a ent her staff with extra supplies while we quarantined…and she called to check on us daily. What she didn’t know was that I have had some extraordinary health challenges these past years, and avoided COVID entirely since it began, only to be laid flat 5000 miles from home. Santorini is a beautiful island, and this home is incredible…but for the rest of my days, when I recall this trip, above all I will remember feeling safe in a foreign land, because of one woman’s extraordinary kindness and compassion.

This villa was our favorite spot in all of our Greek travels. It had an amazing, peaceful Caldera view. It was a favorite spot for pictures, which made for some fun people watching, but never felt crowded. Both inside and out felt spacious. The kitchen, though small, was charming. The beds were decently comfortable and the bathroom had a nice dressing area with washing machine. The patio area was the perfect spot for breakfast and afternoon reading. The villa was close to shops and the main walkway without the overwhelming feel of that area. It was a retreat from the bustle but easily accessible. All the major viewing spots are super close yet we still felt secluded. Maria was a responsive host and her staff were very helpful. We needed a 5th bed and she graciously arranged that for us. The breakfast items and bottle of wine were such a treat and we were grateful for the provided USB ports and converters. Little details like that make a big difference. We also were thankful for her dining recommendations. Our only drawback was the place was humid even with the machine running and the hot tub is quite a distance away (which you don't get from the pictures) and not available every night. We highly recommend this villa! Thank you, Maria!

The island of Santorini is beautiful and staying in this fabulous cave house in Oia gave our group the perfect jumping off point for our adventures. The ability to wander the streets on the morning before it was overcrowded by people from cruise ships was amazing. The view from this balcony is otherworldly, and Maria was a fantastic host—even stocking the refrigerator for us before our arrival I highly recommend this place!

This villa has a wonderful view a quaint patio overlooking the sea and beautiful surroundings. We had a very wonderful stay here. The host communicates with you early and will help you get transportation from and to the airport or port. Her staff will meet you at the drop off point and help you with your luggage. The Host will answer questions promptly during your stay. You also get access to a sundeck on the sunset side of the island and you'll be the envy of the other people gathered along the walkway while you enjoy a glass of wine on the sundeck in comfortable surroundings (including a jacuzzi). I will miss this place. Thank you.

We had an lovely stay in the blue and white cave house! The view was spectacular and can’t be beat! Maria provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our time together as a family—clear instructions to make our way by car to the destination, kind and friendly porters to meet us and help us with our luggage (important for the steps and narrow passageways in Oia), snacks, fruit, wine and a stocked kitchenette to make some coffee and refrigerate some items. Maria works very hard to make the stay lovely, and you can feel her warmth and care while staying in her cave homes!

Maria was incredibly responsive and made sure we were well taken care of . Her manager Islam took amazing care to make sure we had everything we needed! The views from this property are magnificent and we spent as much time on the patio as possible! Two bedroom is a stretch as the main bedroom bed is very small . The second bedroom is actually the living room with two twin beds. We actually didn’t care because the location was absolutely spectacular! We loved the location and the restaurant Above our apartment! Charming!!!!

Maria and her staff were very accommodating from pre trip on-ward. The Cave house was amazing with a beautiful view of the Aegean and a quick walk to all the fancy shops and restaurants. The Food was amazing! Maria's staff was so hard working and accommodating to our every need. Maria was up night and day to help us out with all our needs. I can't recommend this property enough and I can't wait to go back. It was such a special experience.

Maria’s team moved all of are belongings to this location effortlessly. Maria always has a variety of drinks and snacks waiting for you. This location was only 5 m away , in the middle of town, with incredible views of the caldera. She also set up all of are transfers from airport pick up, to boat transfer! Stress free. This is hands down the best experience we have ever had at a rental. Impeccable accommodation. A view that will take your breath away with a perfect patio/balcony to enjoy it. Comfy chairs, a huge and stable umbrella for shade, and again a view that we will cherish for a lifetime. You’ll be a 2 minute walk from the village but off the path of tourists so you can enjoy the view with quiet and privacy. Shipan met us and carried our luggage, helped us settle in and was available anytime for anything we may require. He was always kind and smiling, a true gentle soul. They arranged seamless transfers from the airport and then to the port and carried our luggage right to and from the taxi. The cave home is gorgeous. Well stocked kitchen plus wine, juice, bread, cheese, fruit, tea, honey, Nutella, jam, cereal, yogurt, everything you could need for breakfast or a snack. The beds are super comfy and the shower pressure is excellent. Plenty of towels and freshened regularly. Maria also offered us another area with a hot tub and the most gorgeous outdoor space where we were fortunate to watch the sunset away from the crowds. We felt like royalty. Maria met us to bring drinks and snacks as we relaxed in the hot tub taking in the sunset. I can’t say enough good things. Oh! She also gave us snorkels and goggles to use to explore ammouldi bay, as well as directions to the perfect swimming spot with the option to do a 20meter cliff jump and see the crater under water. Unbelievable! Truly a vacation we will cherish for a lifetime. I hope we are fortunate enough to return one day. We typically enjoy holidays in new and different locations but in this instance I would come back to this exact property in a heart beat. My husband and I are beyond grateful and our teenage daughters LOVED everything about our time in Oia. If you are hesitating at all (this was a bit of a stretch for us financially) just book it, you will not have a single regret.

A Santorini Dream
I have so much to say about this property, management and the young men who carried our luggage up and down the stairs.
First off I can’t tell you enough about Maria- what a delight to meet her, she worked so hard to make sure we had a great time.
The view from this place was incredible, the location a dream, the beds comfortable. The young men were so sweet, gracious and respectful and always right on time. It was amazing to watch them carry our bags up and down those stairs. Do yourself a favor, if your planing a trip to Oia, Santorini don’t waste your time with hours of research. Maria will be sure to take good care of you.

Amazing location and great villa!
Our family of 4 had a wonderful time in Santorini and the villa was a key part of the enjoyment of the trip. The consistent speedy responsiveness of Maria to every question I had about the property, both before and during the trip, and the help of the porters - Shipan and Islam - was so appreciated and made the vacation a stress free! The property is in a great location with beautiful views of the caldera and a very short walk to the main path through to the shops and restaurants.

A wonderful stay in Oia Santorini!
We had a wonderful one week stay in this excellent cave house! Maria and Shipan are excellent hosts. We were met promptly upon arrival and Shipan helped carry our bags down the steps to the house. (Be prepared for many steps in Santorini!) The view is tremendous and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck and watching the sea traffic and visiting with the local cats. The house is well stocked with some extra treats provided by Maria. Thanks again Shipan and Maria!

Wonderful! 5 Star Experience!
So many great things to say about this property and experience, so let me get the minimal negatives out of the way. I want to be as honest as possible.
We had to wait 15 minutes or so for someone to meet us at the drop off. This made us a bit nervous after traveling for so long.
The views are incredible, but really, they are incredible anywhere on the caldera side, but this home is set back a little, so sunsets happen behind houses. For the best sunset views it is a very short walk to the castle and it is worth it.
This cave house is a good way down the cliff side and while not a problem for our family at all, older people or those with limited mobility would find it a challenge to get up the steps to the main street each day.
These are nitpicks, because other than this, WOW!
Maria, the hostess, went over and above in every way. She arranged our airport pickup, our rental car, and a local person to meet us, let us in, and provide cleaning and restocking services!
The house had wonderful greek snacks, fruit, juice, candy, water, coffee, tea, and even wine, as well as an equipped kitchen. Small, but perfect. She even had it restocked during our trip. Maria was a pleasure and did everything to make sure our stay was a great one!
The apartment has a wonderful patio where we really enjoyed just sitting, having a glass of wine and enjoying this beautiful spot. The view is one of the best in the world!
The house was plenty spacious for our family of 4, including two teenagers. The beds were comfortable, the rental was decorated beautifully, and kept spotlessly clean. They even had it decorated for Christmas! There are two bathrooms, which is really convenient for a family.
I could never see us staying in a more modern boutique hotel after this experience. We felt like locals, but with all the amenities of a 5-star hotel!
The location is also very good. After the short, but steep hike up to the main street you are very close to churches, the castle, windmills, tourist shops, galleries, cafes, and restaurants. You can have a wonderful time without ever leaving Oia, but it is also close to the bus routes and there is plenty of parking close by for a rental car. Oia is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been, and the Blue and White Cave House puts you smack dab in the middle of what you would see on a cover photo of a tourist brochure!
We only spent a week, but felt at home. Highly recommended!

Exceeded all expectations!!
Maria is a truly amazing host who provided so much to our group of 3! She is kind and a great communicator. We had everything we needed and more! The service was wonderful. The best part about the house was it’s location. We were close to the main walkway that it was easy to get out of the house and to dinner but far enough away that we didn’t get the noise. She is well connected within Oia that it is easy to get help if something was to go wrong. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations and when we come back to Oia, we will stay with Maria again!
