About this house rental
Enjoy the Jersey Shore at our beach house in family friendly Ortley Beach (right hand unit only)! Built in June 2019, our house is located on a beach block and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, boardwalks and activities!
(If you would like a Water FRONT house on the bay side to rent, inquire about our new construction 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom water front Sunset Drive North house. The last few pics are of our bay house.

There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and a bunk bed room plus a bonus loft room on the 3rd floor - The Master Bedroom has a KING bed, 3 rooms have Queen beds, and the 5th room has 2 bunk beds (twin over full). 3 of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The loft bedroom and the bunk bed room are on the 3rd floor.
There are 3 full bathrooms (2 showers, 1 tub), 1 half bath, and 1 outdoor shower. Hairdryer is provided in each bathroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has a toaster oven, rice cooker, slow cooker, Black & Decker coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, blenders, ice maker
The laundry room has an iron, steamer, small ironing board, detergent and dryer sheets.
Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wagons, beach toys are provided.
Both the indoor and outdoor dining tables fit 10 each. 2 car garage + driveway, 10 beach passes (12 and under are free)

The house is incredibly clean and spacious with well thought-out layout. A proper outdoor shower, multiple dining areas and the 3rd floor bunk-bed room for kids to name a few. I appreciated that the house was so well stocked with all the needs - from beach carts/chairs/toys to well-stocked kitchen necessities in the quality you’d expect at your own home. It was clear that the owner thought of everything the renters may need! The owner Marc was incredibly considerate throughout our stay. Our favorite house in Jersey Shore by far!

We were Two families with young kids- house had the perfect amount of space that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. House had everything we needed (beach chairs, wagons, ping pong table!) so less to pack. Location was perfect- close to boardwalk and mini golf/arcade.

Spent two weeks at this property. We were 3 couples w teenagers/young adults. Plenty of space and very clean. Zero complaints. Walk to the beach, restaurants, arcade, ice cream shop, bakery and deli. Host was extremely pleasant to communicate with. Highly recommend.

This house was absolutely perfect for our annual family beach getaway. The house is fully stocked with kitchen items, a great outdoor grill, beach tags, beach chairs, beach toys, bikes and wagons ! This modern hidden gem is super close to the beach, just a block away.
The communication with the host was excellent before, during and after our stay. Everything was so well organized with our stay!
We are definitely going to be staying here again! Would highly recommend for families with young kids.

It had all the items we needed, fully stocked kitchen so we could cook as we wanted, washer and dryer, plenty of room for our family. glad it had beach chairs etc since we are from out of state and could not bring everything. Everything was clean when we arrived and getting in to the house was easy. TV's all worked. The decor was updated and very pleasant.

This property was as lovely and updated as pictured and described. Clean, inviting, spacious, cheerful and fully stocked with day to day toiletries and kitchen/cooking/serving needs. Owner was available, helpful and communicated well. Close to Ortley boardwalk with easy access to the beach. Although our visit was off-season, the front deck offered relaxing space to sit in the sun. Nice sized back deck and seating as well.

Rented for a family vacation. House itself was amazing, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Short walk to both the beach and the boardwalk. Marc was very helpful and easy to get in contact with.

The property is very well maintained and has easy beach access. The owner was very easy to work with and helpful. The property also includes a lot of beach chairs and other items that made it super easy to enjoy our beach day. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house and location for family get-together at Thanksgiving
We loved this property and would definitely come back. Marc went above and beyond to communicate with us and to make sure our experience was perfect. The entire first floor is a large long space (living room, dining area, kitchen with island). It's exactly what we needed for a family get-together where some family stayed at the house and others live nearby. The chairs are comfortable and numerous, including at the kitchen island. The dining table is large. The living room and BR's are also very comfortable. Little things like extra paper towels, garbage bags, and laundry detergent made the stay so easy and pleasant! The beach is a two-minute walk and the boardwalk is only a few minutes south of the house. Wonderful!

Great Beach House!
Marc's beach house was fantastic. It was clean and beautiful and spacious. If anything, it's even bigger and nicer than the pictures. I stayed for a long weekend with seven friends, and we had an excellent time. Marc is a great communicator--always quick to answer questions and supply additional information. My only nit about the property is that it doesn't include any bed sheets or towels--schlepping a bunch of a linens around while on vacation is sort of a pain. But that's a minor issue. I still give the property a full five stars. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in the area.

Beach Vaca
Loved this beach house! My family comes to the Jersey Shore every year and this was a great spot. Loved that it was on a beach block and you could walk/bike to a ton of places. It was so nice that beach badges were included with the house. Also, it was a lot bigger than it appeared in pictures! The only thing I would point out, is the backyard is not fenced in and the house is close to 35. Just have to watch small children, otherwise great place to stay!!!

Location, location, location - This is amazing property
We were an all-family group with five little ones hungry for the beach. Marc and Melinda's property has an IDEAL location, balancing nearly everything fun or useful in this area. The beach is so close, you can run back and get something you forgot. Morning coffee or late afternoon ice cream? Easily walkable even with a 3-year-old. If you want the Seaside boardwalk or need an Acme grocery run it's only 5 minutes drive away.
I'd be remiss if I didn't speak to the space in this house, which is excellent. Living/dining room is kids-running-around-crazy approved. Deck and outdoor table made for really nice family dinners. Though it might seem a detail, the garage was very useful - you can bring outdoor gear and keep it out of the way, but still secured.
We had an excellent stay at this house and would not hesitate to go back!

Close and classy
This was largely a mother daughter gathering of about eight people, who found plenty of space to spread out and enjoy privacy. The gathering spaces were large and open, which allowed for perfect social time. There are two decks that also allow for different social groupings. What I liked best, was its close proximity to tourist areas like bagel stores, the seaside boardwalk , and of course, the beach. All that in a very classy package! Super easy to work with the owner.

Perfect Jersey Shore Getaway
We had a wonderful time reuniting with our family at the Jersey Shore. Marc was an incredible host and thought of everything. The house is so comfortable and clean. We cooked meals in the beautiful kitchen and hung out and talked and laughed on the deck for hours on end. The weather was so nice that we walked to the beach every day of our stay. Loved going for morning runs on the main drag and grabbing a bagel at Baking Bagels right around the corner. Nothing like Crab's Claw for afternoon happy hour and people watching.
Pre-arrival communication was clear and easy. Would definitely consider returning and highly recommend this fantastic vacation home!

Beautiful Home & Great Location
We had 6 adults and 3 kids ages (ages 3-5) stay at the property for a long weekend. The home is immaculate, tastefully decorated, child friendly, all of the bedrooms are so spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable.
The owner was kind, attentive and there is a great system for "checking in and out" which makes everything easier for your stay. I highly recommend this property and look forward to renting in the future.

Perfect venue for family reunion
We spent a weekend here with our kids and grandchildren. The house is quite big, and has room for a large extended family. It’s a short walk to a beautiful and uncrowded beach. What you see in the photos is what you get - an impeccably clean and nicely decorated comfortable home away from home. You’ll have a good night sleep as the mattresses were quite comfortable. Marc, the owner, was extremely hospitable and accommodating. We made use of the board games, Ping pong, bicycles, and beach gear that the owner left for us and appreciated the little explanatory notes posted throughout the house. We definitely plan on having our next reunion here.

The owner, Marc, was very nice and easy to contact for questions. House is cute and clean, and they provided all the essentials to make for a smooth trip. They were also flexible with check in and check out times so there was no pressure to get everyone packed and out by 11am. I would definitely recommend!
