We delight in providing our guests with memorable and happy experiences on island time on Singer Island. We specialize in long term stays (1 month or more), but delight in providing beyond memorable vacations to our guests, especially our families enjoying summertime getaways.

SEASONAL INQUIRIES
Guests inquiring for Winter 2025/2026 please message us directly. Winter 2024/2025 is fully reserved through May 31, 2025. Long Term Winter Tenants (4-8 months) enjoy Hilton Singer Island Beach Club Membership Access. For full details scroll below. 10 week minimum required for Winter 2025/2026, rates dependent on length of stay (the longer the term the lower the nightly rate, especially over February and March).

*Guests staying 7 days or more please inquire for special rates based on length and dates of stay.

*Please note that the second bedroom can be made up as one king as well, offering a house configuration of two kings and a queen for guests.

Sunroom with pull out sofa provides accommodations for six, while the screened in lanai over the pool and entertaining area in the backyard provides the perfect private retreat for relaxing with a book, enjoying a bbq with family or friends, savoring the sips of your morning coffee or taking a evening dip in the pool via the multi colored pool light.

Explore nearby McArthur Park, take a bike ride on one of the provided beach cruiser bicycles to the shops, restaurants and Sailfish Marina on Singer Island, or enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated pool in the fenced in and fully hedged backyard. You'll love enjoying the privacy of your own home, in the heart of all that Singer Island and Palm Beach County has to offer!

Rooted from our experience living in multiple global luxury travel destinations and Christina's hospitality background, we take great pride in ensuring our guests have only positive experiences, and in crafting a rental property that provides modern comfort with trending amenities (bistro lights, flamingo pool floats, bar carts!). We have a passion for guest satisfaction, and love working directly with our guests to provide personalized experiences!

Please note, up to two pets are allowed on a case by case basis at the owner's discretion. Pets are not allowed on any furniture in the house.

Hilton Singer Island Beach Club Membership included for winter 2025 tenants (4 month minimum stay requirement between December 1, 2025-April 30, 2026.)

Membership includes daily access for the lease holder(s) (maximum 2) to two beach chairs, beach umbrella, heated pool and hot tub access, kiddie pool access, food and beverage beach and poolside service from Coconuts restaurant, towel service and complimentary parking at the resort.

Membership is non-transferable and only available to winter 2025/2026 tenants.
