About this apartment rental

Napier is known worldwide as the Art Deco City and more than 20,000 people a year opt to take a guided walk through its unique streets.

Our downstairs flat (its a 2 storey building and downstairs means we are above) is approximately 10 KM away from the Napier City Centre.

Clean and tidy 2 bedroom accomodation, fully self contained, just across the road from beautiful Bay View beach with stunning views.

Close to excellent wineries, walking tracks and mountain bike tracks.

NOTE: Please bring your own linen and towels and toiletries. Tea towels provided as well as toilet paper.

We do not offer flat for longterm rental.

The place has everything that you need. Even a washing machine and one of the bedrooms has a door to a nice terrace. The location is just perfect and Michaela was always happy to help us and reply

We loved our stay in this well maintained beach flat. Had all the necessities and in a beautiful, peaceful location. Loved having the beach across the road and the fish and chip shop close by was excellent!

Stayed here 4 days and it was great. The check in was flawless and the overall condition of the unit was very nice. The location is very nice just across the road from a beautiful beach with picnic tables to eat lunch ar and benches to sit and admire the view. Would highly recommend

Easy to book and communicate with the owners, and they would have refunded if covid meant we couldn’t travel.. spacious rooms and lovely private outdoor table and chairs for four.. over the road from the beach and facing east so we enjoyed seeing the moon rise..

Stayed for three nights with partner and elderly father. Property was sparkling clean and easy to access following the hosts’ directions. Very accessible (no stairs or steps) which was perfect. There is no wifi, as mentioned in the description, but we managed fine with mobile data. Kitchen was fully equipped and tea and coffee provided. Shower room was spacious and water pressure was excellent. Outside deck was a lovely little spot to sit in the evenings and have a drink. Napier and the local dairy are a short drive away and easy to find. Would definitely book here again and have recommended this place to our family and friends.

This property had everything we needed for a weekend catch up. Two rooms, a wee lounge and kitchen, a lovely secluded outdoor area and it's just across the road from the ocean. The hosts weren't intrusive, there are a couple of shops for the essentials only a km or so away and the kitchen had a bottle opener. Sorted!

The host, the property, the location and the privacy makes this an ideal property when visiting Napier. 10 mins from town, however with a beach feel and relaxing.My only suggestion that would make this property a 10 out of 10 would be if the hosts could supply WIFI and towels and sheets. As visitors from overseas it is very difficult to have to purchase bed linen for the stay.However we had a very enjoyable time at this lovely flat.

Very cozy and quiet, right across the road from the beach, easy to get to Napier.Excellent fully fenced section for dogOnly minor issue was the ants (came out from behind the oven). Maybe get some fly spray to help future visitors.

Very happy with our stay. The unit has a great layout with your own fully fenced area for dogs. Great location, right across from the beach and very easy to find.The owners are great to communicate with. Very accommodating and quick responses.Highly recommended.

spotlessly clean and tidy. Very well equipped kitchen.perhaps more comfortable seating to watch tele would be good.Appreciated being able to have our dog Waldo with us and having him securely fenced in.Enjoyed our stay .Thank you

Aside from not knowing where the key was upon arrival (it was not in the email as Michaela stated) and not being able to get in contact with the owners straight away everything else was quite nice. The flat was spacious, beds comfy and a very nice beach location.

What can we say - impeccable bach with everything we needed. Clean, tidy, easy to look after, wonderful shower & a stones throw from the beach. Owners lent us their bubble's bottle cap so our wine didnt lose all the bubbles, plus lent us fishing gear letting us catch a big kawhai for dinner! Lovely quiet street and only 10 minutes drive to city centre. Would DEFINATELY reccomment this awesome place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at your place in Bay View. It was neat and clean and had a nice private deck to watch the sunsets on. We liked the fact that there was a washing machine. It was very comfortable and we were sad to leave.

Large size bach with lots of room and privacy. I loved the location of the bach, it is minute walk from the beach and have lovely neighbours. It is very private and easily can accommodate four people. I love to come back again.
