מלון מצוין במיקום טוב. רצוי להגיע בשעה מוקדמת וליהנות ממנו.

מלון מאד נקי, מתקנים מצוינים אם כי לא יצא לנו להשתמש. שירות מאד אדיב בקבלה ובכלל. חניה חינם. חדר גדול ויחסית מאד נקי. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת אם כי חסרים היו לנו ירקות (אבל זו אמריקה...)

הייתה לנו חוויה טובה מאד. לצערנו הגענו מאוחר וגם יצאנו מוקדם כך שלא הספקנו ליהנות מהבריכה במלון והמרפסת שצופה לתעלה. לא היו מספיק מגבות בחדר אבל הזמנו ומייד הגיעו.

had a great time but would not add the breakfast next time.

The room was very spacious but partially because it was a handicap accessible room.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. I believed the breakfast was supposed to be a full breakfast with choices. It was more of a continnental breakfast with mostly precooked items that were mostly cold. We ate breakfast elsewhere after the first morning.

I will be back .

First time there 7/28 ( arrived @ 10 pm) . Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome .Hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was a amazing. I’ve never seen anything like that ever.

Best ever again! Been many times with boys!!

OMG The Best Ever! All sorts of food for my 12 and 14 year old! Workers at breakfast are awesome. Smiled very helpful and talkative Best food ever,and I am 64 and usually get sick after eggs !Not today ate two plates of potatoes, sausage and scrambled eggs,two cups OJ. !!!!!!

Overall excellent!

Clean. Nice room. Updated look. Loved being able to walk on the canal path. Staff extremely pleasant.

Further from the cape than I would have liked. Water view not as described in booking. In order to have your room cleaned during your stay you need to request it the day before.

Very good

It was clean and in a good location. The breakfast was easy and good.. Nice walking along the canal. The staff was very nice.

They did not have our reservation when we arrived and I made it over a month ago.

It was a comfortable stay and relaxing environment but restaurant selection was horrible

In perfect view of the canal. Very relaxing. Bar and bartender were a nice touch

The location is far away from many sites to visit

Our room was very clean, and had a beautiful view of the canal! Hotel staff were helpful and very accommodating. Free breakfast was an added bonus and absolutely delicious. We look forward to staying again.

A wonderful spot by the Canal

My daughter and I had a wedding to go to and chose Hampton. Jacklynn was very nice telling us about Hampton and even noticed my birthday was the next day. So sweet. There was another woman who worked there, but didn't get her name. She helped me with the waffle machine and I noticed her doing environmental services when she showed me how to get to the bathroom. She was wonderful. We loved the room. I loved how the TV in the room said' Welcome Linda' on the screen. A big plus was extra plugs everywhere, the pillows were excellent and we loved the duvet covers. The paintings and the yellow lamp was so adorable.We were by the elevators but it was still so quiet. The breakfast was quick but delicious options. I made the waffle and had the eggs. The coffee was great! We loved walking the canal. I wish I could have stayed longer. The view of the bridges and seeing the bridge go up and down for the train was a treat for us!

Exceptional

Clean, comfy and staff is very friendly! Location is beautiful as well! Right on the canal next to the bike trail and has a beautiful patio looking over the canal!

A great choice all round!

The staff were very helpful and pleasant in finding us a quiet room. We loved the room with the view of the ships and boats on the canal. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Sitting by the fire pit in the evening chatting with other guests was lovely. Car parking was easy, lots of room. Restaurant recommendations were perfect and a few minute drive away.

Unfortunately the room next to us became very noisy at about 11pm as what sounded like a party of youngsters were in it, definitely no adults telling them to keep the noise down, shrieks, yells, banging against the wall. It was after a school holiday Saturday night party. I put up with it for an hour then rang reception who sorted it straight away, perhaps I should have rung sooner!
