They could’ve upgraded us or offered us another room @ a discounted price

Close to the airport

Booked 2 single beds but they gave us a double and no more rooms with single beds in them so had to sleep with my brother which was awkward m.. the toasted sandwich was cold & squashed not happy

Its a good location & walking distance from Domestic airport

No toilet on the restaurant level.. booked 2 singles beds but they gave us a double and there where not any left so had to sleep with my brother which was awkward.. toasted sandwich was cold and squashed BUT on our return got 2 single beds went else where for dinner

Room was great.

Unfortunately the 2 coffee machines were broken so no coffee for breakfast! There was a working coffee machine at the reception desk and so staff offered to make us one which we accepted gratefully. When the young staff member delivered our coffee he unfortunately made a snide remark along the lines of “ next time ask nicely”. There was not enough clean cutlery available but the busy staff rectified that quickly.

Prima voor een nachtje. Wees extra op tijd voor het ontbijt.

De bedden waren goed voor personen zoals wij (1.75m), de badkamer was okay met alles voorzien en alles was fris.

Het ontbijt was matig, bijvoorbeeld geen kaas en ham, dus alleen scrambled eggs, uitgebakken spek en kleine worstjes. Wij kwamen op tijd voor het ontbijt, maar hadden gelukkig voldoende toast en beleg en drankjes genomen van het buffet, toen we erachter kwamen alles afgeruimd was. Dus geen yoghurtje en wat fruit meer. Meteen kwamen de schoonmakers de vloer stofzuigen etc en was het ontbijt afgebroken..

Comfortable room with parking available at the hotel.

Breakfast was free but we didn't have time to eat it before we needed to check out. The room was on the small side but adequate, with two double beds for me and my adult daughter to sleep in. Parking was available onsite but there was a cost involved.

Room service was take out from the restaurant on the reception floor. The booking overall was quite expensive. It was also not so easy to get from the hotel to the international terminal at Sydney airport (lots of roadworks).

Perfect for a short stay close to the airport

Very convenient location, 15 minutes walk to domestic terminals. Also: - 15 minutes walk to multiple restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. - Excellent complimentary breakfast selection. - Clean, modern and functional rooms with comfy beds. - Top-class service from staff.

- Nothing negative to report.

When i called reception to ask about shuttle bus from airport I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Reception staff were rude as if they don’t care about job. Restaurant food was limited poor quality and made me feel like i was staying at a truck stop.

I was very grateful for the friendly service and such a clean and environmentally friendly accommoda

The breakfast and friendly service were an unexpected but greatly appreciated bonus. The location of the hotel was an absolute bonus. As travellers have to be at the airport so early being situated so close is invaluable.

I can't fault anything. As someone who hasn't travelled for the last 5 years, I was so appreciative of the staffs willingness to assist at all times. I'm a vegetarian so I probably would have appreciated more variety on the in house evening meals.

Great short stay!!!

Good one night stay!!! About a 15 minute walk from Sydney domestic airport. (Didn’t like crossing the big intersection as it takes 3 lights to get across). Not a lot of places to eat nearby hotel…..we walked 10 minutes to the other Holiday Inn and had a fabulous dinner and a few beers at Biggles Bar and Grill) Had to leave before 6:30am when breakfast is available….we received a little Brekkie box which had cereal, milk, juice and granola bar. Was enough to get us by until airport breakfast.

Staff went out of its way to help us when the temperatures soared into the 40s and were so good that it seemed as if this was just the way that they would always help everyone and maybe they are that good that this is true. Congratulations on your staffing standards.

An Enjoyable & Comfortable Stay close to the Airport.

Location was great,close to the Airport & yet very quiet. Our room was very clean & comfortable with lovely soft pillows which gave us a good night’s sleep after a long International flight. Breakfast was a good choice with hot & cold dishes to choose from. Having a shuttle bus organised to return us to the Airport next morning was appreciated.

Nothing at the Hotel,however the shuttle bus driver was so rude,telling us to load our own luggage into the trailer,then just throwing them in.He yelled & swore loudly at a truck driver when driving us back to the airport,then just dumping our luggage out the back of trailer when we arrived,not even lifting them onto the pavement for us! This driver should not be in this position with this attitude where he is employed to look after hotel guests!
