Posizione eccellente , parcheggio di fronte l’hotel , camera abbastanza grande ed accogliente

Unico neo al costo non indifferente della camera la mancanza della colazione inclusa

Sijainti oli hyvä ja pysäköintipaikka löytyi vastapäätä olevalta parkkialueelta (hinta 3,5 € 24h)

Henkilökunta oli yrmeää, vessa oli rikki ja viemäri haisi. Sinänsä huone oli kiva, jos nämä epäkohdat korjaisi.

La posizione, molto centrale

L'albergo non ha una convenzione con il parcheggio comunale che è proprio difronte alla struttura e l'ospite è costretto ad alzarsi presto la mattina per andare a sistemare il biglietto. la mia camera al secondo piano - senza ascensore - aveva un finto balconcino che affacciava sulla porta d'ingresso dell'albergo e non era molto pulita.

Too expensive for what it offered.

I payed for bed & breakfast and when I got there they told me there was not breakfast!

There was no lift. The main door of the hotel was closed until 15.00 o'clock - check in time. No one in the reception! I arrived at noon, it was raining heavily, I was outside in the rain. I called them and nobody came even for letting me entry in the hall. The guests used to hold the key of the Main door of the hotel and use it when they came in and out.

Superb

Located just at the entrance of the city, it is a perfect place to find free parking and to reach the centre. Big room and comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Adequate for a one night stay & close to the old town

the glass shelf in the bathroom was not secure & fell and smashed when I put something on it. There was no notice of awareness of this. The breakfast wasn’t the best. Only sweet pastries available and a yoghurt

Breakfast Washington ok, locazione good.

The structure is publicizedas hotel but it Washington not a hotel. There are no signs outside not even the number. It was not easy to find it.

Superb

Nice young couple running the place. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. Location couldn't be better and the free parking is only 50 meters away. Will come back.

Fantastic place to explore Viterbo!

Great location, good insider tips about restaurants, clean and renovated historical building. If you're a meat lover, do not forget to eat at Antica Taverna!

Stone floors can feel cold, as with all flooring in Italy. The shower is snug, but this is understandable considering the size of the room, in an old building.

Day out in Viterbo

Great location near the centre, friendly and helpful staff.

Facility in our room, shower to be exact. It was just too small. If I was a bit bigger, I wouldn’t be able to fit in.

Very close to the city center, public parking across the street. Everything was great including breakfast in the morning.

Very nice staff, good location, poor comfort for this price

The receptionist was very friendly. She made a reservation in a perfect restaurant for me (was difficult because it was a saturday) and because of my early departure (03:45 a.m.) she arranged a very good breakfast for me.

The room was a bit poor in terms of space. For this price you may expect at least a bath tub in the bathroom. The shower was very tiny, the hot water was really difficult to get colder so I couldn't easily get out of the showercabin. I almost burned myself.

The location was excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The WiFi connection was very poor and we could hardly connect. The sink in the bathroom was leaking.

The hotel was hard to find for me in the dark. Probably no big sign because it's a historic building.

Great choice

Great staff, shower, breakfast.

After checking out at 11, I could leave my bags only until 1pm, as the hotel was going to close during the afternoon.
