Additional room/s complete with bed and bedding shall be issued to accommodate extra persons.

3. Why charge for children?

We will need to provide each child with its own bed and bedding. Our standard single person beds can accommodate only one person. Enfolding in a child is not advisable and possible.

4. What is the maximum number of persons that your listings can accommodate?

We can accommodate total of 42 persons. It will be house in our 2 listings or 2 floors, with total of 10 bedrooms, 8 T&Bs, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, and a 300 square meters of roof top for events/team building activities, complete with chairs and tables. Also, a spacious garden with Nipa hut and bonfire facility, for other scheduled family or group activities.

5. Do we have to bring our own cooking equipment and utensils?

There is no need for that since the listings have:

utensils plates, spoon, fork, knives, coffee mugs, drinking glass, and etc.
pots, pans, kettle, and etc.
rice cooker and refrigerators
gas stove with lpg
others soy sauce, vinegar, cooking oil, dishwashing liquid, and sponge

Such facilities are for basic cooking and no-frills meals.

6. Is the tap water safe for cooking?

Yes, tap water is safe for cooking. We do use it ourselves.

For drinking water, you can buy them in the sari-sari store beside our place. A 5 gallon water dispenser can be requested to our Doorman for you to refill. Or you can buy the same to groceries, and bring them with you. This is true if you are picky in buying such to a sari-sari store. We are not issuing this for free. This is true to provide our guests better preference, and avoid untoward issues later on.

7. Do you have a wifi internet connection?

Yes, we have. We have a 20mbps fiber optic plan. The highest plan that the service provider could offer. You can ask our Doorman for the password and eventual internet connection.

8. How about TV?

Yes, we have 50 SMART TV. Apart from watching TVs, you can also browse and do your You Tube, and others. The TV is already connected to the internet for your easy browsing of the web, and eventual enjoyment.

9. What about the beddings and toiletries?

We provide complete bedding, pillows and blankets. Towels, and small packets of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste, or basic hygiene kits are not provided.

10. Where can we buy those stuff in case we forgot to bring?

There is a sari-sari store beside our property. However, with limited brand to offer. Better yet buy those to the groceries along your way, and bring them with you.

11. Do you have shower heaters?

Yes, our T&Bs are equipped with shower heaters. Also, we guarantee 24/7 water availability. Other parts of Baguio dont have this kind of privileged.

12. Why pets are not allowed?

We love dogs. We have 2 dogs in our place but stationed outside our home and listings. In the past, we do accept guests with pets and ask them to keep their pets out of the listings. We offered and requested them to station it in our roof top. However, this didn't went well for most of our guests. There are guests who still take their pets inside our listings (so long they are not caught) creating unwanted droppings, and scattered fur on our couch, beddings, and mattresses. This opted us not to accept pets anymore.

13. What are your amenities for guests to enjoy?

We have a spacious roof top complete with chairs and tables. You can do your events or team building activities while viewing a 360 degree view of Camp John Hay, Philippine Military Academy, and Sto. Tomas (where La presa is), mountain ranges.

We also have garden with nipa hut and bonfire facility for you to enjoy some of your activities in a chilly cold weather at night.

14. Where is your location?

We are about 1km from Camp John Hay where Ayala Technohub is. We are near entry and exit routes to various Baguio tourists spots bypassing the traffic within the business center.

For direction going to our place, it would be helpful if you have waze apps, key in our address 2024 Baguio Apartments, P5 Lower Dagsian Rd. Baguio City, via Loakan Upper Dagsian route.

For direction if no waze apps, from Baguio town proper, take the route proceeding to Camp John Hay gate 1, where Ayala Techno Hub is, and about 200 to 300m from there, turn right, then at same distance turn left at exactly near or in front Pablo sari sari store, (you are on the right direction if you are able to pass J P Laurel Elementary School), straight ahead, then turn left at Dagsian PUJ terminal then straight ahead. Upon reaching dead end of the road turn left. You reach your destination if you see a white house with pine tree inside the parking area, marked with 2024.

15. Is the listing senior or pwd friendly?

The listing is not senior or pwd friendly mainly because of the stairs to climb. However, we hosted a group of seniors who were able to enjoy staying in our place. And even suggested to put railings on stairs and shower heaters which we did. Also, a family with seniors or pwd in wheelchair. We did carry the pwd up and down the stairs, which is perfectly fine. So in short, its how guests perceived it. Baguio is a hilly place with ups and downs. Expect all listings in Baguio with stairs to climb. Otherwise, we strongly suggest to book to a hotel with elevators, if such is a real concern.

16. Is there a mandatory quiet hours?

Yes. Quiet hours start at 11pm as per barangay ordinance. However, you can still do your events and others with tolerable noise at no time limit.

The location of our place is very peace and quiet. We need to respect our neighbors as they normally sleep early. And they are not use to a city life where people are awake even in wee hours.
