Cama comoda, muy mal trato por el personal

Nos dejaron guardar las maletas después del check-out.

Nunca he puesto un mal comentario en internet pero en esta ocasión me veo obligado para poder evitar que le pase a otra persona. Generalmente el Hotel está en muy malas condiciones, hay basura por muchos lados y la habitación estaba muy deteriorada sobretodo el baño, en referencia al baño, estaba muy muy sucio, el agua o era muy fria o muy caliente. En cuanto a las instalaciones no nos quejamos porque viniendo del precio que era nos lo esperábamos… Lo pero fue el trato a mi mujer… Llegamos en taxi por la tarde y no teníamos cambio para pagar al taxista, entonces, mi mujer fue a pedir cambio a recepción (siempre con buenas maneras porque también trabajamos en hostelería y sabemos que es aguantar a los clientes…) y le contestaron con malas formas que no tenian cambio, despachándole y diciendo que no tenian ( No están obligados a darle pero justo en recepción hay una tienda como un mini supermercado…) En fin, lo dejamos estar e hicimos el check-in, en referencia al wifi, tuvimos que pedirlo…,el wifi no funciona en las habitaciones y en recepción tiene muy poca seńal y por acabar, les comentamos que el día siguiente teníamos que irnos a las 8 y resulta que había servicio de desayuno a las 7:30am. Nos presentamos a las 7:25, nos dijieron que esperásemos hasta las 7:30, y a las 7:35 y nos dijieron que iba a tardar unos 15/20 min en montar el servicio de desayuno…Parecia que no tenian ganas de hacer ningún desayuno. Lo que nos ha pasado en cuanto al cambio, el wifi y el desayuno nos da igual, pero el trato que tuvimos fue inaceptable, las recepcionistas eran muy arrogantes y te miraban por encima del hombro,espero que les den un toque de atención a recepción porque estuvimos cómodos pero ante dicho trato lo arruinaron todo. Para acabar llevad el dinero justo, porque no os daran cambio, ni para pagar el desayuno ni para el deposito que tienes que dejar.

great swimming pool

The property met my expectations and was as described. The pool was absolutely fantastic. Clean and with warm water 24/7. The choices in the hotel restaurant were limited but if you're just hungry they will have solution for you.

Tolerable but not keen to return for a future visit, definitely need own vehicle.

Location: semi rural, no public transport, isolated. Did not try the breakfast.

The property is run down and probably surviving on the pleasant goodwill and injunuity of the staff. Though it is difficult to make an informed assessment when from a western developed society.

I liked that it was air-conditioned.

The lack of amenities such as TV and internet. Had to pay extra for that. I did not like that my room had a leak from the one on top of it. However, it was a good place to cone back to at night and sleep.

Reception aera and outdoor looks nice.

No room WiFi, so not suitable for upstairs customers. The footpath is not suitable for wheelchair people. The location is a bit far from shopping centre. The road outside is so rough and not even so not suitable for towing luggage trolley.

Un hébergement qui ne paie pas de mine de l’extérieur mais est très confort a un prix très abordable. On peut s’y restau

La situation géographique a 5 mins du centre de Nandi, le personnel très accueillant ( a la reception et les femmes de chambres ) etaient au petit soin. J’ai beaucoup apprécié d’échanger avec Emy. La taille du lit et son confort. La piscine de l’hotel est un service très important en période de chaleur. Au meme titre que la climatisation. Enfin j’ai beaucoup apprécié le calme de l’hôtel.

L’eau de la piscine etait un peu trop salée à mon goût.

You get what you pay for. If your just looking for a pleas to sleep but out most of your stay then this is the place.

The AC was great .

Our room wasn't ready, I waited almost 40mins while she tried to find my booking (said the internet was slow). But upgraded us from twin to king size bed. The shower (tub) was slightly unbalanced as there was an old crack which was poorly patched . Towels and toiletries weren't ready until 6pm. Also witnessed a couple and their family who had dropped them of be rudely rudely treated. The family weren't aloud up to the girls room to settle her in as they had also bought her food. This was an uneasy situation to witness.

Ik kom hier nooit meer terug

Goed hotel maar op slechte locatie in het verlengde van de start/ landingsbaan van International Airport Nadi.

Buitengewoon ongastvrije ontvangst. Na aanmelding tijden laten wachten ( naar later bleek dat de kamer werd klaargemaakt) Bij openen van de kamer een 10-tal foto's genomen van de staat van het interieur en mij gewaarschuwd: Don't damage anything. Wat blijkt bovendien - de kraan van de wastafel zat zo los dat hij bijna afbrak - het deur handvat zat los. - de stop van het bad functioneerde niet Daarmee de receptie geconfronteerd krijg ik de opmerking ' we zullen uw rekening daar niet mee belasten' Meer dan 50 jaar zakelijk gereisd, nooit een dergelijke discriminerende ontvangst gehad.

I would rate my stay as not worth the money. It was rubbish

Didn’t like anything about property

No wifi available in room No milk in fridge and fridge wasn’t even turned on Air con was crap and did no cooling at all. Was too humid in room Overcharged me for pick and drop off service from airport.

Nice place at good price

Good place for a very reasonable price with a pool outdoor for relax and restaurant with a few options available. Rooms are very nice and clean. Quiet area with not much around but with only 3 dollars taxi you can go to Jetpoint where you can find a big supermarket, bakery, cinema and many restaurants. Staff was very nice too.

Wifi keeps dropping, I couldn't do much, even for a message it was struggling. Hotel needs maintenance, especially outdoor.

Okay but not exceptional.

The hotel is good.

The isolation and its main road need maintenance. Even the shower in its bathroom is not working except for its bathtub, which is not big enough. The hotel collected more charges on your arrival, even if it had already withdrawn payment through your visa card. What is sad is if they ask you to personally refund your overpayment, as they cannot do it electronically. This means you have to visit and collect the refund again. There is no need to provide a visa card payment if they are going to charge again on arrival and cannot refund it electronically.

Okay for one night - Good relationship between what we payed and received

It was clean, silent and perfect for staying one night if you are going to the airport or travelling between islands. Also it seemed secure.

It was in the middle of no where so we could not even go out to buy some food. We only had the option of the hotel’s restaurant. The room and bathroom were very simple, do not expect any luxury at all.

Pleasantly surprised with this relatively new hotel and the staff were awesome! i will return.

breakfast was absolutely perfect....... wish i could have same choice for every meal. Kettle provided for Tea/Coffee and complimentary drinking water provided in the room and the restaurant was convenient with a reasonable menu and excellent chef. Helpful knowledgeable staff and security. Luggage storage for early arrival before check-in and/or late departure after standard check-out time! Nice pool with sun-loungers and coffee table on the room balcony overlooking the pool area.

No fridge in the room, i dont watch TV, but its usually a standard fitting in most rooms, which i believe most other guests would expect. The actual fees charged by Booking.com were far in excess of the Advertised Room rate when paying on-line! I live in Fiji and was surprised there was no local rates on offer, although i didn't specifically ask, as i booked on-line at last minute when returning from overseas.

Drive way leading to hotel was pathetic with big pot holes and rain made it full of water. No fridge or microwave, only shower tub for bath, no hot water due to solar power.

Intially staff seemed a bit Quiet ,stand offish, suspect this is Fijian way to some extent. As week on think we all warmed a bit to each, to a extent, and had some lovely interactions , laughs .I loved the out door pool. Staff were helpful curitious , while maintaining, being Professional .

it was near to the wedding place,

the bathroom was not clean, the entrance road had lots of pot holes and entrance of the road was a rubbish pile, there was a water cut and the reception tried charging me for bottle of water.

Road to the property. Signage had Fantasy hotel and Fancy hotel both on it. Pool wasn’t cleaned and on our last day it was cleaned but had no time for a swim.
