It was a great location and we had a lot of fun!

We stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time seeing the St. Louis sights with our friends! This villa had plenty of space for the two of us. The structure itself reminds me of an office building, but it looked like a normal residential home inside. It has everything you need - washer, dryer, kitchen, hair dryer, and a large living room to hang out! The only negative is that it could use a little updating inside in terms of paint, blinds and such. Overall though, glad we stayed here. The host was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us once a day. She was awesome!

None of us slept well at all. I think the most comfortable was my husband who e Des up sleeping on the couch. Very run down….splotchy paint, rusted fridge and bathroom window won’t open with no fan. I think it should be noted that the bunk bed room has a washer and dryer in it.

My full review is too long to post here. If you go to imgur and search “Luxurious” Villa Eureka MO, you can read it in entirety as well as see pictures that give a more accurate representation of the state of this rental. Please do, and then don't make the same mistake we did, thinking that the overall rating meant that it couldn't be that bad. The most important information to get across right here is that there is BLACK MOLD and the smell of standing water, which resulted in us experiencing headaches during our stay. It was dirty – the coffee table had crumbs, the refrigerator wasn’t wiped out (and was rusted), and there was a faint smell of smoke. I believe most of the reviews are fake; notice how virtually every one mentions how wonderful Donna is? Why does everybody need to interact with the owner, and why would they all include these accolades in their reviews? I do not like to leave bad reviews (most people try to be nice, including the rather tame negative reviews from previous guests) but I sincerely believe that this rental should be removed from VRBO. I knew by the pictures that “luxurious” was a laughable description, but this place is a downright dump and the Super 8 Motel would have been cheaper and cleaner.

Owner was very responsive

There wasn’t anything really wrong with the place but it was described as a luxurious villa. It was not luxurious at all. The refrigerator on the inside of the doors. The second bedroom has a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on the top, but there is a washer and dryer by the bed with very minimal room in between the appliances and the bed. The walls are thin so the guys in the connecting suite were easily heard if you were sitting in the living room. Very expensive for very little luxury. The host is very nice but as I have described, it was not at all what I expected, especially for the price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and comfy. We will definitely stay here again!

Very easy process

This cozy condo was right off the interstate close to Six Flags with easy access to St Louis. It is in a business area so it does not have a “residential” feel. However, it is well equipped for a place to stay when visiting family and taking in the local attractions.

This was my first VRBO experience and Donna was very welcoming and helpful. My friend and I were attending a dog show at Purina Farms and this was a great place to stay with dogs. Lots of grass to walk the dogs on and there is a great BBQ place down the road. The room with the bunk beds was a bit tight size-wise if you have multiple people staying in that room but overall I highly recommend and will try to stay here again when visiting Purina Farms.

Great location to crash after Six Flags. We had a hard time finding our unit in the dark. I would recommend taking a flashlight or doing daytime check in. No outdoor lights on when we arrived and then living room light wouldn't come on when I got inside, then lamp in living room wasn't plugged in. Could've used extra blankets, only 3 in unit and we had 7 people with us. Otherwise, very close to six flags, but still quiet area. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels.

Close to st Louis zoo and the Arch. We will definitely come back.

The overall apartment was nice. It’s located very near six flags and approximately 25 min of St. Louis downtown which is near for us. Donna was always available for any question, that was a plus and made it easy during the stay. I’ll recommend this place.

This property was easy to get to. The access to St Louis was great.

Second stay at this location for event at Purina Farms and will definitely come back.

This place was very roomy and close to Hidden Valley Ski Resort. and Rockwood Reservation (hiking). Donna upgraded us to a roomier accommodation that allowed us each to have our own bedroom. She was also very quick to respond to messages we sent. Would definitely consider staying here again

Greeted by broken lamp post and busted out planters at the entrance. Deceptive pictures online. Very uncomfortable beds. Broken tile in the entrance of the second bedroom that has a washer and dryer in the room (not shown in the pictures). Dog hair was on the bottom bunk comforter. Chipped paint/plaster around doors. Uncomfortable couch. Would not reccommend this place. Paid way too much.

We came in for a dog show so we wanted a place with some outside space for the dogs to play after a day at the shows. The house was great and we all loved the space. Donna was very nice and so easy to work with.

Property was certainly not luxurious. No soap in the whole place except for the bathroom dispenser. No clean sheets and blankets for the bunk beds. The 10 to 20 people next door were partying very loud all night! They were so loud, they scared the kids we had with us. They wanted us to call the police. This should be a 69 dollar charge for a nights stay. We will never stay there again.

What an amazing owner....Donna was super sweet and very attentive to our every need. The place was very clean and had enough room for all 6 of us. I informed Donna that we will definitely be checking back with her in the spring. The Villa was immaculately clean upon arrival, parking was right next to our door, and the neighborhood was safe. Thanks again Donna for allowing my family to use your villa.

The villas we stayed in were very nicely decorated, very clean, and in the perfect location. They have all of the amenities you could possibly want or need. Donna is an exceptional host. She is very nice, very patient, and very accommodating to our needs. We are looking forward to staying there again in the future.

We had quite a comfortable stay for our family of five here. We had room to spread out and there were welcoming features like plenty of towels and tp for our big family. We so enjoyed coming back to a place where we could spread out after site seeing rather than being scrunched in motel room. The property owner made us feel welcomed, even when we arrived later than we planned and had trouble figuring out the door. It was very clean and comfortable.

My friends and I needed a place to stay for a one day trip to Six Flags. This property was very conveniently located, reasonably priced, and really gives you that home away from home feel. Well worth the price and we will most definitely be back in the future,

It was a lovely home and accommodated our large family. We loved that it was close to all the activities we had planned.

I wish this "villa" was as nice as the owner. Donna is a very sweet and friendly woman. This property, though, is a DIY renovation of doctor offices. First impression was the obvious smell of years of cigarette smoke overlayed with air freshener. Then there is the second bedroom, which is shared with the washer and dryer literally two feet from the bed (the appliances being not in a closet, but in the room). The kitchen is stuffed with second hand plates, pots, and glasses, many of which were broken. I never found a pan for the oven. The freezer was quite dirty. There were other disappointments such as the bed, the cleanliness of the shower, and others ... but I'll stop here. We have stayed at quite a few VRBOs; this was clearly the least nice we have experienced...which was a surprise given the many 5-star ratings it received.

We really enjoyed our stay in Eureka. Donna is a wonderful host and made sure we were taken of!

Stayed here for a vacation to the area with my wife, 2 kids and mother-in-law. Had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, lots of seating in the LR....it was great! Will stay again.
