Nederland can experience windy conditions, particularly in the winter. Guests should prepare for possible gusts during their stay.
Given the home's location within town, we kindly ask guests to maintain a quiet atmosphere past 10pm to respect our neighbors and local community standards. This home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
While the address boasts 'Lakeview Court' as its name, please note that the lake view itself is minimal. However, guests will be treated to lovely vistas of the town and the snowcapped peaks that lie beyond.
