It was great!

Location is pretty good - close to 7-11

The living room on first floor, the rooms are in the ground floor. There is a stairs that too close with the sofa, a little bit dangerous with kids running around

Lovely villa in quiet surroundings, an amazing experience

Very clean and modern villa. Fully automated check in checkout. The rooms were great and we enjoyed - 4 of us in the family. Two toilets is rare in apartments in Japan and this one had that. It was very useful. The brushing or handwash area is also separate from the bathroom. That also allows more people to get ready in parallel. The kitchen area was just exceptional. There were all the necessary ingredients for us to make breakfast and even one dinner. The fridge was big, cutlery was also very good. All in all, a wonderful experience in a quiet villa. There was also a balcony on top that had views of the mountains. The 7-11 and coin laundry next door is super convenient. Ample towels and toiletries were also given.

Location was a bit far from the Mt Fuji train station. We had to drag so many bags twice. But that's not the villa's fault. I had checked and the location was a little far. Missed a rice cooker and a washer dryer though.

The stay was great, and the house was quite clean and spacious for my friends to enjoy our stay.

The location was great and close to the Mt. Fuji Station and convenience store. The view from the balcony could enjoy the Mt. Fuji easily. The space is spacious and great for 4 adults.

-The bathing area would need to have more baskets, shelves, hanger or hooks for customers to put their clothes during bathing or changing clothes. -Only mirror inside the bathing area is not enough, have a mirror in the living area would be nice. -No cleaning service within the stay. Not sure about the waste handling, e.g. food waste, if more explanation would be better.

spacious and clean for our family if 6. 7/11 next door was amazing

light seeps through windows very early in day, especially tatami room. we had a car so it was fine but if not it would have been hard to walk to station

Regardless the location, we had a nice stay. It is very short stay, but excellent. We’ll be back.

The space is excellent. Property is well equipped with cuttlery and crockeries. Bedding is comfortable.

Location is not on either line of Red, Blue or Green busses. We took a taxi to the Kawaguchiko station to catch those buses.

Marvellous.

The Best i ever stay, all the thing you need is there ready for you.i been to Japan so many times ,this is the best.Very Clean,kitchen ready for you to use for cooking. Can view Mount Fuji from the tatami room downstairs or 2nd floor Dining area. Check in and check out very easy. 7/11 2min walk only.Car park beside the Villa. if you rent a car will be very convenient to travel around Mount Fuji ,kawaguciko and 35min drive to Gotemba Premium Outlet.

Perfect

A lot more spacious than expected and all the furniture was super comfortable. Toilet on both floors and toiletries provided. Guides to use all facilities and easy check-in/check-out. Amazing view.

clean roomscand new utensils. love the bath tub and hot shower. spacious for 2 of us staying. location is good, on the quiet side of town easy check in check out

some train noise at night but doesnt affect us much. will be gd if there is a washing machine. toilet is cold

Suggest addinga full-body mirror in bedroom. There is only one small mirror in the bath room

Exceptional

Wonderful stay, easy check in, everything was clean. Confortable beds, 2 toilets, control of The bathroom easily explained. Super recomend it! Just a sugestion: to put hooks in The bathroom for towels. :)

Comfortable stay ❤️

The place is beautiful and clean. We had a great time staying. It was comfortable and really homey. The place is near almost everything as well so it wasn't hard for us when we needed to get something from the store. Parking lot is amazing too.

I wish they have much better set of plates and basic spices for cooking.
