Disappointing apartment, but Cadiz was lovely, a world apart from anywhere else we had ever been.

The agency office was convenient for the train station, and it was easy to pick up the keys.

It was February, and the apartment was cold: it was at the top of an old building and it felt like it had been empty for a few months. There were quite a number of rooms and no heating apart from a single small fan heater, and that had an electrical fault that meant we had to keep tapping it to keep it switched on. None of the living room doors could be shut. There was a TV but no signal apart from Netflix, etc. On the first morning we requested a move to another apartment but that was rejected because the landlord did not agree to provide a refund. We did get a second fan heater (also with an electrical fault). We had booked for 18 nights but left after 14 and went to Seville for 4 days. We had to sign a revised contract for only 14 nights which was a bit of a nuisance.

Great location and beautiful apartment

The apartment is very nice, spacious and clean. The location is great in the old city, close to all the attractions of the city. 3. In the winter time some of the apartment is cold. You do have 2 electric hitters so the sleeping rooms are OK.

2 points to take under consideration : 1. No parking at the place so you need to park sometimes a bit far from the apartment. 2. The stairs are high so for elder people it might be a bit not comfortable.

Exceptional

The only thing is that they have a table with 4 chairs when the property is set up for big families so we were 6 people and was a little challenge. Otherwise was great!
