Apartment Ostseedüne is the perfect place for your family vacation! The new building was completed in spring 2019 and has all the amenities one could wish for.

The new facility is located on the outskirts of the popular holiday destination Timmendorfer Strand adjacent to the nature reserve around Lake Hemmelsdorfer. The center or You can reach the beach in about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. The center has an attractive and varied promenade with many restaurants, bars and cafés to relax.

The modern and light-flooded apartment extends over two floors. The large living room in the lower area has floor-to-ceiling windows and is ideal as a common lounge for the whole family. The cozy sofa landscape invites you to cozy film evenings and borders on the spacious dining area for six people. Right next to it is the modern kitchenette, with the lower area there is also one of the bedrooms with a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and a spacious wardrobe; here you can wake up with a look into the green. You will also find the large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The smallest guests were also thought of here: a children's bathtub is available, as is the fold-out changing table with a changing mat. The attic is perfect as a children's room, but adult guests will also feel at home here: the single bed (0.80 wide) is in the sloping ceiling and the day bed can be used as a single bed (0.80 wide) as well as Use double bed (1.60 wide). A cot completes the offer. This family-friendly apartment can be easily reached with an elevator.

Entertainment in the evening is provided by the flat-screen TV with internet access in the living room. WLAN access is also included.

The apartment is decorated on 86 m² with great attention to detail and high quality in a cozy and modern country style. The underfloor heating in the entire apartment ensures a pleasant room climate. Almost all rooms can be darkened using electric shutters.
Parking & amp; Cycles
A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage so that you don't have to look for a parking space on vacation. You can park your bikes in the shared bike cellar of the facility.

The mandatory spa tax (for people aged 18 and over) is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately. Feel free to ask us for the prices in advance. The price range is between 0.50 € - 3.00 € / night and person.
