Overall ok but need to improve on services.

Central location to get into city area. Easy access to grocery shops, eateries and malls. The property has good amenities on the 7th floor: - kids n adult swimming pool - DIY laundrymat - eateries - mini mart - gymnasium Unit is fully air-conditioned & has fans. WiFi available Basic kitchen items like microwave, boiling water jug, utensils and washing machine. Owner was responsive.

Access card not working which made it very inconvenient to access the guard house, parking lot n lobby. Lift is extremely slow & feels like walking into a moving sauna. No drying area in the unit though they provide washing machine. Common bathroom shower had a broken faucet n leaking. Unit is close to the central garbage room which causes cockroaches to enter the unit. Utensils need to be constantly washed before use. WiFi not working. Bed linen wasn't clean as it was causing itchiness to the body.

we didn’t stay and the people at the hotel were horrible we were trying to get a refund on the stay

nothing we didn’t end up staying in the hotel because no water in the building at all and apparently the hotel was double booked

the owners of the hotel were very rude they kept hanging up on our calls and they were just extremely rude

Recommended and great

It's very clean and comfortable for a small family vacation. Facilities provided are kids friendly and pool was guard by security. Wifi provided is very helpful for kids entertainment.

The access card provided not working and need to asked somebody to press the floor number each time taking a lift. Owner need to consult with the management regarding the access card.

Bad Service and Facilities but with a Nice View

- View from the appartment is very nice - Parking space

- Bed not comfortable (Broken) - Aircond need service - All remotes cannot be use (No & Low Battery) - IRON BOARD is broken and can cause INJURY - Cabinet teruk - Need to REMIND the food provided is not COMPLIMENTARY - Soaps did not replenish - Toilet Seat In Master Bedroom need to change - Elevator is EXTREMELY SLOW

Awesome Place!!! Definitely worth it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bed, Toilet, Hall is super clean. Got drinks and snacks. The Owner is super friendly and professional, fast Internet, cool environment!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Lift, takes ages to get up & down. No toilet at lobby so dangerous for far travellers with fast bowel movements

Disappointed experience

At least the homestay in a strategic place and easy to communicate with owner.

1) cleanliness - master bedroom toilet look unpleasant. We saw cockroach on the sofa. During whole stay we scared to sit on the sofa after see the cockroach. 2) the drinks and snacks are not complementary- it's understandable in some homestay they charge for the drinks and snacks but the host must have to let us know before we check-in. Even in the house there is no indication or price tag in the drink nor snacks. When we ask for the deposit then only we realize they charge for the drinks. 3) lift delay -the Access card only works on some lifts. When we first check-in the owner has not even mentioned these things and when we take the lift, the card does not work. After we ask the owner then only he informs that the access card will work in a certain lift and we must wait for that lift or ask other residents to help to scan. And the lift takes forever to reach the floor. We don't want to wait for a long time to take a lift after a long drive. Seriously The house is not worth the price.

Clean and cosy stay with some hiccups

Clean bed, some snacks provided if you required. The owner was very responsive to me. Rectify issues after I reported to him. Price was reasonable.

Not aware that the access card is unable to be used to access our floor, need to rely on other people to press the lift buttons. One of the toilet doors was locked. Cigarette smells in the small room on 1st night.

Exceptional

Nice, cozy place. Love the ambience of the house, also close proximity to our workplace. It's a bonus. Just the lift door was quite slow to open, but everything else about the house was exceptional.

Cozy place to stay with family and friends. The beds are both very comfortable. The living room is nice. Will definitely recommend to others. ☺️

Excellent

It was super clean and tidy when when first came in. The ambience is also so nice and cozy. It has literally everything from water heater, soap, shampoo, iron, hair dryer and even extra mattress. Everything is usable too. The hosts were also very helpful and tolerate well. What an excellent service. Highly recommend to stay here!

The place we stay was very nice and comfortable. The lights and view were comfotable,and the price was cheap too!

The lift in this building is terrible.It takes long time to wait a lift because it have many lvl in this building, and when we arrive our lvl, the lift door was stuck and won't open.But the place that we stay was nice, just the lift problem.

I love it because the location. Very easy to going destination I need to go..

1st about tv. Connect but no internet so no Netflix. I just watching DVD. Tomorrow b4 I check out boleh tgk pulak. 2nd about foods & drinks. They should put memo & price so we can choose either wanna take it or leave it. Deposit rm100 just get back rm33.50 for 3 jajan, 6 air tin, 1 bottle soft drinks, 5 instant mamee, 2 mini bottle mineral water, 4 sachet nescafe and 2 sachet tea boh ( total rm66.50 ) I think the host or owner are very kind ready & serve for us but NO we was wrong.
