You may THINK you'd rather be on the mountain, but if you've never stayed in the village you really should try it! So much to do without using your car. The first time we stayed in the village, we enjoyed it so much that we bought this condo! In the heart of Ludlow Village, is this four bedroom 3 full bath condo, 1.2 miles from Okemo Mountain and on the Okemo Shuttle, which stops just steps from the front door. Walk to all the amenities the village has to offer from top notch restaurants to shops and cafes. Convenient parking right out front of this first floor unit. This is a great unit for a large family or two families to spend time together, relax and take in Okemo. New laminate floors, new rugs, freshly painted and ready for the ski season. Hang out in the open concept living area with wood burning fireplace. Main floor includes master suite, second bedroom and bathroom. Lower level includes 2 additional bedrooms and bathroom. One of only 4 units in the building. Sleeps 12. New Flooring - 2017 New Rugs - 2017 Freshly Painted - 2017 New Bedding and Linens - 2018 New Dining Table - 2018 Shared laundry room available at no cost. * Excludes Holiday/Special Weekends ** For partying groups, there are better alternatives in the area.

Stayed at this nice sized condo. Great Location . Clean, plenty of towels (which I liked) . Walking distance to local bars and restaurants . Super close to Okemo. Enjoyed the Stemwider which is right behind the condo. Great little bar for after slopes drinks and light appys… Charlie was easy to reach and communicated quickly . Would definitely stay here again ….

The condo was spacious and well equipped for the nine of us. We liked the proximity to restaurants. Parking was easy. Keyless locks were great. We didn't use the shuttle but saw it go by. Loved all the puzzles and games to choose from.
It is alittle noisy with other residents and the street and it could use room darkening shades in the master bedroom. Overall we all enjoyed our stay here and would come back.

Charlie's place was perfect for two families for a weekend of skiing and eating! We loved the flexibility of being on the shuttle route so everyone could head to the mountain on their own schedule. We also loved being a short walk to Stemwinder, Main & Mountain, and Gamebird.
The space was clean with tons of room for all of us. We found everything we needed, and then some. Just wish we'd had a chance to enjoy a fire in the woodturning fireplace. Would definitely stay again!

We had a terrific time at Charlie’s place which provided outstanding value and convenience to Okemo Mountain and the town. Charlie was very gracious and attentive.

I booked this property for my daughter and her family and for my niece and her family to take the kids to see snow and try some skiing. We had 5 adults and 6 kids ( ages 14 months to 9 years) The unit was the perfect size with plenty of room to spread out and also to all be together for meals or games. The location is perfect. Easy walking to many shops and restaurants right on Main St. The drive to Okemo Mountain and Jackson Gore was just minutes away. We would have loved trying all the restaurants, but with six kids (and two of them 14 months) we knew eating at the unit was a better option. The kitchen had a great supply of pans, dishes, etc. and we enjoyed the large table to eat all together. One day, we drove about 30 minutes to Killington to check out that area and do some snow tubing. It was an easy drive. The owner, Charlie, was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to any of my questions or concerns. The local grocery store is still closed due to last summer’s flood and Charlie gave me several good options to get what we needed on our way from Albany to Ludlow. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends.

The host that arranged our stay was terrific. He did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. The condo meet all our needs and expectations. Great location, furnished with everything we needed. My family and I had a great experience would strongly recommend staying at this Ludlow condo. Thank you for everything.

We had 6 adults and four kids here for a ski weekend. There were plenty of sleeping options. The location is convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping. Very short drive to Okemo, or you can take the shuttle that stops a block away and runs every hour. Would stay again!

The unit was clean and spacious for two families with kids. Close to everything that downtown Ludlow has to offer. Everyone had a great time in the unit after a day on the slope!

This place is just perfect. The place itself was so cute. Nice updates. Beautifully decorated and so cozy and homey for a ski getaway. Right when you walk in there’s a wonderful living room with a fireplace. Came stocked with wood and everything you needed to get it going. The location is perfect. So close to downtown Ludlow shops and food. Shaw’s is right around the corner and Okemo is a five minute drive, at most. We also went over to Killington and pico which is only thirty minutes away! Charlie, the host, was so great. The place was spotless. Comes stocked with games, books, movies, video games, etc. Charlie was responsive, welcoming and kind. I hope to book it again next year. Thanks Charlie for a wonderful weekend!

Everything was better than expected. The place was bigger than it looks in the pictures. There was tons of room for the kids separate from the adults. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook dinners, and it was easy to get in and out. It was a quick trip to the mountain with a shuttle that picks up right outside, and a quick walk to some good bars and restaurants and the grocery store and liquor store. Charlie even sent us some tips on activities going on while we were in town.

The property was a great place for 11 of us to stay for a week of skiing and sight seeing. The downtown location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. We had a wonderful time!

We loved our Ludlow stay in this beautiful condo! The condo was very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked, very roomy, and only a 2 min. drive to Okemo Mountain. The common area with ping pong, dart board, washer and dryer, was such a wonderful added surprise. Lastly, the owner was fantastic to work with and responded quickly when we had questions. We will definitely be back!!!!

This condo worked perfectly for our two families, totaling 11 people (four adults and seven children ages 9-15). It has a good layout that allows the kids some space to hang out downstairs while the adults enjoy the upstairs space off the kitchen. Location is walking distance to several restaurants. Excellent communication by the owner, who genuinely wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended! Thanks Charlie!

This location is walking to all restaurants and stores and a 5-minute drive to Okemo. Plenty of space for everyone, and a generous kitchen. If you like to cook you may want to bring some of your own supplies. Also, the building is not soundproof and upstairs neighbors can be heard.

Our group enjoyed our stay at this condo for Christmas holiday. The property is very convenient, close to grocery store, restaurants, and ski resort. The shuttle is right across the street which is super awesome since we have little kids. Inside has a lot of room for everyone to do their own things. Charlie was very attentive and responding to our questions quickly. I would recommend this place to others to stay.

If you are looking to ski Okemo, this is your place! Right in the middle of downtown. You can walk to all the restaraunts, bars, etc... about a block from Taco, Tacos and Village Pizza, a half block from the liquor store.
The house itself is maybe, maybe a 3 minute drive to the Okemo base, maybe 5 if you want to go to Jackosn Gore base which tends to be less crowded.
Inside the house you have 4 large bedrooms and three full baths. Plenty of room for a large party. We had 6 adults and it was more than fine. The fireplace and access to free wood is excellant. Nothing like a 3 minute drive home from skiing and getting a great fire going.
House also has all the cooking utensils you need plus lots of board games for all ages.
Finally, owner was awesome. Quick to respond and easy to get a hold of.

My family and I had such a nice comfortable stay at this condo!! Charlie was so easy to communicate with from the start of the booking to the end. The condo is spacious, super clean, well decorated, it has an abundance of supplies, stores and restaurants minutes away walking, and even a beautiful fireplace. We will definitely be back next year same time!! Thank you Charlie.

Location is amazing, there’s everything you could need in the house, owner is very easy to communicate with. Only downfall are the thin walls but a sound machine app the second night fixed that.

We had a really lovely visit and enjoyed the location which was right near several great restaurants and just a few minutes from Okemo. Charlie, the host, was very responsive, generous and thoughtful.

This condo was great! The location was awesome, 2 minutes to the mountain and we walked to restaurants on main street. It was clean, comfortable, and fit our group well. Communication with Charlie was quick and reaponsive. We would definately stay again.

Perfect Stay in Downtown Ludlow
Had a wonderful Columbus Day golf weekend. While several of our favorite restaurants were closed, we cooked and ate at home. Well appointed kitchen and large dining table able to seat up to 10 people. We enjoyed the separation allowed by the size of the unit and four bedrooms. The owner was very communicative and very helpful in clarifying anything needed. Highly recommend this property for golf or skiing. Things will only get better as Covid restrictions loosen. Still a great place to stay and centrally located. You can walk to most everything.

Great Ski condo
Attractive, comfortable, and clean - building is very quiet. Ski Shuttle stop right across the street! Thoughtful touches like huge selection of dvds, board games, etc. --- even a small train set perfect for young kids. Owner Charlie is very attentive and gets back to you if you have a question quickly. Highly recommended for a family of skiers!

Great Place for a Ski Trip
Stayed here from 1/23-1/27. We were two families of 5. It was perfect for us. Two Bedrooms downstairs and a bathroom were perfect and gave all the kids a place to go and play. 4 Girls stayed comfortably in one room and the two boys in the other. The Bedrooms on the main level were far enough away from the living area to be private. Kitchen, living room and dining room were large and well equipped. We made great use of the beautiful fireplace. Condo was convenient to shops and restaurants. Just around the corner by foot. We ended up driving to the mountain because it wasnt crowded and its just a couple of minutes drive. We did see the shuttle and it literally stops right across the street.
The owner Charlie checked in periodically by email before the visit and during. We would definitely stay again when we are back at Okemo.

Perfect Long Weekend!
We had a mother/son ski trip and enjoyed everything about this 4 bedroom rental. The space was perfect for eating at home and playing games around the fire. It was also convenient for amazing restaurants and the ski shuttle across the street. Wouldn’t change a thing about our stay in Okemo!

Perfect accommodations. I definitely recommend snowmobiling and visiting the Long Trail Brewery when you are in town. We had a blast!
