Address 24159 Kiel, Fliegender Holländer 23, 2nd floor APP 137This stylish 1 ½ room apartment is located in the 2nd Floor in the Olympiahafen Schilksee to the land side and offers in addition to the large balcony in southwestern location a modern, loungy atmosphere to feel good. Description: This 2017 fully renovated and modern furnished apartment is completely flooded with light through the floor-to-ceiling windows in southwestern direction and invites you to feel comfortable with the bright laminate floor. By a retracted half-height wall, the entrance area is optically separated from the living and dining area. Thus, the apartment gets a loft-like character. In the corridor area there is a storage room and a wardrobe. In the living area, a large wooden table with four comfortable chairs offers enough space - perfect for a meal in a group. Directly opposite is the adjoining fitted kitchen. The open kitchen with work surface in concrete look is equipped with high quality electrical appliances. Ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, kettle, toaster and a coffee maker provide facilities almost like home. In the spacious living area you will find a comfortable couch. With just a few touches it can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200) and offers more space for up to 2 people. From the couch, cozy TV nights leave nothing to be desired: An LCD TV with USB and cable connection offers the possibility to have your home cinema on holiday. The apartment is also equipped with free Wi-Fi and a stereo system. The well-kept bathroom has a large shower (rain head and hand shower) and a towel radiator. The bedroom has a double bed (200x160) and is carpeted. A light or Privacy protection, which darkens the sleeping area well, is available as well as in the living area. The balcony, which runs the entire width of the apartment, is equipped with a table and chairs and an awning. Due to the southwestern location, you can enjoy the sun to the full in the evening. Special featureIn the Flying Dutchman 23 there are more apartments from us (Laser II, Backboard and White Pearl). This can be an advantage if you need more accommodation for more people. Talk to us!In the apartment you have free Wi-Fi. 2 towels per person (no beach towel) and bed linen, as well as tea towels are included and you will find on arrival in the apartment. This apartment is a Non smoking apartment. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony - thank you for your understanding. The apartment is also suitable for allergy sufferers, as animals are not allowed. To this apartment also belongs a car parking space. It is also possible to store bicycles in a closed outdoor area.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
