Seascape is a lovely studio unit situated in beautiful Sea Crest Beach between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. This is a family owned studio unit, with high end finishes and tons of personal touches. The condo is in the Villages of South Walton and is close enough to the beach to feel the beautiful gulf breezes. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as entertainment, bike rentals and easy walking paths.
Although many hours will be spent taking in the crisp sea air and beautiful beaches, the Village of South Walton Beach is a prime central location for other relaxing activities that you would expect for the perfect vacation.
INSIDE THE STUDIO
This upscale studio condo is perfect for couples, small families or even a best friends getaway. It sleeps 4 people comfortably. The furniture is NEW, beautiful, clean and features calming colors throughout; (no private bedroom). Also, includes a private high mounted AC unit which you control your room temperature.
The studio may be cozy, but there’s lots of room to stretch out at night in the elegant queen-sized bed. Two more can sleep on the pullout. And you’ll find a full-sized bathroom with shower/tub combo just off the main living space.
The living area features a comfy pullout couch and 60 inch HDTV: perfect for curling up and watching a movie. Cable and WIFI services included. And the convenient kitchenette, complete with refrigerator microwave and Keurig coffee maker.
Right outside the front door is a community washer & dryer, credit card operated laundry facilities. So close to the front door you could in essence, launder in you pajamas. Nothing short of elegance as this condo is ready for you.

We had a great stay! The place was in a perfect location and the owner was very helpful and kind. I recommend this place. The only reason I gave a 4 star on cleanliness was because it was kind of sandy in some places. But honestly, I get it…it’s a beach condo.

We enjoyed our stay at this studio at Seacrest. Very nice location, convenient to walk to restaurants and the beach. The pool is very close. There was an issue with the airconditioner the morning when we arrived but it was fixed by the time we arrived so it was nice and cool in the studio the whole time. Maybe due to the airconditioner issues that took place that day, but the cleaning was not complete. Had sand on the floor, hair on the rug from the previous guests. We still had a good time at Seacrest just did not expect to start the vacation with vacuuming the floor.

This property was amazing!!! We absolutely loved our stay. The rental company was very kind and easy to work with. The property was clean and well decorated and you could not be in a better location — less than 5 minute walk to Rosemary and the beach!!!

The Studio
The room was clean(except the couch was stained and cushion zipper not zipped) and ready once we got there. It was a little confusing to find as we did not realize it was above the stores in the shops area. Due to spring break, there were an overwhelming number of young kids sitting on bikes at the entrance to the parking area and it was difficult to maneuver past them some times. The security officer was present and so we felt safe. Also, there were very loud screams and doors slamming in the rooms next to us most of the evenings til midnight. Overall the location was amazing and the room was just the right size, but the noise factor made it difficult to sleep. I would love to stay in area again just not during spring break

Great getaway!
David was very responsive to messages and a gracious host. This property was in the perfect location and there is plenty to do and see a short distance from the front door. Highly recommend and we will certainly keep this place in mind for our next staycation! Thanks again!

Fun Mom and Daughter Stay
We enjoyed every moment of our stay. We loved our bike ride to Seaside, our shuttle to the beach, and the great shops and restaurants in walking distance to the condo. Great communication with the owner and will ne back!

Great deal for a quality stay!
Overall, we loved our stay! Great quality and very close to shopping and food. The tram does get you to the beach but tents are not allowed and most days the umbrella and chair rentals are booked by 11:00 a.m. The only thing we did end up missing was a kitchen (at least a cooktop) simply because food in the area is pricey. The complex is somewhat noisy but seemed to calm down after 10:00 p.m. If offering suggestions, we would propose a light over the sink and an information book of some sort with more info about beach access, places locals love, etc.

The perfect getaway!
First things first, David (owner) is great to work with and his studio was the right place for me and my family. I will definitely be booking his studio again!! We enjoyed the location being at the center of all the fun, everything we needed was just downstairs. The beach is just a skip and a hop away from the studio, and if you don’t wish to walk, the trolley will get you there too. Although it’s a “private” beach for residents and guests, space is pretty tight due to the umbrella and chair rentals taking most of the available space. My advice is to get to the beach early (7ish am) and drop off / set up your chair/s and umbrella so you can have a great beach spot!

We Loved 30A!
This was our first trip to the 30A area and we are excited to go back! The location was great! Love the neighborhood and restaurants. The trolley was helpful but there are some rules and details to work out before you go so do call them for details. We had a couple of small issues that were resolved quickly. The owner and hosts were super quick to help us resolve them and communicated swiftly. Lovely linens and towels. Donuts and coffee in front of the complex. The pools were great for our 2 1/2 year old! Beautiful area and we will definitely be visiting again!

5++ stars!!!! Beautiful unit - upscale, well decorated, spotless and comfortable. Great location nestled next to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Walk to shopping and great restaurants. Really enjoyed heated pool and hot tub as well. David was a GREAT host, extremely responsive. David accommodated an ask on front end of our stay and worked with us to both extend our stay and take a later checkout on last day. Great Host!! We will be back!

Dirty Bed
When you check out a room as you do when you arrive , found what I thought look like dark spot on bedspread . It turned out to be mold that had fallen out of the A/C unit above the bed.....didn’t use air and did not sleep in bed....too many remotes to use for simple tv operation ....

Was a nice condo! Perfect fur a weekend getaway! Great location to walk everywhere. Could use a new mattress. Only reason I gave cleaning a four star is because shower liner could have been cleaner. Other than that and the mattress, it was wonderful!

This was a great location!
We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing and conveniently close to the beach, shops and restaurants. This place in my opinion is best for just a couple. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We definitely learned what questions to ask about how everything works around here and will have more knowledge when we come back.

Great spot close to everything
We booked this spot last minute and it worked out perfect. It was close enough to my other family who were staying in Rosemary that it took us maybe 2 minutes to get their house by bike. We had great time. Thank you for letting us stay!

Perfect location, walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in the main street. The beach shuttle is super easy to use, although we only used it once as we decided to go further away from the crowds the process was easy. The property was clean and well cared for, cant beat the location.

The condos was exactly as described. Nice furnishings, loved the fan dlier. Tv was awesome. Room was super clean and well stocked (the coffee pods were an unexpected surprise, thank you!) Perfect spot for a beach getaway!
Stayed here over Labor Day with my 2 daughters for a girls’ weekend. Condo was beautifully decorated. Ideal location, right by the shops of Seacrest Beach. Everything is within walking distance...beach, shops, restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay
We were hesitant about renting a studio with 3 adults; however, the way in which the room is laid out there was plenty of room. Plus, we were only in the room to sleep. The unit was very clean. Usually I do not like to use a bedspread but I could tell the bedspread had been freshly laundered. The unit is tastefully decorated and gives you that great beachey feel. There is only a kitchenette but it was adequate as we ate meals out with the exception of breakfast. Has a nice keurig coffee maker with pods! The only things that would have been great to have was a toaster for our bagels and silverware. We spread our cream cheese with pita chips. Lol. We stirred our coffee by pouring it in another cup and then pouring back into disposable coffee cups that were provided. Overall, it is a nice clean unit in a great location. We definetly enjoyed our stay!

David is a great host! His communication and directions were spot on. We had the best girls getaway here. Super clean place and lots to do just steps away from our front door. I highly recommend this cute and comfortable place!
