Sorpresa por cumpleaños!

Agradezco infinitamente sus atenciones, mi hija menor cumplió 13 años, y lo comenté a través de la mensajería del hotel. Al llegar decoraron dejaron un pastelito, con gorrito de cumpleaños y globos, sorprendidos por el detalle, sin duda regreso y los recomiendo.

Todo perfecto no hay ninguna queja, mi agradecimiento al personal del hotel por tan lindo detalle. La ubicación literal frente a la plaza la Isla, reserve una suite y cuenta con cama King size, además de un sillón sofá cama que se convierte en camita, la cual no utilizamos pero fue adecuada con sabanas y almohada para que pueda dormir otra persona.

El precio contra la calidad queda muy lejos , Baños viejos amarillos, toallas manchadas y rotas , muy ruidoso hasta la 1 am se dejó de escuchar la música de unos borrachos que cantaban en la terraza del hotel.

La ubicación frente a la plaza

En la reservación decía desayuno incluido. Eran 3 adultos y un menor (dos adultos mayores y sus nietos, una de 20 años y el pequeño de 11años). Según la reservación era desayuno incluido. Pero solo le aceptaron el desayuno de dos personas, a los dos nietos se les negó el desayuno incluido. Y tuvieron que pagarlos durante su estancia. Podrían explicarme en qué parte de la hoja de reservación viene esa regla o excepción? Gracias.

The elevator system one went all the way down to the car garage and the other didn't. So I had to switch elevators in the lobby to get to my car rental

staff was super helpful, great location across from the mall. Clean room. I was able to watch TV in English and price was very reasonable.

Disappointing

The location was great. It's across from La Isla Mall and down the street from El Faro del Mayab Hospital. Close enough to get to downtown and other major areas in Merida.

We booked a King Suite and the room was disgusting. The carpet had a strong dirty smell. The pillows and sheets had a strong chemical odour and had to report it to the front desk. The couch looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. The bathroom shower was filthy - filled with mould. There was even a footprint on the wall of the bathroom (I guess left by one of the previous guests) that was never cleaned in the 4 days that we were there. I even asked the front desk to please tell the cleaning staff to give the room a proper cleaning but it never happened. And to top it all off, we ordered room service on our last day and we all got food poisoning. We had to take our 2 year son to the hospital emergency with persistent vomiting. My wife and I also got sick. The hotel has some serious hygiene issues.

very unprofessional, with bad organisation and communication.

The towels smelled extremely bad. At day 1 I was told, that they will wash them immediately and bring them to my room. I waited until 1.00 in the morning. Nobody came. The next day after a new complaint I got towels with the same extremly strange smell. Until I checked out after 3 days, they couldn´t solve the problem. The people at the front desk obviously dont talk to each other. So I had to repeat the problem over and over again. Always with the same result. I got bad smelly towels. The personal agreed every time, that they can´t be used. Then they did ...nothing. The bedding also smelled like that but not as strong.

Letizia is the best, a true professional, the friendliest!!! And good location (for us) far from city center across from La Isla mall.

We were unlucky that time, it was noisy, the worker on our floor either vacuumed, or did work with a jackhammer, and some work in the neighboring building that began at 8.15 in the morning, and we wanted to sleep ... in the end, all 3 days from headache...

Location area is quiet and in front of a shopping plaza within walking distance and clean in general. Staff attentive and at disposal even late at night.

Could use an extra set of pillows and a bit more stiffer pillows. We only got 1 per person, which is not bad, but would be great if there can be 2 and a bit more firm.

Many thanks to Artur and Letizia, they are amazing and professional. Your hospitality is always in our hearts. And we just love this hotel.

Everything was fine, I just don't understand, for some reason, for the very first time, we were given a room with one bed and more space, because I have a Booking loyalty card of the highest category and all subsequent visits were with a room with less space, but the floor was higher ... so I'm grateful anyway. and see you soon
