Fantasic stay in an amazing surrounding

Interior details were beautiful. Very nice pool and good restaurant with a nice view.

The appartment is located by a busy road-no walking there, no access to the lake

We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend!

The hotel was absolutely breathtaking. Our room was gorgeous and was so comfortable. The staff did an amazing job and were very helpful. We loved eating at the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed sitting by the pool.

We didn’t rent a car so it was a little difficult to get around. The bus stops running around 7 PM so it was a challenge to explore the towns nearby. I would highly recommend renting a car if you stay here :)

Warm, friendly staff at an exceptional hotel.

Amazing location, fantastic staff & all round great hotel. It felt more like we were staying at someone’s home instead of a hotel…food was incredible & staff could not have more warm & welcoming. Will definitely be returning.

Absolutely loved this place. Breathtaking views. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were very comfortable. Found the whole experience so relaxing and came away feeling rejuvenated.

Absolutely loved Villa Moiana, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

Amazing views, a great staff, and really nice rooms/decor. We had a great time and stayed an extra night because we were enjoying ourselves so much.

The only downside of the villa is that it is not walking distance from bellagio which means you will need to rely on cabs to get into and back from town (25 euros each) but you get and calm and private atmosphere as a result.

lovely view very disappointed with breakfast 🙁

the location and the size of the property.

No water in room. charged extra at breakfast for omelette which was never mentioned and I feel unnecessary you already are paying for breakfast leaves a very bad impression. No practical mirror in the bathroom.

A lovely stay with caveats

This bed and breakfast inn is beautifully designed with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast.

My tiny room with a queen bed was incorrectly advertised as a King Room. To reach reception and then on up to the rooms one must climb several flights of stone steps up the hill. You'll be very grateful when the sole woman at reception offers to come help with the bags. We were on our own coming back down at the end and in the rain it was a little scary. Because the inn is 10 minutes outside Bellagio on a narrow, windy road you'll be grateful for a night (maybe two) to enjoy the in-house private chef. Mojana bills itself as a winery, but I saw no sign of it or their wines.

Disappointing

Very modern in terms of decor and facilities

We booked this place because we wanted to use the outdoor heated pool whilst enjoying the views. However when we got there we found the pool was extremely cold so not useable at all. There seemed to be an issue with the temperature for over a week we were told however there was no information at the time of booking that facilities were limited. We received a room in the main villa where the kitchen was situated. It was extremely noises, with cupboards banging and cookware being use banged around until midnight for the dinner service. At 6am we were woken up again with sounds from the kitchen. We left early as we could not sleep with all the noise.

One of the best hotels I have ever been too! Absolutely fantastic. Great staff who are very attentive, great food, the pool and the view is just amazing!

Hard to say, but the shower room didn’t have a door so the water went everywhere, but great water pressure and bathroom nonetheless

Lovely hotel in beautiful location with fantastic staff.

Lovely quiet hotel near to Bellagio, with magnificent views across the Eastern branch of Lake Como. The rooms are comfortable with great views. The staff were all very welcoming and very attentive. Great breakfasts to set us up for the day. Staff very helpful in booking restaurants for us. Overall, a lovely relaxing place to stay. Just to note that you do need a car if staying here as the ferries and buses are not quite regular enough.

would off been nice if it was nearer the town. you definitely need a car. taxis were very expensive. buses and ferry’s stopped running at 6.00pm

Wonderful views. Beautiful and well-kept villa. Excellent decorated. Very clean, lovely breakfasts. Very nice owner and helpful staff. A charming atmosphere and the owner takes care of every detail ! Everything was fantastic !!!!

Bautiful villa with incredible views over the lake. Our Rustico Patio room was tastefully decorated with direct access to the infinity pool. We had lovely breakfast on the terrace and the staff was very nice and helpful. The only problem with this villa is that we were only there for one night.

One of the most beautiful stays ever!

Incredibly friendly staff, beautiful views and great food! 10-15 minute drive from Bellagio and incredible price compared to staying in one of the main towns.

You will need to drive if you’re going in August, as Bellagio is not accessible by foot, taxis are hard to come by during busy times. That being said, there is a ferry stop right by the villa, you’ll just need to time it!

Staff : was helpful with arrangements, bookings as well as some birthday extras Food: Kitchen exceeded our expectations - we decided to stay in for dinner once and it was outstanding but in general the breakfast, bar offering was great and service related to the kitchen was outstanding Design: Nice, modern rooms and a lovely pool area

Location - it is most definitely not walkable to Bellagio, ferries are not frequent and taxis are super difficult to come by

perfect in every way, Villa Mojana is unbeatable in every way.

fantastic location outside of the touristy centre of Bellagio. stunning location set into the hillside with panoramic views across the lake. beautiful property and decor, done very tastefully and in perfect, as new condition. friendly and helpful staff always on hand but otherwise unobtrusive. delicious and authentic Italian meals cooked freshly.

there is nothing that could be done to improve Villa Mojana, it is, quite simply, perfect.

Hidden gem of a hotel with amazing staff and amenities.

Fabulous hotel with superb staff. Small deluxe hotel with pool. Dining facility which wasnt made obvious but delicious home cooked food. Pool terrace is small but there was no issue getting beds etc despite it being full. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were incredible. It is about 1.5 miles outside of Bellagio and nearby ferry doesnt stop very often, taxi's difficult so we had a car which i would advise.

Number of beds by pool perhaps but this hotel is a gem worth finding.

Felt like home.

The team managing the Villa was welcoming, helpful and fun to talk to. The location is perfect for the peace and quiet I wanted... and the view was awesome. Glad I choose the Villa which is a short car ride from the main Bellagio area.

Nothing about the property... but there should have been some advisory to inform that travelers, or the hotel staff, will need to carry the luggages up many steps... this is especially for travelers like me have traveled from far. The staff were super helpful and I felt so bad that they had to carry the heavy bags.
