Amazing - high recommend

Loved this hotel - clean, bright, spacious and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend, and cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

Staffmember at parking is friendly Location!

Waited alot to enter my car inside. The Receptionstaff gaved us an smokingroom, this was terrible because we dont smoke and we have a baby child. The view is not nice and noising area. The bathroom is verry small Breakfast is average

What I like the most about this property yes that it is a big apartment. It’s not small it has a very big living room very big room and also very big bathroom. I will include in this comment some pictures for you to have a look trust me the space it’s really great and also the location. I can tell you that it is one of the best locations to stay right next to the sea. you’re right next to the mall and there is lots of bars and restaurants around you, this is definitely not going to be my last time. I will always come to this hotel whenever I come to Tangier. I would like to thank specially Mr Yusuf and Miss Qoula for the professional and amazing customer service Honestly, they are the most helpful and also the rest of the team who are working around the clock to give you. The best experience in the hotel from the management to the room. Service is something that I have not seen even in five star hotels the breakfast is also delicious and they have also fresh juice. And again I will say fresh juice not from the packs, trust me you will never go wrong. I’m leaving this review for you guys to read. I am a traveller I travel around the world and again Mr Yousof and the theme of the hotel. Thank you again.

Khaoula at the reception provided outstanding customer service and offered helpful tips and advises about the surrounding areas. She is very professional and knowledgeable.

Friendly hotel with excellent food, but the room left much to be desired.

The best thing about the hotel was the food, which was great. Also the staff were very friendly, even if not always at tip-top efficiency.

The housekeeping was poor (but friendly). There were no towels when we arrived, On the first day we were out till mid-afternoon and when we got back our room still hadn't been made up, so we skipped it for that day. The housekeeper was most friendly and apologetic, though. The view from the room was very poor. The layout of the room was also very poor and unergonomic.

Well-maintained hotel where you, as a customer, are their priority

I stayed in this hotel for about 16 nights. Let's start with how nice the hotel is, everything is new and modern we have nothing to say about that. I am verry picky when it comes to hygiene and hotels! That's my first priority! I think SBN suites are very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, the corridors, restaurant and hall are clean. The service was top notch! I’m amazed how the people at the front desk are super friendly and polite! (the young lady and the 3 gentlemen😉) Very open people nothing is too much to ask! They are always ready to solve your problems! They take their job seriously! Hats off👏🏅 The same for the people in the restaurant, the cleaning crew! The cleaning ladies are super friendly also! The security we can't forget them too!! When I think of SBN suites, I mainly think of the service that was good and made my stay verry pleasant! I definitely recommend it 😊!

I am very satisfied with this hotel! But one thing that was sometimes inconvenient is the music played downstairs (in the evening/night) can be heard in the bedroom. (it could be that this is only during the summer holidays?)

My stay at SBN suite hotels was great! The rooms were clean and got cleaned everyday, location was great and the people were amazing! The kitchen staff was nice and helpfull also with making you a personalized breakfast everyday with a smile! The reception was always helpful and I especially want to shine light on Khaoula from the reception who made my stay at SBN worth 5 starts. From our first day she welcomed us with the best service and positive energy! Definitely would come back here!

We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist Youssef. He supported us with everything and gave us the best service. Thank you Youssef, because of your kindness and helpfulness we will definitely come back!
