A great villa and perfect for a family holiday.

The villa is very spacious and perfect for a family. The outside space is large and the pool is fantastic. The outside dining areas are both perfect. The villa is 2 mins walk to the station where you can jump on a train to Naples or Pompeii. The owner is very helpful and stays in touch throughout the stay.

My only recommendation would be for more cutlery and plates/serving bowls. It would be good to have one set by the pool and another at the house.

Really beautiful villa with amazing pool and wonderful hosts.

Amazing pool and garden area. The hosts were extremely friendly. Big bonus for coffee and breakfast items, and even better a full pizza for the family because they knew we were arriving late. Lovely people.

The property was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to comfortably sleep 9 people. The bunk beds made for a great room for the kids. The outdoor space was amazing. The huge pool was very clean and there are loads of poolside furniture. there is also a large covered eating area poolside. The property was located only 10mins drive from Pompeii and was a great base to explore the local area from. The owners were really great. Angelo met us on arrival and happy to help with any problems as he lived close by.

The kitchenette was very small and not ideal for a large group. it made cooking for 7 people very challenging. There was also no lounge area in the property so no ideal place to hang out in the evenings as being October it was a little too cool to sit outside.

Photos don’t do it enough justice, fantastic house!

Clean, spacious, fantastic pool and outdoor areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge and like home from home. Nice that there was food, milk, water and coffee for when we arrived. Great location for Pompeii and Naples and great for days out although we didn’t want to leave the fantastic pool!!

excellent relax

The stay was perfect! very nice people, very clean and nice house. The pool was perfect. Some small issues (2 aircos in rooms we did not use did not work), but all in all a very pleasant stay. The barbucue near the pool was excellent. Thanks for the good service.

Bed were a little hard for my tatse, some small things were not working, but nothing important. The road to the house is tigth especially with oposing traffic.

Excellent

The villa was amazing , the pool Waaaauw! The property was so big it was like a park. Everything was clean, very clean and new. The host : so very helpful and friendly, nothing was to much for him. Every morning (early) he clean the pool and garden for us. Almost every day they bring us some delicacy: pastries, watermelon .... They had everything we needed, also a Weber bbq.! Really you won’t regret to book this property! Next year my dear friends we wiil absolutely come back ! Thank you sooooo much
