Séjour convenable, hôtel magnifique, mais assez déçu de la chambre.

Arrivé à l’hôtel, lorsqu’on découvre le hall d’entrée on est impressionné par la beauté du mobilier et du charme « luxueux » de l’hôtel. De plus, le petit déjeuner était très complet.

Toutefois, la chambre n’était, selon moi, pas au même niveau de standing que le reste de l’hôtel. Nous nous attendions à être bluffés par la chambre également. Celle-ci était sans doute un peu petite pour deux personnes et ne possédait même pas de chaise pour pouvoir utiliser le bureau mis à disposition. En ce qui concerne la douche, il n’y avait pas de porte-serviettes suffisamment grand. La salle de bain avait un lavabo beaucoup trop petit, et une fuite d’eau dans la douche ainsi qu’au niveau du lavabo rendait le sol constamment mouillé. Malgré nos remarques, aucune intervention n’a eu lieu. Le personnel de l’hôtel était très accueillant. Néanmoins, il y avait plusieurs manquements : pas de ravitaillement en papier hygiénique après le nettoyage, et impossible d’obtenir un second oreiller, les oreillers fournis étant bien trop plats. Enfin, lors du check-out, on nous a réclamé une somme pour le café pris au bar pendant le séjour, alors que nous l’avions systématiquement payé après chaque consommation. Comment cela peut-il arriver ? Payer quelque chose pour ensuite se le voir facturer à nouveau ! N’y a-t-il pas de traces dans leur système ?

j'ai trouver chère , pour ce que c'est

Le petit déjeuner aurait du être gratuit vue le prix de la chambre. En plus il etait bof ,cetait toujours les memes choses.

Fantástica hospedagem. Surpreendido ao chegar na recepção, ter uma maça disponível aos hóspedes.

Hotel novo, acomodações confortável e o que me surpreendeu foi chegar e na recepção ter uma maça disponível aos hóspedes. Achei um agrado fantástico!!!

Good cost benefit ratio!

The location is good, near the main touristic points. The room has a good space, the bathroom has a good shower. The staff is prepared to make you feel good at the hotel.

The bathroom could have a hair dryer installed. This is the only thing I didn’t like at the hotel.

A very nice hotel, excellent value for money. Very comfortable and clean.

The hotel is new and the rooms are very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast is extra, but the price is very reasonable. We had a selection of fruit to start which was very good followed by an egg sandwich with was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful with their advice. It is extremely well organised. I would highly recommend this hotel
