About this cottage rental

Located on picturesque Eden Isle, this newly renovated cottage offers a serene cabin like feel, filled with natural light, gorgeous wooded scenery and modern conveniences. Completely refurbished in Spring of 2019. Sleeps 6. 1 bedroom with 2 Queen beds and a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living space. Amenities also include 1 1/2 bath, kitchenette with appliances, washer/dryer, deck complete with 2 tables plus seating and an outdoor fire pit. All this located within a 5 minute drive to the Eden Isle Marina or a 10 minute drive to the Heber Springs Marina.

We scouted about Cleburne County for a peaceful spot on Greer's Ferry Lake and found the perfect end-of-summer get-away at this cottage. The space is charmingly appointed and accurately represented. We look forward to another visit as soon as possible.

Our stay at The Cottage was everything we anticipated, replete with the outdoor natural beauty of rock, trees, lake, and deer. My daughter and I enjoyed the indoor coziness, too, perfect for wrapping up in a blanket, sipping coffee, and taking in the views through large windows lining the living spaces. We are fully refreshed!

The property the cabin is on is absolutely beautiful. We saw deer every morning out of the floor to ceiling windows. The beds were comfortable the space was clean. Although some new coffee mugs would be good 😊 overall a perfect place for us to lay our heads after Lake days

I keep my boat at Eden isle and the location of the cottage was perfect. It is so quiet and close to the marina. Lots of deer to watch while having morning coffee and morning walks. Just booked again for another weekend!

My wife found The Cottage to be perfect lodging for a family wedding that we attended recently. The proximity to the wedding venue was ideal. We especially enjoyed waking early each morning and watching the sun light up the surrounding woods through the wonderful wall of windows. The cottage was very clean and most comfortable. We definitely would stay here again, if/when we return to the area.

This is a perfect fall scenery, sitting by the fire pit on crisp fall evenings. Each morning we awoke to 4 doe deer walking by the bedroom window. Perfect rental for a restful getaway!

Great little place. Jan was amazing and very responsive. It does not have a closet or any way to hang clothes. That was the one negative about the place, but overall worked very well for what I needed.

I found this cottage a few weeks before Labor Day weekend and was delighted! It was perfect for my family of 3. We went out on the boat with friends during the day and stayed here. Eden Isle is very nice. This cottage fit our needs perfectly.

Perfect place for a getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in the cottage. I was meeting a pal from high school, and the two beds in one big bedroom was like having a sleepover again as teenagers! The location was very convenient and we had a great dinner one night at the nearby Red Apple. Travel time to swimming and hiking was very short and easy. A little surprised that there was no stove, but the workaround was good, an electric skillet for cooking bacon and eggs in the mornings. Questions to the manager were handled instantly. This was an excellent property.

We had a good, relaxing short stay in this little cottage. Good location, private and very comfy. Only drawback was the lack of a stove but this didn’t matter as none was planned! Hope to stay again.

We really enjoyed the stay. The cabin is actually a bit bigger than I expected with 1.5 baths. It was very comfortable and the deck was great. We rented a boat from the Heber Spring Marina and had a blast. Would definitely stay again.

Great little cottage for a short stay

We had a great weekend at the lake staying in this cottage. It’s clean and nicely decorated! We stayed with our adult kids (There was a total of 6 adults) and it worked for the 3 days. But probably would’ve been too small for any longer. Kitchen is tiny with no stove (does have toaster over, microwave and a burner). Door to one bathroom doesn’t close properly. Mattress on pull out is very thin, better suited for children rather than 2 adults. However those are the only draw backs and we definitely were able to make it work for us and very much enjoyed our stay. The property manager is prompt with responses and easy to contact

Great little place nestled in a wooded area with beautiful rock work, and great outdoor deck, patio, and firepit. Great bbq and kitchenette has everything you need. Eden Isle is a beautiful upscale community with great golf course. Had a great time skiing and tubing on the Lake.

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage so much that I returned 3 days later with my sister for a one-night kid-free getaway. The property is well maintained and perfectly represents the best of Eden Isle-- mossy boulders, morning birdsong, and the lake twinkling through the trees. The beds are soft. The description of the kitchen as a "kitchenette" is accurate. I wouldn't visit here with plans to cook lavish meals, though the owners have provided everything you need to "make-do" with a small oven, microwave, toaster and single stove-eye. No matter, though, the Inn serves 3 delicious meals a day. Jan was an excellent property manager-- she responded in a timely fashion to all our messages. All in all- it's one of our favorite rentals in Arkansas!

We have never been to Heber Springs and needed a last minute getaway. This cabin was the perfect place for my husband and I. It was quiet, cozy, beds were so comfortable, and had all amenities we needed and some extra. Very grateful for our time spent there.
