Two bedrooms, two bath condo, directly on the ocean! Five sliding doors open that lead to a private wrap around porch. Both bedrooms and living room (and even bathrooms) have incredible views of the ocean. Only 50 steps to the ocean! Sit and enjoy the sounds and sight of the ocean from the condo. New kitchen appliances, fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys stored on the patio. Perfect for couples and families. Peaceful, tranquil and stunning! Private and quiet beach, heated pool, walking distance to grocery store, playground, shopping, bars and restaurants.

Perfect location directly ocean front. Top floor so no noise from above. Very quiet and peaceful besides the sound of the ocean waves. Easy walk on the beach into town. Lovely wrap around balcony with stunning views. Thoroughly recommend staying here

17 wonderful days in this gorgeous condo! Pictures do not do it justice. Michelle is great to work with and very fast to reply to any communication. Condo was very, very clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. I don’t know of any way to beat the ocean views. We will definitely be back at some point.

Perfect!!! Easy parking. Right on the beach! Views! Every room had a view of the ocean, even the showers! Views! And more views! Decor was amazing couture beach! Everything you need in the kitchen. Upscale appliances. Comfy furniture. Master bedroom had an adjustable bed! Comfortable mattress. Best sleep we have had!! Everything was above and beyond. High end furniture on the balconies. Ms. Sherwin was excellent to work with!! We hated to leave. Our dream beach getaway!!! We didn’t use the pool but it looked great. AMAZING condo!!! Right on the water!!!

The view from this condo is beyond belief. The pictures cannot capture the beauty. So peaceful we didn’t want to leave pir room. Beach was right there along with the pool. We will be returning.

This is an absolutely top notch place! The listing and pictures are highly accurate. The place has everything you could possibly need. The owner communicated very well both before and during the stay. Beach access was destroyed by hurricane a few days before our stay, but that is Mother Nature. It will be fixed shortly I am sure and other access is close by. This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed and we will be back!

Place is as advertised. Great 🌅 from the balcony, and wonderful moments watching pelicans glide by. Walking distance to market and Vinz Restaurant close by. Property owner Michelle was terrific. Very quick to respond to any questions or problems that occurred. Will definitely stay again,

Very well decorated and maintained condominium with outstanding views of the ocean. Exceptionally clean and well managed by the owner. Communication was helpful and gracious. Exterior of building is a little tired, but the unit itself is very nice on the inside.

This unit was really great! Very centrally located and right on a wonderful beach. The views from the unit were stunning from every room…even the shower! We fell asleep to the sound of the waves every night even with the slider closed. The unit was renovated very nicely. Very comfortable furniture and beds. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and a tent. Michelle was a pleasure to work with.

Property location excellent (best beach views, access to downtown), most well equipped, beautifully decorated, nice and comfortable beds/furniture (as if owners private residence, not minimalistic rental business). When we first booked the units Michelle was very responsive to us everything was fine once we arrived to the unit on three separate occasions we tried to contact her we had no parking sticker for the property we never got one we also wanted to purchase one more day on the tail end of our vacation due to the fact that our airlines canceled our flights and we lost out on the front end she told us before we traveled that she could not help us because the condo was rented when in fact the condo was not rented as we found out later on and when we asked her we never got a response and final condo was good communication not so good

We want to first complement the owner. Insanely organized, highly responsive and resourceful without being intrusive, Michelle was the best, and made our stay easy and memorable.
This place was fantastic! The unit is as it is represented; modern updates, right on the ocean on the top floor, fantastic views, and the constant beautiful sound of the ocean - feeling almost like you are in a large suite on a cruise ship. A wrap around balcony which feels like it went on for days was a perfect spot to watch sunrises with coffee and cocktails for sunset.
Everything is 5-10 minutes away, from the main drag in Vero to grocery stores, restaurants, boating, golf etc. Kitchen was just large enough and well appointed and got a lot of use, including hosting Thanksgiving for our family.
We will definitely come back!

Our stay started off a little rocky, with some miscommunication that resulted in us walking in on construction workers that hadn't finished updates contracted by the owner.
As I often say, you can learn more about a person or company once there's a problem thrown into the mix that has to be resolved.
That being said, Michelle (owner) bent over backward to get the situation under control and satisfy us. She was responsive, prompt, and accomodating. To say the least, we were quite impressed with how she handled everything to our satisfaction.
As far as the property, it was simply stunning. I think you'd be hard-pressed to find another unit on Vero Beach that has the views of 506 Ocean Club. The wrap-around balcony is probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 60 -70' long with plenty of comfy seating and a nice grill. Plenty of beach gear is provided such as boogie boards, umbrella,s chairs, and even a tent.
The unit is so close to the water, that when you look out the east windows from inside, you do not see any beach, just the Atlantic ocean. It reminded us of being on a cruise ship.
Waking up every morning to these sunrise views was definitely a great way to reset the mind and body.
The overall grounds are also well taken care of and we especially enjoyed all the beautiful landscaping around the pool and the natural shade canopies that allowed us to escape the direct sun but still enjoy being outside.
Briant, the on-site property manager was very helpful and a great source of conversation and info in regard to local restaurants, shopping, etc.
Another plus of the property is that it's an easy and pleasant walk down to the beach to Mulligan's, Ocean Grill, and the oceanside bar at Gloria Estefan's place.
This area is known as the Treasure Coast, due to a dozen or so Spanish treasure ships that sank off the shore in a hurricane in the 1700s. We were sure to keep our eyes open for silver doubloons and emeralds as we took our daily walks.
Unfortunately, we didn't find any Spanish treasure, but we're so happy to have found our own little East Coast treasure in 506 Ocean Club.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at 506! It truly was everything and MORE than we expected. Communication with the owner, Michelle, via VRBO was easy and timely. Easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The balcony provided fantastic views up and down the beach while providing a perfect view of the sunrise or simply a place to relax. The interior was very clean, classy and comfortable. It truly was quite a treat to stay in such a beautiful and well stocked condo with an amazing view.

This was the perfect corner of the world to spend a month during the "Rona 2020. A view from every room -evenncluding the master shower -over the gorgeous Atlantic and quiet beaches. The pool was heated and saltwater so even on the few days the ocean was too rough for swimming, the pool was delightful. Nice neighbors and great location to parks, shopping and dining. Michelle the owner is responsive and kind. The only thing I would change is the matresses. They are very soft for my taste, but others may love it. The washer and dryer were new, kitchen stocked and easy for cooking during lockdown. Wonderful time! Thanks so much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay at Ocean Club III. Unit 506 is very clean, perfectly decorated and the views are spectacular! The condo has everything you would need for your stay on the beach! Would love to go back there again soon!

We have stayed at many vacation rental condos over the years and this one is on the top we have rented. When we stepped foot into the condo we were surprised and delighted. We couldn’t believe how beautiful it was, much better than the pictures. Awesome views, beautifully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. A quick drive to restaurants and stores. We didn’t want to leave. We are beach persons and to be able to wake up every morning with the sunrise in front of us, steps away from the beach and the clear blue waters, it was heaven on earth. Can’t wait to go back. Wonderfull experience.

This unit is over the top. The panoramic views from this facility were breathtaking . We often commented that we were staying in a penthouse facility. Every morning we took advantage of the spectacular sunrise and often caught a sunset. The unit was just right for us, you won't find anything lacking. As a lap swimmer, I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, warm and well kept up by Bryant. Beach area great, very little traffic and fun to watch people walking and looking for shells. We have been coming to Vero since 1974, have stayed at all kinds of facilities, this is the very best, wish we could have stayed on.

I loved the condo. It was decorated beautifully and absolutely immaculate. The pool and ocean just steps away. Everyone I met at property was classic, sophisticated , and very welcoming. I. Absolutely fell in love with this property and felt like I never wanted to leave. I'm back in PA now, and I'm really missing Florida and this cozy condo right on the water. Views from the moment you open eyes in morning till evening and sounds of ocean while you sleep. I will definitely be back!

The pictures of this condo do not even do justice to just how great this property is! The views are truly incredible and the location was beyond our expectations!
Our family spent one week at the condo from Aug 11th to 18th and as a family of four (kids aged 11 and 14) there was lots of space for all of us. Everyone was so comfortable and everything we could have needed was there for us including beach towels, beach chairs, water boards to play in the ocean, fully equipped kitchen - there was nothing forgotten in the planning of this condo!
For those people looking at this property and wanting to do a day trip, Vero Beach is a great location. Our family did a day trip to Kennedy Space Centre with a stop on the way back in Cocoa Beach (kids wanted to go to Ron Jons Surf Shop!) and the drive to and from was quick and easy, although it was hard to leave the beach behind for a day!
Our experience with the owner of this condo was very good. Michelle was responsive to all of our questions, checked in with us leading up to our rental to ensure we had all of the information we needed and when we arrived at the condo there was a very informative binder put together with all of the information on the condo, the local area, emergency numbers, etc.
We cannot wait to go back to Vero Beach and will for sure stay at the Ocean Front Condo again!
