Estuary View is a superb detached property with an annexe-style property in the town of Dartmouth. It houses four bedrooms, comprising of a king-size bedroom, a double bedroom, a king-size bedroom with a balcony and en-suite and a twin, together sleeping up to eight people. There is a ground-floor bathroom, a cloakroom and a shower room. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area, as well as a utility, conservatory and a snug, whilst the annexe enjoys an additional open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is off-road parking, a rear AstroTurf and patio area with furniture and enclosed ground floor balcony decking area with furniture, and the annexe comes with a front outdoor space with bistro table and chairs. Estuary View is a superb base for exploring this part of Devon with your loved ones.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, and WiFi. Induction hob, combi microwave oven, fridge with ice compartment, TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Front outdoor space with bistro table and chairs. Off road parking for one large car or two small to medium sized cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Strictly No Smoking. Shop and pub 0.4 miles. Please note that the property is accessed down a set of 38 external steps from the parking area.
